Great location! Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! Felt very safe in the area.

We had a great stay at Sergio's place. The apartment is on one of the best neighborhoods of Mexico which made the duration of our stay safe and practical as we were able to walk around a 20 min radius to all the best restaurants and bars. We had some internet issues which he help fix. First by contacting a technician to fix the modem but while that was ready, he got a portable modem as a temporary solution so we were able to work. The umbrella of the terrace blew away by strong winds which he replaced it by a new one and also help coordinate the one blown away by the wind from the electrical wiring off the street with the Mexican officials. Overall, highly recommendable stay and great host.

Thank you! The experience was excellent.

Large and well furnished apartment with all the kitchen utensils you may need. The location is easy to find and walkable to many great cafes and bakeries and restaurants. The apartment is a long railroad style and unfortunately does get very hot and stuffy if the weather is warm. There are ceiling and portable fans in each room. There is currently a very large construction site right next door so it’s worth being mindful of that if you wish to sleep past 8am or enjoy the rooftop. Sergio was a lovely and communicative host.

Sergio's place was a fantastic stay for our group, in the best location. Spacious, comfortable, and quiet. En-suite bathrooms for guest privacy and lots of great common spaces to hang out, especially the roof deck. We appreciated the flexibility of the check-in and check-out process and Sergio's clear communication about every aspect of the house. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to other travelers! Thank you, Sergio.

Spent 11 days here with our adult children. Great cafes, restaurants and bars too numerous to mention all within walking distance. Good and cheap public transport links. Easy flat for stay in area that felt safe at night. Good coffee wine cocktails and pastries at Marne on corner. Cafe underneath house decent. Best meal - Pargot Best museum - National Museum of Anthropology Best Night Out - Friday Luche Libre - Mexico Arena Best Experience - ballons over pyramids Cheap tacos - Orinoco More expensive tacos - Due Vallee

Amazing location and the apartment is super modern and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the terrace is a highlight. Sergio was extremely responsive and helpful, even providing coffee filters within hours of asking. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely walkable with a ton of great coffee shops and restaurants within minutes. The only surprises was that the apartment was quite cold at night and there was construction happening next door until late in the evening. Regardless, we'd recommend it and stay here again!

Sergio’s place was perfect for our stay in Mexico City with two families. We had plenty of room and loved the king size beds. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, and we had all amenities we needed. Neighborhood is beautiful and infinitely walkable. Sergio was great to communicate with - friendly, prompt. He was also flexible with us on check in/check out times - something we very much appreciated because our flights were at strange times. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Sergio!

Sergio's apartment was amazingly clean and spacious. We had such a comfortable stay for our 7-day (a couple and 2 adult children) visit to the Roma/Condessa area. He was very friendly and responsive in general and showed a lot of compassion toward a personal situation that might have impacted the timing of our stay. The apartment was very centrally located and felt very safe and accessible. I would highly recommend this as a great space for groups of people as each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a central living room and large vestibule/atrium for hanging out as a group or in smaller groups. The private patio was also very appreciated and had great night time views!

This is a great place, in a great location in Roma Norte, with a super responsive host. Plusses: Each KING bed (super comfortable) has its own bath & shower. Kitchen met all our needs Great location for lots of restaurants & a grocery store nearby Super clean Considerations: I would say not a place for kids <5 because there is an open staircase & no bathtub; If you plan to spend a lot of time in the unit you might be disappointed as there is limited sitting areas & the kitchen isn't super big Not a lot of light or fresh air outside of going up to the rooftop terrace. The terrace was great but I love light streaming in through my bedroom windows - very urban unit which was wonderful for getting to restaurants and out and about in Roma Norte. This is a really great place for a group of adults - We were four adults (one couple and their two adult children). Everyone having an "equal bed and bath" was wonderful. It was also super quiet between rooms - lots of privacy.

Nice place for a family with teenage children - everyone had their own room. Well equipped kitchen although with many restaurants close by we hardly used it. Large water dispenser with spare bottles was nice. The three bedrooms (each with en-suite bath) were away from the street and very quiet. The den/fourth bedroom with futon faced the street. A couple of small issues the Sergio responded to immediately were no problem. The wifi router and TV were in the hall that connects the bedrooms to the front of house with den, kitchen and living/dining room. The kids liked the roof deck which is accessed with a spiral staircase. Definitely would stay there again.

Clean, convenient location and the roof deck was pleasant. Very basic furnishing but the art was nice. Shower temperature was essentially impossible to control. There were instructions in the welcome packet that did not solve this problem - given that there were instructions I imagine this is a recurring issue. Towels were also entirely useless, certainly the worst towels I’ve ever used in my life. By no means an awful experience, but I’d likely book elsewhere in future.

