The view from the apartment, the new facilities in the golden area and the facilities by the sea, as well as the host's attention, made our stay in Mazatlan one of the best over the years visiting the port. SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!

Excellent place to stay, easy access, privacy, security and amenities. Great for families, the beach and pool are very enjoyable. The location seemed excellent to me! With a view of the sea (in front of the island of the deer) and the city; it is quiet for sleeping and at the same time it is close to the tourist area for going out for a walk in the afternoons-evenings. Variety of places to eat, whether restaurants or stalls. And Carlos as a host, always attentive to our questions, gave us recommendations, delighted us with a delicious bread tray and came to say goodbye when we left. We will definitely be back! We loved it!

This place was absolutely amazing!! Amazing views of the ocean and city all in one location. You are literally steps away from the beach which contains great restaurants with seafood and live banda. I can’t wait to come back and when I do I will make sure to book this place again. Carlos the host was very nice and tentative. He met us in the parking garage and to help us save time he grabbed the parking pass while we were getting our disabled grandmother out of the car. Everything about this experience was top tier. Carlos and this place deserve 1 million stars. If you are coming to Maza for any reason this is the place to stay at 100%.

Hello! We really liked the apartment because it is just like the photos. I would just like to make a few recommendations for future guests: 1. Keep in mind that although the building has a quiet beach, if you want to go for a walk along the beach, the surrounding area is very crowded. 2. If you're a coffee lover like us, all the Airbnbs we've rented have coffee filters. You can use it with a filter or capsules; we bought capsules, but they weren’t the right size (they were the small ones), so I recommend checking beforehand. I let the host know, and he responded amazingly, saying that he would cover the cost of those capsules. 3. It really helps to have a nearby spot, as there is a place to have breakfast or to buy something quick and healthy. 4. Request the extra cleaning service well in advance. I didn’t, and since it was high season, we couldn’t get anyone. 5. The beds are comfortable, there are extra blankets, air conditioning, and the pool is warm. Thank you so much!

Carlos was an amazing host. He made himself available when needed and recommended amazing places to eat. The condo was impeccable. The location was on point and the views were simply breathtaking!

My family and I loved our stay. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and has a prime location. Everything you need is nearby, and it also has beautiful views of the ocean and the Zona Dorada. One point to consider if you plan to travel in more than one car is that there is only one parking space available. We traveled in two cars and we had to leave one outside the condominiums. I would definitely come back to this apartment for many more days.

The place is wonderful, to the point that it's even better than in the photos, as they don't do justice to how amazing everything is. Carlos was super friendly and very approachable, always in constant communication, excellent service, and I'm very grateful to the host. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and spacious; we loved it. It has everything you need and much more. The building has everything, it's great, large, and new. The location is incredible, the staff is superb, and everything is very well organized. Here are some other things I’ll mention because they’re important to know: - The Wi-Fi keeps dropping; it’s very unreliable. - The pool was too cold; it was windy those days, maybe that was it, but it would be nice if it had some air conditioning. They have several free amenities that can be reserved in advance. I wanted to reserve the spa Jacuzzi, which is free, but it was already fully booked. In case you’re interested, you can call and reserve in advance. I don’t know if that’s possible. I highly recommend it, and of course I would return a thousand times; we enjoyed it very much.

The apartment is incredible with a very father view, very clean and cozy !!! the best part is that it is located in a very good area and you can move easily. I just returned and I already miss the apartment of the unit 2106 en Camino Al Mar. The view is breathtaking, watching the sunset is something incredible and wonderful, hearing the waves in the morning and at night is very relaxing on the other side you can see the seawall completely. In this room you have options to be quiet and relaxed or literally walk out of the room and you are in the pure center of everything, it is very accessible and I loved walking in the mornings going to buy bread and coffee in Panama, food at the Aguachilón, snow in DairyQueen,  soft drinks in Modelerama and atmosphere in Cuichi, Cheers, oyster bar and the other nearby places. Transportation is available at all times without waiting. The room is very comfortable and very spacious. We had a group of 7 for five nights. I decided to stay another three nights, and Carlos helped me with another room that he had available. The service is impeccable. It was literally a VIP service.  The last time I visited Mazatlan was in 2010, and since there are many changes, Carlos helped me a lot and guided me with the new restaurants. He never failed me with food recommendations, and he also helped me with reservations at the clubs. The rooms are very good but the difference and the most important thing is the service and attention of Carlos and his group. Carlos was very attentive he encouraged me to message or call him him for any questions. He even met us outside and showed us directly to the parking garage and let us know exactly how to get there. He was even able to extend our stay last minute.
