Stunning Airbnb in a quiet location in Tulum. Communication with the host went very smoothly, and everyone was very helpful. I would book it again in a minute.

The house was spotless, very spacious. Great communication with the host. I would just like sun loungers by the pool on the ground floor and an outdoor dining area with a small table and chair. But the space is still quite cramped. But a really beautiful house. We rented scooters for the week and had no regrets; everything is close but not on foot.

The house was fantastic. Had everything we needed. Lots of resteraunts and cafes within walkable distance.

This place is great In every way. I’d recommended anyone stay here. Great wifi, great, comfortable house, beautiful pool and they’re very helpful as hosts.

We had an overall pleasant stay at this property. The house was nice, well maintained, and located in a great area. The pool was clean and well cared for, with twice weekly cleanings, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and the rooftop with hammocks was a highlight. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, making holiday cooking easy. Communication with the host was very good and they were responsive when issues came up. There was occasionally a slight sewage smell from the bathroom plumbing, but the host sent someone to address it. We also experienced a couple of power outages outside the host’s control, but flashlights were provided. Water pressure issues were resolved once we contacted the host. Overall, a nice property with good amenities and communication.

Ryan’s home was absolutely perfect for my family and I. From booking to checkout Ryan made sure everything was perfect for us. We spent 8 stays in the home and it felt just like our own. Spacious, clean, beautiful inside and out! I would 100% recommend this home to other guests!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Tulum! The place was extremely clean, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The location is great as well — there are nice restaurants nearby, beautiful beach clubs just 10 minutes away by car, and a big store also about 10 minutes away. This place was amazing! Great ac, great pool, had a grill with charcoal ready for making dinner. It was clean, a lockbox for the keys so you don’t need to bring them with you and risk losing.

Overall it's a great place to stay in Tulum. It was identical to the photos, the decor of the house is nice, the area is very quiet and well located. The house was very clean on our arrival, very tidy. The pool was clean. The internet works very well. The house has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Ryan was always very friendly, we had a problem with a shower and he immediately sent the staff to fix it. The only unpleasant thing was that 3 cockroaches came out in some areas of the house.

Excellent place! Clean, spacious, just as shown in the photos. The only issues we had (the power went out a couple of times, low pressure in the showers and if you need a car to get to restaurants/shops/activities) are issues with Tulum and not with the house. It was the best way to celebrate my birthday with friends! Another thing, the house has no exterior number, we were able to find it by reference photos without a problem, but for any orders, it makes deliveries a bit complicated. Other than that, it was amazing! Thanks Ryan.

5 stars – A magical and family-friendly stay in Tulum! We had an incredible time staying at this Airbnb in Tulum! The space was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. The children absolutely loved it, especially the pool, which quickly became a favorite daily activity. The compound felt very safe and peaceful, which gave us great peace of mind as a family. We also really enjoyed the rooftop thatched area—it was a perfect spot for yoga, relaxing with a book, or simply soaking in the Tulum vibe. One of the best parts was how walkable everything was. We were able to stroll to great local restaurants, explore nearby sites, and even walk or bike to the beach. The location truly made it easy to enjoy everything Tulum has to offer without needing a car.

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb celebrating a last-minute birthday party! The host was incredibly responsive, and the place looked exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Additionally, the location in Aldea Zama was excellent, conveniently close to Centro. We highly recommend this place to our friends!

Accommodation true to the photos and description. Very comfortable and very well located accommodation in Tulum. Very well-equipped, you can go there without a second thought. The only problem we encountered was a smell coming from the hot water pipes. After talking to neighbors, it was a temporary problem, not a recurring one. You can trust this place and especially Ryan. He will welcome you in the best possible conditions. Gracias tulum!!

We booked Casa Caribe for our stay in Tulum, I have to say our host did an amazing job making us very comfortable and at home. The pictures don’t do justice, right when you walk into the house and enter each room, it is breath taking. The pool was very clean and safe to swim in. Our host was very responsive and very kind and friendly. Will definitely recommend to book with Ryan for your Tulum stay.

We had an amazing stay here. Close to local shops and about 15 mins away from cenote calavera and gran cenote. Both were amazing. For the price, this was the perfect place to stay. It’s close to town and there was a pool. What more could you ask for. Plus Ryan was very responsive any time I had a question.

