Such an amazing home. It was very clean and cozy. The host was very responsive and friendly. The views were amazing. The beach was RIGHT there. It was just perfect. The host even added a bit extra and made everything more special. Couldn't have been better.

Beautiful, modern stay just steps away from a private beach! So glad we chose Naomi’s home for a weekend getaway with our friends. Her home had everything and more we could have asked for. Naomi is an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. We wish we didn’t have to leave and would love to stay again on our next visit to Penasco! The home may be a little hard to find as I don’t think it shows up on the map accurately so be sure to locate it before arriving.

Beautiful Place!

The pictures do not do this home justice! The two master bedrooms are beyond beautiful and the remote for the sliding shades to the main bedroom and bathroom were such a nice touch. The views were breathtaking and the walk to the beach was 2 minutes. Loved it! The host was very responsive and so lovely. If you’re thinking about it, book now!

Spectacular property! I highly recommend this house for your future stay in Rocky Point. I wouldn’t change a thing about it.

Our stay at this beach home was absolutely amazing! The house is beautifully put together, with an open floor plan and stunning ocean views from both the kitchen and living room. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we could possibly need was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and spices to card games and even a basket of toys that kept the kids entertained for hours. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the home did not go unnoticed. The hospitality was truly above and beyond, and hands down the BEST we’ve ever experienced on this platform. We are so grateful to the hosts for sharing their beautiful home with us, and we can’t wait to return and make even more memories here. Thank you again for everything!!!!

Casa de Sofia is a absolutely beautiful home right a minute walk from the beach. The pictures don't do the living room justice. The water is trucked in so make sure you pay attention to water use. When looking for the place follow signs to section 3 in las conchas. The original address will not take you to the right area.

I have been coming to Rocky Point for years and this was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed! The house was absolutely gorgeous and right on the beach. We totally missed that the master bedroom wasn’t available so that was a bummer and would have definitely been an issue if we had a larger group to be down a whole bed. We were also looking forward to the shower with a view and it was a part of the master bedroom that was blocked off. We also didn’t see bunk beds in any of the photos so that was a surprise. With that being said it ultimately didn’t matter because we had plenty of space for our group and had a wonderful time! We felt safe and the vendors coming over daily was honestly amazing because we felt like we had options for food, drinks and massages at anytime without having to leave the house. Would definitely book again!

Love the place! So close to the beach and many activities would come close to the beach houses by the shore. Beautiful home and will book again.

Excellent stay! Very comfortable and well-equipped house!! Beautiful view, very quiet place! 100% recommended!! The only mishap was that we struggled to find the house, we asked several times to get there, and at the time we couldn't communicate with the owner, which worried us a bit! Finally, someone was more familiar with the area and was able to tell us where the lot we were looking for was, and we were definitely super lost! But once we were in the house, not a single complaint! 10 out of 10!!

My family and I loved the house. We had an excellent vacation. We had a great time. We felt right at home. Each room was 100% equipped and very clean, and the mattresses on the beds felt like new. They were super comfortable. All the bathrooms were very clean and equipped too. The living room and kitchen are very large, and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved the kitchen model and it serves everything. The location of the house is excellent for going to the beach and close to go shopping at the store or to the gas station. In short, the house is in excellent condition and is perfect for a vacation with family. Most importantly, of all the houses I had rented for a vacation, I had never been received in person to show us and explain everything that this house has. It helped us a lot. I recommend this house 100% to any friend or family who needs to rent a house in Peñasco.👌👍

The front has a covered patio that looks out over the beach and ocean and has great patio furniture and a gas firepit. It is a short walk to to the beach, without the beach traffic, and unobstructed access to the beach. It has a fantastic big room with the stove looking out to the living room, patio and ocean. The large 2.5 garage is nice and even has a nice view

Naomi's house was amazing! it's modern with all the right touches and very roomy. The patio deck has some amazing views and the beach is a very short walk from the home. Thank you for the accommodations!

Beautiful house! It’s as nice as it looks in the pictures! The garage is big and we could fit our 12 passenger van in it. It was nice that she had a 5 gallon jug of RO water that connected to the drinking spicket in the sink so we could have good drinking water. It’s easy to refill the 5 gallon jugs in town. The house is well stocked. The kitchen is well stocked. The house has a beautiful view of the ocean and it is a very short walk to it. The beach closest to her house was nice and we enjoyed spending time there. It’s a beautiful house and very comfortable. It feels like you’re staying in someone’s well cared for home as a guest.

We had a great stay at Naomi’s! We were 2 adults and 4 kids and got very comfortably. It was really nice that she had filtered water, keurig coffee and the location was amazing, just a few steps from the beach. We loved it and Naomi was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay! Thank you so much!

The home looked even better than the pictures. The home had everything we could need to feed a family of 8, from utensils to cook with to spices. The home was furnished with beautiful pieces and everything felt well taken care of. You can definitely tell that someone took time to pick each individual piece of furniture of that home and that it is well loved. We would definitely book again! Naomi communicates quickly with any questions and made checkin/out a breeze. Thank you again Naomi !
