I loved staying at this house. It was very clean, nice and with plenty of space, which made my stay very comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was the surrounding nature. It's a quiet and perfect place to disconnect. The location is good, and it was very easy to get there. The host was excellent, always very friendly, attentive and willing to answer all my questions, making me feel welcome from the first moment. It was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable, quiet stay surrounded by a beautiful natural environment.

Our stay at Ian's Airbnb was excellent. The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Ian was very friendly, attentive and always willing to help when we needed him. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Casa Lenca was amazing for me and my family of 11! We had a wonderful time and really loved the community amenities. The pool, private beach, and deck were huge hits with everyone. Plenty of space for a big group and everything was just as described. Would definitely stay again!

This house is incredible. It is enormous, and so beautifully designed. The privacy, the stunning yard, the wild jungle- so good. Even if it is hot down on the beach, there is a great breeze up at the house and it stays cool(er). Great sleeping temps at night, we never needed the ACs in the bedrooms because the breeze keeps up at that elevation. The little pool was good for quick dips, and the big pool at the clubhouse was great. The food at the Cove is good as well. Ian is charming and helpful as a host. We already can't wait to go back.

The house is absolutely fantastic. Beautiful. Well designed and with very well integrated decorative and artistic details. The entire style of the house is very well integrated into the location, the top of a hill, which allows permanent ventilation of the house. The house has a sense of well-being in all spaces. The only aspect that did not meet expectations was the Palmetto beach. It's not exactly the idea of a tropical beach with crystal clear waters.

Casa Lenca was exactly what we needed for 3 weeks. Peace and tranquility in paradise. The house was super spacious and just beautiful. There were days we never even needed to leave the home. The furniture could use some updating but what is there was just fine for our needs. I cant say enough about Ian. He was the host extraordinaire! Communication was spot on from booking this home to leaving it. He was incredibly helpful with ALL the questions we had. He lives on the premises which we found VERY helpful on multiple occasions. Palmetto Bay was centrally located on the island to anywhere we wanted to go. We felt safe and at home there. As far as the HOA, The Cove restaurant was great and very convenient. The private beach and pool were an added bonus. There is a Brewery/restaurant just minutes from the home as well that is really good. If we are to return to Roatan again, we will definitely choose Case Lenca!

Beautiful villa in secure and tranquil area. Palmetto Bay is a predominantly touristy neighborhood. Easy to communicate with Ian. High availability. He stays in an apartment near the pool, but never disturbing. Comfortable house, great view, would need small refreshment and maintenance work, but nothing major. Furniture update would be required. The kitchen has basic amenities. The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Common areas are good. Potable water jugs to fill in the market. Eldon grocery store a 15-minute drive away. Wifi works well in the central rooms. The villa gives access to a beach, pool and a restaurant-bar a 10 minute walk through a beautiful garden. Beach Chairs available for free. The beach is ok, but there are seaweed and herbs in large quantities. Daily maintained beach. Dock accessible for swimming. We spent two beautiful weeks with our family.

First off, Ian was an amazing host. His communication was clear and concise, he was incredibly friendly, and was super flexible. The house was beautiful. There’s no words to describe how perfect the house and location was. I will absolutely be coming back soon

Great property. Just a quiet little home towards the back of Palmetto Bay. Very private with great, large open spaces and wonderful views. The nearby beach and restaurant are also lovely.
