Everything is very comfortable, just that a lot of water comes out of the shower onto the floor, but everything is excellent.

The place is very nice. It's perfect for a good vacation. It had its own parking, which is a hit in the area. Most people park on the street, but I prefer the convenience of having your own parking. Very well located, near downtown, near the exit to San Jose, near the northern pubs. We loved it. We spent a few sensational days, without noise, without noisy neighbors. It was great.

Great host! Very attentive and helpful. We were here for 2 nights and the location was very good. Private parking for guest is awesome! Don’t have to worry about finding parking outside. It’s gated and the property also has laundry on site. I did a last minute wash at 10pm and I felt very safe. Early check in was available. Though the room didn’t feel quite clean. I would had preferred to wait for my check in at 3pm and have the room fully cleaned and sanitized for our stay. My son enjoyed the pool. I tried to use the jacuzzi but only the bubbles were working and not the hot water. Worth what I payed for. Great host, decent room, and location was good.

I highly recommend the apartment. It is very well located, has many amenities, and is just like the photos.

Lovely place to stay with a nice pool. Had all the amenities needed and it was very clean. Only recommendation is to bring earplugs unless you want to woken by a rooster at 5am. If you are looking to be immersed in Cabo and not tourist central this is the place for you.

We were very happy with our stay. The location is close to downtown; in our case, we used public transportation, and it stopped on the corner. Everything shown in the photos is exactly what you will find: super nice and pleasant. We loved the pool; the water wasn't cold, it was warm, and that allowed us to go swimming after going for a walk. Communication was efficient. Of course we'd stay again. A very nice and quiet place to rest.

I loved the room; it is very comfortable, modern, and superbly well equipped. We loved that it had mirrors and an iron, as many places don't have them. Hector's friendliness is a 10 out of 10.

It was what we expected, an excellent place

We stayed for 7 days and we enjoyed our time there very much. The pool was clean and warm, and the area was kept very clean. Our room and facilty was nice and exactly like the photos. The host is onsite and was very accomidating. Kitchen is lacking in come basic cooking utensils and there was no hotplate while we were there thou, we did put in a recommondation for future guest.

Very comfortable, very kind. I will return of course and I hope to have the opportunity to stay there with you again. Many congratulations

My stay at Mariel’s place was phenomenal all around. The place is in an excellent location and close to many restaurants & shops plus there is an OXXO only a one minute walk away. Excellent shower and the room its self is very large and studio style. A major plus for the sliding glass back doors if you would like fresh air. The outdoor pool and deck area is superb and very relaxing/comfortable and very clean. I did not need or want for anything and was able to get in contact with the host very easily. I would absolutely make this my choice of stay my next time in Cabo San Lucas. I did not want to leave!

The stay was great. One day it rained and the water came in through the front door, the host responded quickly and sent us super friendly cleaning staff. The super-equipped kitchen, refrigerator, air, instructions. Central, 5 minutes from the marina by Uber. We really liked the lodging and attention. Highly recommended.

We really liked Mariel's hotel because there are restaurants and local businesses around, to go to the marina we walked 15 minutes or took a taxi. The pool is quite good and the rooms are very clean and equipped. We are very grateful to the women who clean the hotel because they were kind and we liked them. We stayed 5 days and it worked very well for us to rest with air conditioning, prepare simple food. Take showers and watch TV. The queen size bed and the cool and spacious room was something we enjoyed a lot because we came back very tired from whale watching, snorkeling or going on tours.

The location is amazing if you want to go out at night because it is not far from the tourist areas but not close enough to hear the noise. The place was very, very clean and the instructions for entering and leaving were very clear.
