Beautiful home near the water. Beach was private and uncrowded. Highly recommend and comfortably fit our big family. Host was very friendly and had lots of local recommendations. Would stay here again in the future.

The house is amazing, right in the best section of the beach. Very relaxing, great views from the terrace and balcony. We were 13 and we had lots of space, bigger than it looks on the pictures. The area is very quiet, not that far from the town center. The host Willy was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I'll stay here in the future, for sure.

The house is amazing, with a fabulous view and access to the beach a few steps away. The rooms are spacious and clean, and in general very comfortable. You feel at home, and what can I say about Willy, a great host, always attentive, friendly and with luxury recommendations. An excellent person, we will definitely return.

It’s literally on the beach and so lovely. It’s one of my favorite memories, to wake up and take the girls to the shore, so sweet and mellow. The place is more rugged and relaxed. If you love the outdoors and a feeling of nature and conservation, this is a great place for your family. Be prepared for lower water pressure—sufficient—and maybe a little bug visitor or two. The house accommodated our family of five adults and four children very well. They had a blast. The communal arrangement of the rooms upstairs added to the magic for us. I would love to stay here again one day.

The Willy y Cindy made our stay very enjoyable. Had great local recommendations for restaurants, and where all around helpful in making sure we had beautiful stay.

Literal, We were greeted with the open doors of their house, and super kind in showing us around the place, we were 16 people and the truth with so much space in the house you didn't even notice that there were too many of us... the house is already among our favorites, spacious, clean and many rooms, beds and bathrooms, ideal for traveling in large groups...

The property is extraordinary, large, with many beds and open spaces, excellent for large families or groups of friends, well located, a few meters from the beach, excellent view and Wilbert the owner, excellent person, very empathetic, everything extraordinary, of the best vacation we have had.

Wilbert was extremely welcoming, accommodating, and helpful! We needed a much earlier check In for our small children and he was extremely flexible. He also had great ay ideas for us to do during our visit. We enjoyed all of his recommendations! He really was such a great host! The place was clean, there was plenty of room for our big group and the bed setups were great! At the end of our visit he asked what he could improve on, which was only one thing that came to mind and he said he was going to fix it (I'm pretty picky with pillows). I highly recommend this place, and would come here again. I've even already expressed interest in his other home in Merida.

Great house for accommodating a lot of people. There was six of us ( 3 mature couples) and we all had our own space. The pool was great, access to the beach and a short drive or 20 min walk into town. There was a nice breeze through the house when you open front and back doors.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and far enough away from the crowds in progreso. Nice refreshing pool and close enough to restaurants and grocery shopping. Highly recommend.

The house is located right off the beach with a pool. It has also great ground floor and upper floor terrace where you can lounge and enjoy the ocean views. The house is huge and has all you need. I’ll definitely be back.

There is no more friendly or attentive person than Mr. Willy, recommended many good food places, helped us with any issues and was always in contact with us. The house is incredible, a beautiful view, very spacious and super well located, the malecón is 15 minutes walk and is beautiful, totally recommended, I would definitely come back

Great location and roomy, comfy spot!

The house is very comfortable, excellent service, the sea is calm and accessible with very little seaweed. A pool suitable for children. Facilities such as a barbecue, special pool bathroom, beautiful terrace with table and chairs with ocean views, a well-equipped kitchen with a water bottle and spacious rooms. And the plus, Christmas decorations! In short, an excellent option to have fun and spend time with the whole family!

The house is in excellent condition, the pool is fully enjoyed and the beach is not even said, additionally Wilbert is an excellent host, all the walks he recommended were already planned, but if you don't have plans, I suggest following his recommendations, the truth is very good.

The house is very spacious and a very nice patio with pool and super close to Del Mar, Wilberth was very attentive since before arrival as well as on our departure. The house is in a good location, very close to the yacht club.

Wil's property is in front of the beach that in these times that is treasured. There are no people in the beach as if it were private. Wil was attentive to everything. There were problems with the Wil pool always responded and gave a solution. Thank you for everything Wil, we hope to return :)

Wilbert's house is perfect, very good size and the facilities are ideal to rest and spend a few days disconnected, the view to the beach and direct access to it make you not need to leave the house. Wilber is an excellent host, I am grateful for it for such good attention!!

