The place has an unbeatable location and facilities. But the most is LILIANA! Always attentive, friendly and very helpful in answering doubts , having the house impeccable , it is really a super host team! Nice to go back to the same place !

Excellent service from Liliana and José! The house was perfect for 4 families traveling together. Amenities for all ages, including cribs for the little ones. Liliana was always available on the property! I highly recommend hiring the daily housekeeping service if you are traveling with a large family; it was very helpful and always attentive. The house is beautiful, especially the garden. Wonderful water pressure and excellent internet for those working from home. We would be delighted to return.

The place is ideal to unplug and spend some time with the family, the location is very good because it is very close to the center of Avandaro, you can get there by walking. The fact that they lend you their horses is a bonus that is appreciated, the staff is friendly and the host is attentive all the time! Overall we had a great time! I recommend renting it!

What an absolutely wonderful place. An incredible property with positive energy throughout. totally impressive view with 150 foot trees and an incredible mountain full of trees behind...great weekend escape from the city. house is large enough for 12+ people but cozy enough for just 4-5... we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the host and staff were terrific.... we totally relaxed and felt at home while conveniently being within walking distance of the strip at avandaro... having horses there was a treat and the horses and hosts were very understanding of our dogs. thank you and we'd love to stay again.

Great location, great detail of horses and club access

We spent a week at a family reunion at Gustavo's house. The hospitality is incredible It is not a house just to arrive and sleep, but a property to stay and enjoy. Horseback riding, billiards, the thrush, the spacious green spaces: everything contributes to a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff he serves are all very friendly and provide excellent service. 100% recommended.

The house is much better than what you see in the photos, the patio is huge and with a beautiful view, a lot of tranquility but without being isolated from the world, perfect for spending time with the family. The proximity to the center of Avándaro makes everything much more practical, just like if you are a fan of horses it is a beautiful place like the club's amenities for the sailboat and boat are amazing although I highly recommend going in a high vehicle that holds the ground. I would definitely choose this house again.

The best location in Avándaro; you really feel right at home. Isidro and Iliana were always attentive to our needs, and the children loved the horses and the trampoline. It’s ideal for working and relaxing.

Exceptionally located in downtown Avandaro, the ample property allowed us to bring our extended family. There are horses and stables in the premises and a stable worker helps the children ride them. In house staff is extremely friendly and keep the property in tip top shape. Our host suggested activities and was always checking on what we needed. A great family experience.

Great property, attention and hospitality.

House is as described. Gustavo was very helpful. We ride the horses that live in the House with the help from the house staff. Also the staff helped us cooking breakfast, starting the chimney and even taking care of our little children. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Gustavo's house. Liliana and Carmelo, the people who maintain the house, were very helpful and friendly. Carmelo saddled the horses so the children could go around. The house is very well located, you can walk to restaurants, shops, etc. in the center of Avándaro. I highly recommend it.