We loved our stay here! The place was just as beautiful as the photos and worked perfectly for our group of seven (my husband, parents, in-laws, sister, and me). It had everything we needed and the location couldn’t be better—cafes, bakeries, and restaurants all within walking distance, but still nice and quiet at night. The host was super accommodating, letting us store our luggage before check-in and always quick to answer questions, which made everything so easy. The terrace was such a great spot for evenings hanging out and playing games. Most importantly, Everything was super clean—we walked around barefoot and our socks stayed spotless. We even saw the cleaning lady disinfecting with Clorox, which made us feel even better about the cleanliness. The only small downside was the low water pressure, but that seems to be pretty common in Mexico City. Overall, an amazing stay and we’d definitely come back!

This was a wonderful stay - beautiful space with plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was great - walkable to lots of food and treats. We walked across the street daily to get fresh roasted coffee at Wilbertts, smash burgers at the corner at La Societad, and drinks and other necessities at OXXO around the corner. Sergio communicated all of what we’d need, including being proactive to talk with us to ensure we were good. The terraza was incredible, truly a comfortable and safe stay for our whole family - which included a kid as young as 2 and a tata aged 71!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and we felt right at home. There is so much to discover in the surrounding areas and no need for transport as walking is so easy. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this apartment and its location. It had plenty of space for 4 adults and the rooftop terrace was great for relaxing and getting some sun. We will come again!

Wonderful stay! Spacious, clean, cute, great communication with host. We would stay here again!

A perfect place for myself and four friends to explore the Condesa neighborhood and surrounding areas in Mexico City! We spent five nights at Sergio's beautiful airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Very walkable to LOTS of amazing restaurants, parks and museums. Comfortably slept 5 people in large beds with private baths. We LOVED the rooftop patio for morning coffee and late night wine and chats. Sergio also allowed us to drop off our bags early and keep them at the location after checkout so we had time to explore without hauling our stuff around. One thing to consider that others have mentioned - There's limited window and airflow in the bedrooms. If you are someone who needs fresh air to sleep, you may want to think about this before booking. I had the ceiling fan and a rotating fan going during the night and it was comfortable.

Sergio was a wonderful host! He helped with ideas prior to arriving, when we arrived and while we were in Mexico City. Sergio is very responsive and checked on us to make sure we got in alright and if we needed anything else. As a lot was going on while we were in Mexico City, he sent us information on the Day of the Dead parade, timing, route, etc that was very helpful. His place is just as described and was perfect for our stay. We loved the location. We enjoyed walking to various places near by & it was a quick uber ride to other places we wanted to go. The home gave us each a private room & bathroom as well as nice areas to be together when at his place. I would definitely recommend it. We were all very pleased with our stay!

Sergio's place was perfect for our first trip to CDMX. There's a ton of stuff to do in the neighborhood and it's very walkable to other areas. The space is great, very bright and airy with plenty of room and the rooftop was a perfect place to hang out. Sergio was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. He's kind and made sure we had a great stay. He also helped arrange a private chef to come to the house which was amazing. I would definitely recommend going that route while you're staying here. The food was amazing and the process was easy. Overall a great spot for a home base while we were visiting. Thanks Sergio!

We had an amazing time in this place. Lots of natural lighting indoors, and central location to plenty of neighborhoods in CDMX. Understated pros: door automatically shuts which makes it easier for groups to split up as needed, filtered water dispenser helped us not have to buy as much water! Only con I would list is since we did visit at a particularly hotter time, the house would be pretty warm at night and there is no A/C. There are many fans, and of course there is a wonderful terrace upstairs to enjoy some drinks and cool down anyways. Sergio was very responsive during the trip, and was prompt in fixing the one issue we did encounter (water pump turned off, but was fixed within 2 hours after reaching out). Thanks for a wonderful trip Sergio!

Sergio was very responsive in the booking process, before arrival and then through out the stay. He also made some phenomenal suggestions for nearby restaurants, convenience stores and attractions. The apartment is in a perfect neighborhood and within walking distance of some amazing restaurants and cafes as well as parks, even has a cafe downstairs. The apartment is beautiful and nicely decorated, really spacious with everything you need including really good fresh coffee from a nearby roastery. One thing to be very aware of if you travel during summer is Mexico City now has very unusual high temperatures. We had 90 degrees every day and this apartment has no air conditioning, no windows for fresh air in bedrooms and a huge glass skylight throughout,so afternoon is and nightimes were uncomfortable. There are fans in the rooms but the in room temperature must have been at least 85 degrees. Overall a phenomenal stay and we will come back.

Great communication, good location. Very accommodating host, you can tell he cares about the guest experience. Weather was unusually warm and unfortunately upon arrival the Airbnb was a hotbox, with no AC this was very problematic, especially with two kiddos under 2. Even with open windows and fans we were all sweating the first full day and night. We were able to manage leaving all windows open all night in which the temp dropped. That really saved us. Another problem was the dirty floors, our feet were black in no time at all and babies diapers were dirty from crawling. Host was quick to arrange someone to come by and clean up the next day but it was more convenient for me to buy a mop and clean myself because we came with two kiddos who spend a lot of time on the floor. I’m giving 5 stars because the host does not control the weather and I do think the floor situation must have been missed by cleaning crew. I also think with the windows open and the city pollution, soot comes in.
