I really liked the place. The apartment was clean, easy to find, and met our expectations. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is practical. The pools are excellent and the condominium restaurant is very good. The only thing we didn't like so much was the condo beach, which at least at the time we went had a lot of rocks and wasn't ideal for swimming. Overall, it was a very good experience. Super clean and Iván was a great host. He responds quickly and helps with whatever you need!

Beautiful and clean apartment/resort. We enjoyed our stay. My family enjoyed the pools and beach. Ivan was responsive when we reached out for help and staff was also friendly. The apartment was listed as beach front so I was expecting a beach view but regardless of the view being blocked my Palm trees we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Everything was perfect; I really liked the accommodation.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Very well appointed and in a convenient location to the parking and various pools across the development. Ivan was extremely responsive and communicated very well. The Bolongo resort is in a beautiful location and we will definitely return. Can highly recommend the apartment and the resort.

Everything related to Ivan and the apartment was very good, except for 2 bathrooms where the water was not hot. The issue where there would be a complaint is with the condominium management, which is quite bad, with several food and beverage suppliers where one of the beverage suppliers charged us a bill that was from the other supplier and no one took responsibility.

I really liked the apartment and it was well-equipped, very fast communication and everything was very nice and in order. The amenities are very good.

Pleasant, comfortable, surrounded by nature with water and trees, panoramic views of the mountains and the sea, the warm pools, the sea with different levels of height for children and adults, some rocks as in the pictures that you can go around, some waves at some time of the day, the roof terrace is very nice, everything is clean, functional, for children and adults everything is very safe, even the vehicles under the roof, the best in terms of capacity and good size inside the apartment,

Iván’s place is magical! The condo is perfectly situated to view the spectacular forest and the amazing property but still enjoy total privacy. The very large unit was beautiful , comfortable, and spotless! It had everything you could need for a fun and relaxing stay. Iván was so kind to greet us upon arrival and give us a tour of the stunning grounds including the many magnificent pools and the gorgeous breezy beach. He made us feel welcome and was always available to answer any questions. Also, the staff of the restaurants and building were very lovely and helpful. If you’re looking for a relaxing, magical get-away from the city (or from the much-less-private, crowded hotels in PV), Ivan’s property is a perfect place to be. It’s like a secret slice of paradise

We absolutely loved staying at this charming apartment. The common areas such as the pools, the beach, restaurants and services made our stay a few very pleasant days. The apartment is very clean, very good beds, enough towels, well-equipped kitchen, in general a very good accommodation. You can spend the whole day inside the complex and when you say goodbye to the sun, stay in the apartment and watch a good movie.

My recognition for the apartment and the Bolongo place, I highly recommend it has all the necessary mattresses and pillows, the fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped, everything is practically new, the shower with excellent very comfortable pressure, heated pools, the beach is very comfortable

The condo was amazing. It has several pools and beach access. During the 4 days we were there, we always had a place to be. The apartment was beautiful, with all needs covered. A good place to spend a family weekend.

Ivan was very responsive and helpful all the way from booking trough our stay and departure. The Condo is in great shape and Bolongo is beutiful and well set up.

The service from Iván, the host, was excellent. He was attentive the whole time and was very friendly. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some beers. We had a spectacular vacation; the apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely comfortable, and new. It is strategically located for easy access with luggage and to the supermarket. We really liked the security of the condominium, and the fact that, even though it was high season, it didn't feel crowded. The beach was practically private, with restaurant service for snacks and drinks, which we loved. The kitchen was absolutely fully stocked. We thank Ivan for welcoming us with fruit, a bottle of wine, and ice in the refrigerator (a first-class touch). The beds are super comfortable, and with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you really appreciate it when you have teenagers. We used the taxis recommended by the development since we flew to Puerto Vallarta, and we had no problems. We went to La Cruz de Huanacaxtle a couple of times to eat (literally 10 minutes away); it is really worth it to visit Mercado de la Cruz on Sunday and eat fish and shrimp there at the Cata del Mar restaurant—absolutely fantastic.
