Flawless accommodation, it matched the description, and the pool is also superb. as the outdoor areas. The outdoor kitchen is really a plus! I highly recommend it.

I don't write bad reviews of hosts. In my experience, the vast majority of hosts are well-meaning and doing their best, so it takes a lot of ineptitude on the hosts part to force a bad review. I work remotely and have a young child, so when we travel, we look for basic logistics: is the kitchen usable? Am I able to work remotely? And most importantly, are we safe? We rely on accuracy from the host since Airbnb is not able to go and verify that the pictures and description are up-to-date. Unfortunately for us, we simply did not receive accurate information. In fairness to Patrick, he may have been used to dealing with backpackers and people who do not cook. Past reviewers mention the dogs and the pool. Both are great, but we were hoping for a usable kitchen, a considerate host and an accurate description. We found none of those things here.

As you tried to cancel this the day of reservation despite opting for the discount when then prevents you from doing, you instead set out to make numerous false claims about my property which is clearly contradictory to every guest who has stayed there all of which gave 5 star review becuse of how accurate the photos and description of the listing is and how responsive and helpful I myself and my property managers have been. I still gave you a full refund after 1 day of your 14 day reservation as I did not want such negative energy disturbing such a peaceful and tranquil place. Next time you book a place maybe spend some time researching it first so your not tempted to change your mind last minute and then disparage it in order to get a refund

The stay was magnificent, the place is very large and beautiful, many species of birds to see, a super quiet place to rest, in addition my daughters enjoyed the pool a lot, its waterfall is very relaxing, and its hammock to enjoy the sunset, in addition the place nearby has everything from restaurants to supermarkets and places to enjoy. Patrick was an excellent host, very attentive at all times, always attentive to our requests, the house was very tidy, clean, and with everything we needed during our stay, highly recommended.

Patrick`s place is great for doing activities in Fortuna. We enjoyed the garden with its fruits we could pick and the pool a lot. Patrick is a great host who always responded within minutes. We can only recommend his place! Thank you for having us.

I stayed for 8 days at Patricks Airbnb. The place is so beautiful. I loved his little private area. La Fortuna was about 25-30 min drive with my car rental. The property was gorgeous. The area is near a lot wildlife and insects. But because of the area that you are traveling to always expect a little insect friends to be around. The Airbnb was decently clean. The rooms have great ac unit. Beds were comfortable. And one of my favorite parts of this Airbnb is the two dogs that visited us daily. They actually were like little security guards. So lovable and friendly. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. It’s nice going back to a colder pool after being in the hot springs all day. Patrick was very responsive and extremely helpful. He also offered us the fruits that he grows, just so welcoming. I would return to this Airbnb. 10/10 Thank you again Patrick for your hospitality