Everything was excellent, the house was very spacious as seen in the images of the app, very clean and sanitized, the very kind and attentive host at all times, even when we fell a tromba offered to help us and fix the detail we had for the rain. 100% recommended, we will definitely be back.

Well, the house is spacious, there are many rooms, the sea in front is beautiful, it is close to everything, the furniture is not luxurious, the kitchen could be better equipped, but like everything is better possible to improve. What can't be improved is the kindness of the host, who is an excellent person. Many bathrooms, lower terrace, upper terrace, good sized pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Recommended place, the beach is very beautiful, we had beautiful ocean views. Very safe and all the necessary services nearby, the boardwalk is very close for walking.

When we got there, Wilbert was there to show us around, we had no water but he was quick to bring us a whole jug full. The place was very clean and even more beautiful than in pictures. He gave suggestions for restaurants which was very helpful. The location is perfect. There’s so much to see within walking distance and there’s an oxxo just around the corner. Wilbert came to say good bye as we were leaving and personally asked if there was anything I would suggest to make the next guests stay better. He was so easy to deal with and so kind. I highly recommend.

This is a beautiful house. Plenty of space, it was 15 of us and it was just perfect. We enjoyed the pool area alot. The beach is just a few feet away, so very good spot. Wibert and his wife were very nice, he gave us suggestions of places we could visit and where we could buy groceries. He also gave us some table games for the kids.

Wilbert is super good, he answers you all the time, gave us tips, tips and even did us a huge favor since we arrived very late and we didn't have what to eat but he helped us by asking for some delicious pizzas. She was attentive at all times, and always responded with great kindness. The house is very nice, has lots of rooms and is super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need to host a large group and we had an amazing vacation. We highly recommend it, it is super close to the boardwalk, very well connected and very clean.

Host Willy suuuuuper friendly, he was always in communication, he solved all my doubts before arriving, he recommended many places, the truth is that it was incredible all the treatment we received, he would not hesitate a little in returning to the house, he has enough space for everyone, he is welcoming, the truth is that I don't have any negative points, we loved it.

I wish my husband and I also stayed at this house instead of renting out other Airbnb. If we only knew it was 1 hr apart driving... beside it would been nice waking up in a morning to beautiful ocean view! Wilbert was very professional and personable. Nice spacious house in a very nice location backs on to the beach short distance from restaurants shops and the town centre. House nicely furnished and plenty of parking spaces and the host Wilbert goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need.

Wilbert is a great host, he will share you in advance places you can visit, where to eat and how to get there, if you had any setback Wilbert will look for how to support it to fix it.

Wow! This house was just even better than I though! Clean and beautiful I was so in love with the house. It has so many beds and bathroom! I stayed with 15 people and did not had issues. Outside was beautiful private sand space and pool with its own bathroom to even shower the sand off before entering the house. The hospitality Wilbert had with my family and I was great! I truly recommend it the malecón was 12 mins walking 5 mins in car it was just an awesome experience! Thanks Wilbert will see you the next time!

Pictures don't do this place justice. It is so much more beautiful in real life. The place was very easy to find and Wilbert was there to give us a tour of the house. Super nice guy and he speaks english which was a really nice plus for me. The house is an apartment style with a kitchen upstairs and downstairs. Basic cooking utensils plus salt and pepper are there. The coffee maker is small but it serves 2 people at a time. Both kitchens were spotless. The bedrooms are very nicely furnished. The bedding itself isn't very thick but I learned thats common in Mexico and I actually started liking it that way. 5 out of the 6 bedrooms have a full bathroom attached. All the ocean view rooms have lots of big windows with screens to allow for plenty of airflow thru the house. I think mayb 2 of the rooms also had A/C which we didn't find a need for. My favorite space was the backyard. The pool was fresh and clean when we arrived. Theres a full bathroom outside to shower in/out so you don't get sand in the pool. Both top and bottom porches give an amazing view of the ocean and are furnished with a table and chairs. If you have kids you may wanna bring some sand toys as theres a giant fenced in sandbox right behind the back porch. The walk to the beach has a little rough area that has some burrs or thorns so its a good idea to wear sandals. On the beach tho we found plenty of interesting creatures including starfish and lots of seashells. Also a bonus to me was the beach was very quiet. Some people jogging there mornings but otherwise we pretty well had it to ourselves. The owner checked up on us to make sure everything was good after the first day. Communication with him was very easy and quick. All in all I definetly plan to stay here again.
