Excellent accommodation for family time. The house is very nice and spacious. It has a spectacular view, and the garden is very well maintained. Everything works fine, just as described, comfortable beds and living room. It has the necessary cooking utensils. The whole family enjoyed it a lot. Overall, everything was fine. Overall, the house is fine and provides the basics for a comfortable stay. However, we think it is important to mention that the listing may be somewhat confusing: it indicates that the property has five bedrooms, but it does not clarify that the fifth bedroom is located inside the kitchen and is a utility room. Also, four parking spaces are advertised, when in fact there are only three available. On the other hand, during our stay we made several requests in order to make our experience more comfortable, but Pedro was not very flexible and it was not possible to get support with any of them. Overall, the property is adequate, although we believe that a more accurate description and greater availability on the part of the host would significantly improve the guest experience.

We are sorry that Carolina had this impression; however, we consider it important to clarify a few points for future guests and hosts. The information posted in our listing corresponds to the characteristics of the property. The fifth room is a separate space and is not located inside the kitchen, and we have four parking spaces, as indicated in the listing. Regarding the alleged lack of flexibility, during the stay we try to accommodate your requests within our capabilities and within the established rules and schedules. Some requests could not be granted, including a later check-out, because we had to prepare the property for the next guests. We also consider it important to provide the full context of the stay. Our evaluation of Carolina and her group was not favorable due to various breaches of the rules: we received complaints from neighbors about loud music until late at night, furniture was moved from the interior to the garden without being returned to its place, and after their departure, we found that items were missing from one of the house sets. We respect the opinions of our guests and are always open to improvement. However, we consider it equally important that future guests and hosts know the full context of the stay.

The house is very beautiful: excellent finishes, tasteful decoration and very well laid out spaces. The pool with a waterfall and spectacular jacuzzi for adults and children to enjoy together. The beds and rooms are nice and comfortable, and all the facilities (kitchen, showers, boiler, etc.) worked properly. The staff who looked after us were very friendly. The kitchen lacked plates and bowls to serve the food, which was inconvenient for a large group. A negative point was the attitude of the host, Pedro: from before we arrived he was hostile and made strange comments to us, even threatening to cancel and return the money in response to simple requests. I also felt a lot of supervision from the cameras and unnecessary interventions when parking and when checking out. The delivery and departure with the person in charge (Lety) was very detailed, even making us feel like suspects. Apart from those aspects of mistrust and supervision, we had a great time.

For clarity of future guests: during your stay there were repeated breaches of the rules (not respecting the check-in time, parking obstructing the sidewalk and entrances, entry/requests for unregistered people, and attempts to move furniture), so it was necessary to follow up and request support from Airbnb on more than one occasion. The cameras are only outside, are declared in the ad, and are used only for security. We're sorry the rule reminders were uncomfortable for you — our goal is to keep your stay safe, tidy, and respectful for everyone.

Everything was excellent! Pedro is a great host. The only drawback was the mistreatment of the people at the entrance to the condominium and that they did not give us access until Pedro called. We wait more than 25 minutes in the sun. I know it's out of Pedro's control and I appreciate the support he gave us, we just have to report the incident to the Lomas de Cocoyoc administration

It was much better than I expected, it looks nice in the photos but in reality it is much prettier, the spaces are well distributed, super comfortable and quite spacious. Magnificent, a house with everything you need to have a good time and with plenty of amenities! Pedro is very friendly and responds quickly. The only thing I would change is not having to pay for the gas for heating, but I understand and that's the way it is with everything. In general, everything was magnificent and I highly recommend it

