This place was selected to spend New Year's Eve. It has really heavenly places very close by, on the beach and in the mountains. Water and land sports. In particular, I liked that it is a place with clear rules in terms of silence, tranquility and despite it being the New Year's holiday I did not have to deal with noisy neighbors, which makes me think that in the subdivision everyone respects peace and the right to rest of others. The kitchen is spacious enough to prepare what we needed for the stay and New Year's Eve dinner. Comfortable beds, as well as sheets and blankets. It's a good place for vacations, although it doesn't have direct access to the beach, it's minutes away by car. There are two yacht clubs nearby where you can rent at very affordable prices. Although we enjoy the pool, that they open it in summer is a plus. I highly recommend the place for a family of 4 to 6 members.

The experience at Mario's house was good. At all times there was very good communication and they were very good hosts. Great option to spend a few days. The house is very comfortable, there is a lot of security, a quiet and family atmosphere. The pool and social area are very functional and very good size. The location is very good, very close to the beach. And we loved the pickleball courts. We will definitely be back to this place.
