We loved the house. Very well located, very close to the waves. The barbecue area on the balcony adds a lot to the experience. I hope to return to the house. Thank you.

Guido has a perfect house for an small family. Beautiful, amazing location and great communication with the host.

Nice space right across the street from beach and beach club (which is where you want to be in Iguanas). Stairs to upstairs sleeping are/loft may not be safe for small children. Our kids were older and we didn’t have any issues.

We had a very good time. The location is perfect to be right on the beach and go surfing. We highly recommend it to everyone! :) Great place to stay!

Beautiful new house about a 1 minute walk to the main break at Colorado's. Very happy with the stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Air conditioning worked great. The space was clean and comfortable. Great place!

Casa Rocas Nica is a beautiful house with open environments. It has a modern concept and has the basics and necessary for a family stay. It has a perfect and complete kitchen, with all appliances. A very spacious and comfortable room. The bathing experience is unique. The very picturesque porch surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors inside the house. The best part is its great location, 100 meters from the beach. Totally recommended. We charm and we enjoyed it, we would stay again in this house, which is located in a safe and private environment, where varied restaurant options are offered. The host's attention was very good.