Great place to stay, walking distance to a lot of stuff in Tulum. Lizards do come out at night in the living room but tend to be gone by morning. Bring bug spray the mosquitoes around this area will bite you especially by the pool area. But overall a great stay for the week!

I have stayed at Ryan's place 3 times, with family, friends, and as a couple. It is always very much enjoyed, since the pool is good size, the kitchen is super equipped, the room is very comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious. In person it is much better than the photos, as well as it is very private and nobody bothers you. We have stayed in different places in Tulum, but our favorite is definitely Casa Caribe.

We loved our stay here, it was private and close to a lot of restaurants. The pool was great, the house was clean and nice. The rooftop area was a great place to relax. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was magical! We had an amazing stay and it was in area that was walkable to everything. All the great little spots in Veleta were cute! The area is safe surrounding the Airbnb. The hosts helped to give contact info for airport transportation. Their concierge service helped us. The scooter/ATV rentals were walking distance. Tulum is easy to navigate and the main road for the beach is easily accessible from the Airbnb. It's one main road down straight to the Hotel Zone where the beautiful beaches are. The place itself had great night lighting, the pool was very beautiful and the grafitti on the wall was very cute. The pool side beds were great. The kitchen was full stocked. I was grateful they left us enough complimentary water, towels for showering, and laundry access. The upstairs rooftop hammocks and set up was very romantic. We loved everything about this place! My boyfriend proposed to me in Tulum and this Airbnb will always be a part of our memory.

Everything was amazing!

Casa Caribe is located at a perfect location. It was exactly 1 hr 40 min from CUN airport. Easy access to the main highway and easy to find. The host was very friendly and easy to reach. Casa Caribe is a unique home, the photos taken don’t capture all the full beauty of it. We were a party of 5 we all had our own master bedroom with master bath. There was enough lounge area for everyone to enjoy without the feeling of being cluttered. We rented an SUV thinking we were going to drive, but we just parked it inside the designed parking area inside the home. We walked and rode on cabs when needed. This home uses concierge service, before you book services do your research. Everyone tries to hustle and they start with the highest price they were trying to charge $800 for cab ser. When we arrived were able to get services for $20-$50 a ride & found a driver for the wknd. My only suggestion to the host would be to get pest control & have the hot water checked. I highly recommend this home!

We had a great few days at Casa Caribe. Ryan was very quick at responding, which was really nice and made us feel cared for. I didn’t have too many questions, but if I did, I’m sure Ryan would’ve helped guide us in the right direction. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. There was lots of space for us to spread out, which was great. La Valeta is a bit out of the way from the “touristy spots”, but if you have a car, bike, atv etc, you will have no problems.. (there’s not too many main roads so that’s what causes traffic). There’s also many places to rent bikes/atvs in walking distance of the villa. You will hear some interesting animal noises in the morning, which is to be expected as you’re in the literal jungle.. I thought it was so cool but did catch me off guard the first time we heard it. Highly recommend Ryan’s place, especially if you’re a bigger group! Will be back :)

Loved our stay in Tulum. The kids especially loved the house and the pool. Beautiful interiors and bedrooms and the pool area and roof terrace were both great places to chill out. La Veleta was a great little spot - fabulous cafes and restaurants. Nice to be able to grab food to go from the street vendors or have a nice meal at one of the gorgeous restaurants. Probably a little loud late at night for us (but mainly because we couldn’t partake in the late nights 😆). Ryan was an excellent communicator which made our planning and stay very easy. Would definitely recommend Ryan’s place - a gorgeous, spacious house in a very cool area.

Ryan's home is very nice. the rooms are spacious , the kitchen has all the needed utensils and appliances needed. And it is conveniently located to stores, a pharmacy and a great French bakery..we totally enjoyed our stay.