In general everything was fine, it was true to what they advertise, the towels are very helpful, and the kitchen is well equipped. The place is very nice and has amenities to entertain you, the truth is everything was really good. What I would change to improve the stay is that the waterfall be turned on when needed, the Jacuzzi light and the bubbles. In my opinion, they turned everything off too early, since it is automatic it turns off and on but you don't know when and you can't turn them back on (but it's what they advertise, I mention it to improve it). The young lady who welcomed us was very kind, and the host always responded on time and was kind.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and, as always, we loved it. It is very well equipped and very spacious, which makes the stay very comfortable. From the moment I arrived with my family, the view left us speechless, the place is beautiful and perfect to relax. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The whole house was very clean and the furniture well maintained, the host was very attentive, providing us with local recommendations and making sure we were comfortable. The place is beautiful, the house is very spacious and all the furniture is very well cared for, you are treated very well since you are received and the host is always attentive to what you need. An excellent place to rest and enjoy with friends. Full of very comfortable details and also games that made the stay a pleasure. Very attentive and friendly Pedro, he welcomed us from check-in and made sure we were very comfortable and happy.

This is our second time staying at Pedro's house, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The pool was at a perfect temperature, which made it ideal to enjoy all day. The house is equipped with all the necessary utensils, which makes the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms are in perfect condition, very comfortable, and the air conditioners and fans work wonderful, keeping the house cool at all times. All in all, it was an excellent stay, ideal to rest and enjoy as a family. We definitely recommend it to any family who want to relax and spend some unforgettable days. We'll be back soon!

The house is very cozy and has the spaces well distributed, you do not feel locked up by the view of the golf course and the lake, it is very safe. Pedro is very friendly and is always attentive to your needs. We definitely come back!

The owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is second to none in this community. Beautiful view from every part of the home. Maid service was excellent and home was especially accommodating. It has a pool, Hot Tube, Grill with outdoor kitchen, fire pit, lots of games like Foosball, Billiards, etc. It included a Sonos speaker system throughout the home and outside a ms well. Netflix and Wifi access was great. Only one small item that would make it 100% Perfect…..the Hot Tub does not get above 32 deg C (90 Deg F.). I like my Hot Tub Hot…at least 40 deg C (104 deg F). If I could have changed anything it would have been that. Otherwise…..an Amazing place hosted by Fantastic owners!

Incredible home with an unbeatable location. It has all the services in perfect condition and a master pool with an enviable view of the golf course. 10 minute walk to the plaza and very easy to find. We had a good weekend. The house is in good condition. Pedro was extremely attentive, he responded to every message. We would stay again. The only point to improve is that the first time we used the boiler, no hot water came out of the jacuzzi, two hours passed until we talked to Pedro to turn it on, the service is supposed to be for 6 hours but we got the impression that hot water was coming out for less time.

If you plan to rent this house, don't think about it anymore... do it! It might seem like a promotional review, but I dare do it because our stay at this house was wonderful. Here's what I think about: •Cleaning is excellent •Communication with Pedro is 100% effective •Spaces are perfect for large families •Has golf club view •The equipment of the house is much better than the average of houses •Each room has its own bathroom •It has games to entertain you •It has shops and restaurants very close by We personally were very satisfied.

Pedro’s place is amazing, however we had to pay extra for warming up the jacuzzi and the pool. And although it rained that day, when we the hot water was supposed to be turned on, for when we paid for it to be in, it was freezing cold. He said we’d get a refund but we didn’t yet. It’s been more than a week now. He was also very rude about us complaining about the water. All of that, while we were very patient when the refrigerator broke and we ruined half of our groceries.

Jami, as you mentioned, it was raining all day and that cooled the pool and the Jacuzzi, even though the boiler was on the whole time. I'm not being rude, but calling me at 2 am in an inconvenient state to tell me that you wanted me to turn the boiler back on, I don't think that's right.

The house is just as shown in the photos. It's comfortable, perfect for bringing children, comfortable beds, clean rooms, towels for the pool and bathrooms, very pleasant terraces for chatting without worrying about waking the children up at night, and an amazing location since the club is within walking distance and the shops are also a 5-minute walk away. Everything was very clean, the people who helped us were very friendly, the recommended massage therapist was spectacular… and above all, Pedro answered all our questions very quickly, and communication was very good. We're definitely going back!!

Great place to get away from the stress of the city. The house is super clean and Pedro is super attentive. The only comment I would have is that during our stay the pool boiler didn't heat up the water enough, but it can be fixed for sure. Overall, fantastic.
