Excellent communication, a very nice place and just as it is in the photos.

The experience met all expectations. A spacious, comfortable house with all the amenities and facilities working properly. We recommend that garbage be managed by separating recyclables and organic waste for composting.

I have nothing but priase for Lleinny, her team and Mr. Fernando. We were staying there during the earthquake that hit Colombia last Monday and the place is close to the city that was hit hardest. Mr. Fernando has worked around the clock to accomodate us, make sure electricity / water etc was working as fast as possible and apart from that they came to check we were all okay within minutes after it happened. Apart from the above, the place is just magical, we had a really great time and would recommend it for sure.

Lleinny’s house was the perfect place for a family getaway 🫶🏼 The pool is safe and secure, the rooms are big and comfortable, and swimming in the river surrounded by the guadua forest, just a 2-minute walk away, was the highlight of our trip. And Lleinny was a great host!

such a great stay. the view was incredible, the rooms were spotless, and yes, of course the space was beautiful, but what truly stood out to my family and i was how amazing Lleinny and her staff was. Luz Mari in particular who is the property manager was incredible. she was so so friendly, offering great recommendations, so helpful in everything we could possibly need. she really made our stay go from great to amazing. she felt like family! Lleinny was very responsive and was just a message away. there was a small hiccup at the beginning of our stay where there was a small misunderstanding in regards to the air conditioning and Lleinny was very quick to resolve the issue. we had a six month baby with us that couldn’t be without air conditioning and she immediately moved us to a bigger property she had that was fully air conditioned without cost. i’d recommend this place to absolutely everyone. not just for the most beautiful views but for an incredible host and staff.

Beautiful house for evenings with friends and pool and jacuzzi days with kids. The house is very spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. You can easily get meals delivered, and Fernando was very responsive to any requests we had. Recommended!

A wonderful place, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and impeccable rooms, heated jacuzzi, nature trail, river nearby. Fernando, the person in charge of the property, was very attentive to our stay. He gave us instructions on where to buy food and what we needed. The pool was always clean. They had board games for the kids and satellite TV, which we used to watch World Cup games. Super recommended place!!! Thank you so much.

We were a group of 20 people and we loved the place. It's just as it appears in the photos and even much nicer. The rooms are comfortable, there are many common areas to enjoy as a family and as a couple, and the host's service was very good. They were very friendly. We would definitely come back.

It's a very good place to stay The location is challenging from a transportation standpoint Although we had information and recommendations for transportation, at times it became complicated If you go by car, this will NOT be a problem The stores or places to shop are not nearby (within walking distance), so this should be taken into account to make your stay comfortable. The villa looks bigger than in the photos; the location is perfect, right in the middle of nature, and exotic birds visit us throughout the day. The house staff are friendly, and the host is very responsive, able to respond to all our requests very quickly. The rooms are nice; everything was perfect. Special notes about the fire pit on the last evening. Once again, thank you for these 3 days of rest and a change of scenery.

I absolutely loved this place. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to buy a house in Pereira, Colombia. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made it perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and they even left firewood ready for the fire pit, which was a really nice touch. Getting there was easy — just about half a mile on a dirt road. Overall, the property is simply beautiful and a great place to relax. The only thing missing was a hammock.

Overall our stay was beautiful, the place is dreamy. It definitely needs some updates and repairs. You are also in an isolated area so you need a car to get around. You are in the country side so be aware it is like glamping some light bugs, mosquitos etc. also only one room has AC but the fans are great and do the job since it’s not too hot at night.

The house is wonderful, perfect for sharing with family and friends, it is a comforting place. I recommend it for children, definitely 10/10. The super plus was the recommendation of chef Carlos, delicious cuisine and makes you feel at home.

The vila was an amazing stay from the start through the end, from the owner coming over and welcoming us with fresh buñelos to the amazing staff with Robinson helping with anything around the house. The house was clean and fairly well equipped with enough space and extra bedding for everyone. This is a great airbnb with a lot of extras, security, and a trail to see the beautiful nature of Perieria, without hesitation i would recommend this stay!

Very good house, too bad we didn't enjoy it for long

The stay was pleasant, the accommodation lends itself to various types of stays. The ecological trail is an unmissable plus, we would have liked to have known about it from the beginning of the stay. There is everything you could need for large groups in the kitchen, towels, blankets, everything. The hosts were very attentive and always very friendly, we felt welcome all the time. There are many rooms for every type of taste. We really loved every part of the stay.

She was patient, thoughtful, and proactive in all interactions. And the house manager, Juan Diego, helped bring the whole experience together with his personal touch. The two of them make a dynamic duo. The hospitality experience was augmented when Lleinny gave me two crucial contacts: Carlos, a chef; and Maria, a housekeeper. Both of them made our stay spectacular. Maria kept the house spotless. Carlos made scrumptious meals. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the gorgeous environment and amenities. Highly recommended place to spend time with friends and family. Close to Pereira, Santa Rosa de Cabal, Armenia, Cocora, with many cultural activities to do. The place is private and very comfortable. You need to have a car to get the most out of it, since it is in a rural area. The house is very well organized and has everything you need both to rest and to share: a fire pit, swimming pool, spacious spaces, good sound, views, among others.

Lleinny and her excellent staff always responded to all our needs and were attentive to resolving any concerns. Friendly and very cordial.

Everything's perfect

Our stay was excellent. The house is really spectacular: spacious, bright and surrounded by beautiful landscapes that invite you to rest and disconnect. Everything was very clean and in perfect condition. The amenities of the house made the difference: very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, spacious social spaces to share, outdoor areas to enjoy the landscape, and every detail designed to make us feel at home. It was a perfect weekend to relax and enjoy in peace. Communication with the host was clear and very attentive. Definitely a highly recommended place that we would love to return to.

Overall a fabulous stay! Perfect for a large family with ample space to feel comfortable. Rooms look like pictures, kitchen could use some work but if you get service you aren’t there much and all the games to have a fun stay with lasting memories.

This was the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at in my life, Lenny even provided us with a private chef and the food was amazing. Me and my friends woke up everyday to a beautiful view the pool was clean everything about it was amazing this was a 1000/10 experience that I’ll be doing again for many years to come.

We really enjoyed the house. It has all the amenities you need for a weekend. We have no complaints, because everything was perfect, the place, the weather, every space in the house and its privacy. Mrs. Paula and her husband were very kind and supported us with housework and tried at all times to make us feel comfortable and that nothing was missing. Lleiny's courtesy as a host to send us fritters for our breakfast on the last day of our stay was spectacular!!! I definitely recommend it!! You will spend a few days away from the noise of the city and breathe fresh air!

A really beautiful house, with an infinity pool and a jacuzzi with 360° views from the top of the mountain. Huge rooms and bathrooms, with luxury finishes and comfort that exceeds expectations. Lleiny provided referrals for all services. The housekeeper and cook, Sandra was amazing. She kept the house clean and cooked for all of us (additional cost). MaluTours, was the transportation and tour guide, highly recommend. Safe drivers that know the area, are friendly and kind. We had a large group so lots of trips and bussing around, they have vehicles of all sizes depending on your group (additional cost). Lastly, the house was perfect! The retreat down by the river was amazingly beautiful. Go enjoy this little piece of heaven in the heart of Pereira. I traveled with a large group, and everyone was beyond happy and satisfied.