Ryan and Yeni were great during our stay. Very responsive and attentive asking if everything was alright and welcoming us. The house is very beautiful, just as the pictures. Clean and has all you need to enjoy a family holiday. We love cooking so we used the bbq two times which was great. The whole place was fantastic, we highly recommend it :) The house is 2-3 min walk to a great street taco spot and little grocery shops. The centre of Tulum is very close ~5 min drive, were we found amazing fresh seafood shops and bigger grocery shops. There is also a little feria nearby that was also nice. There are heaps of fresh veggie shops nearby as well. The beach is a 10 min drive as well with cenotes 15 min away :) perfect

The property and hosts..outstanding. The host responds within minutes, was kind and helpful all along the way. Best hosts I’ve ever had. I absolutely hated that I had to leave and literally cried. What a special property and well equipped. The hosts got me in contact with Caroline who helped me plan my trip and she too was nothing short of outstanding. The property is in a very safe neighborhood with so many shops and excellent restaurants steps away. Thank you for making our trip as special as it was. I will never forget Casa Caribe 🫶🏻

This is an amazing property, situated in a very cool suburb of Tulum. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, scooter hire, shops. 20mins walk from central a Tulum and short distance to the beach. The property is stunning and helped to make for a lovely stay. Communication was AMAZING throughout and the hosts were super accommodating in our requests. I would 100% recommend booking this property and visiting the lovely area of Tulum! Viva Mexico!

Gorgeous,comfortable home. Super safe. Super cool neighbourhood with fantastic restaurants, highest rated food carts, amazing coffee and smoothies next door... adorable shops just around the corner, and so close to the big main street in Tulum. But equally as awesome: the host was phenomenal! So accomodating and supportive during our stress due to the WestJet strike in Canada (the week before we arrived), incredibly quick and positive and responsive to our needs. As just one small example: we ran out of propane for the barbeque. By the time I checked to see if Ryan had responded, only moments after sending the message, a truck was outside the gate filling the tank! Same with the pool. I asked if I could use the hose to fill the pool up to the top with water --- but within minutes a service was there taking care of it. Best service ever. And so kind! Just wanting to know we were having a great experience. Masterclass stuff. Would stay there again for sure.

Loved this home with a great sized pool. It was exactly as the pictures and was conveniently located near a ton of restaurants. If I visited Tulum again I would definitely stay here.

Very excited I found this gem. I've been to Tulum several times but now Ive found a place that feels like home. I went with family and we enjoyed the pool more times that we thought we would. Such a cool way to wind down. Then took outdoor naps in the hammock on the second floor. We kept the rental car outside the gate and felt safe. There are several local spots to eat, chill, and relax at. And when we wanted to go to the beach, it was a quick 20 min drive. We all loved this place and cant wait to come back. Highly recommended.

Casa Caribe was wonderful, and Ryan was a great host. The place was just like the pictures. The villa had a great layout with a super nice rooftop. Perfect for having friends for a BBQ and cocktails. I couldn't figure out the BBQ, and Ryan was there in 10 mins to help us out. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there are lots of great stores and restaurants nearby. There is much better food and prices than the hotel zone. We would recommend this place and stay here again.

We had a great time at this rental. The salt water pool was fantastic and cleanings were available during our stay. The 3 king bedroom suites were ideal for our party of 3 adult couples. We had two rental cars and they fit out front of the villa perfectly. There were many shops and places to eat near by, making it easy to walk to breakfast in the mornings or grab tacos when we needed more food in the later hours. The locals in the area were nice and welcoming. The prices in the area for food were significantly cheaper than the rest of Tulúm, making the trip more affordable. We had one maintenance issue during our stay and the host solved it quickly. Overall it was a great vacation at Casa Caribe.

Loved my stay here, it was a paradise, I miss it already! Well worth the price and Ryan was super responsive and helpful. The best place I've stayed at in Mexico so far! (been city hopping for 4 months)

Ryan’s place is in a perfect location, in Tulum very easy to get around and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Ryan was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it. Just bring the proper shoes and bug spray remember Tulum is in the jungle.

Had a great stay at Ryans's place. The property is well thought out and spacious. The photos and descriptions match precisely. The location is ideal for Tulum, right in the heart of La Veleta, everything was close by and easily accessible. The house provided everything you might need with beautiful art, plants, and scenery, and the host was extremely responsive and happy to help if any issues. I just had a few problems with the sliding doors to the rooms and the washing machine, otherwise, I recommend it!

Lovely house! We enjoyed staying at Casa Caribe, it’s a beautiful house, very well divided and equiped, it totally met our needs. Ryan was very responsive and patient with us, i bothered him a few times with some water issues and he instantly helped with the situation. The area is nice and you are close to breakfast places, stores and other ammenities.
