The place is very well located but it seems to be geared towards surfers who don't need a few basic amenities like hot water, or a water tanks which is needed in Nicaragua. In addition, the stairs are quite steep and dangerous. The host communicates well but I wish I had known about this prior to booking.

Nice space right across the street from beach and beach club (which is where you want to be in Iguanas). Stairs to upstairs sleeping are/loft may not be safe for small children. Our kids were older and we didn’t have any issues.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Lage ist perfekt, um direkt am Strand zu sein und surfen zu gehen. Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen! :) Tolle Unterkunft!

Cute little house just a short walk from the beach and very close to the beach club. Beautiful surroundings with lots of trees. Host is friendly and responsive. Our kids had a great time.

Beautiful new house about a 1 minute walk to the main break at Colorado's. Very happy with the stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Air conditioning worked great. The space was clean and comfortable. Great place!

Casa Rocas Nica es una casa hermosa de ambientes abiertos. Tiene un concepto moderno y cuenta con lo basico y necesario para pasar una estadía en familia. Tiene una cocina perfecta y completa, con todos los electrodomésticos. Una habitación muy amplia y cómoda. La experiencia del baño es única. El porche muy pintoresco rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del aire libre dentro de casa. Lo mejor es su excelente ubicación, a 100 metros de la playa. Totalmente recomendada. Nos encanto y la disfrutamos, volveríamos a hospedarnos en esta casa, que se encuentra en un ambiente seguro y privado, donde se ofrece opciones de restaurantes variados. Muy buena la atención de los anfitriones.
