Very pretty pool and rooftop area. We were greeted by Bobbi, the manager who helped us with our luggage and briefed is on everything we needed to know. She was very helpful throughout our stay. Eric, who also works here, was very kind and helpful as well. He was able to make great recommendations for anything we asked. The condo was very nice, clean and well appointed. The AC in the living area and also each bedroom worked flawlessly. They are overhauling the pool area and some of the units, which looked good to me as they are, and should be ready for high season. The location is right across from the water and good restaurants, bars, activities and grocery stores are easily walked.

This place was STUNNING! Amazing location, walkable but grateful for golf cart taxis when we had our suitcases. Extremely welcoming and responsive! Can't wait to stay here again!

15/10! We had a perfect stay at Stuart’s spot. The location can not be beat. Right next to the split (gotta do the jump once!) and all the best restaurants/activities; Willie’s, Maggie’s, caveman tours for snorkeling (shoutout Lincoln!), ice and beans for coffee and b-fast, paradise cafe. The pool and hot-tub on the roof were such a nice perk for my two boys (age 9 and 12). The apartment layout was one of the best i’ve stayed in. Plenty of room and will be dreaming of the king bed and a/c. Loved having free bikes to use. Stuart and his team arranged a golf cart pick up at the airport for us and were always extremely responsive. We even got a free upgrade to the top floor when there was a cancellation (apt 5!) I can’t say enough good things. If you’re on the fence, just book. I can’t wait to go back to Caye Caulker and stay here again! Thank you Stuart, Bobbi and Eric!

Caye Reef was centrally located to what we needed for our stay. The SARGASSUM on the island was nauseating. Thanks to the paddle boards that were offered we were able to get in the water. The bikes were also a big plus. The apartment was comfortable. The supplies needed for travelers was excellent. Everything one would need was provided at this stay and greatly appreciated. The water was very nice to have. The communication was excellent.

They were able to accommodate early and late checkout which helped immensely with baggage handling. We loved the kitchen facilities, especially the filtered water cooler. A large safe to store valuables. The pool was a great amenity and we really enjoyed the complimentary bikes with locks. We didn't get to use the kayaks or SUPs but appreciated their availability. Unfortunately the hot tub was only hot the first night of our stay, but the showers helped warm us up after wet or cool days. We also appreciated the unlisted bonuses: an aloe plant (shared use for burn relief) and the resident iguana Bruno (often spotted lounging in the tree canopy)! A great 5 day stay - highly recommended. Thank you!

Highly recommend. Perfect location. All staff were great and easy to communicate with. Stuart had a golf card waiting for us on arrival and anytime we needed it during our stay. 100%. We will be back again!

We had a great stay! The view is stunning, the beds were super comfortable, and the AC worked great (huge plus). We used the pool a lot and really enjoyed it. Our three-year-old got sick during the trip, and the staff were incredibly kind — they brought us a mop and disinfectant right away, which we really appreciated. Thanks as well for the coffee grounds and for being so helpful overall. The location couldn’t have been better — close to our dive shop and right across the street from BBQ, which we somehow ate at every single day of our week-long trip. We loved staying here and would absolutely come back!

Relaxed vibe of the town and being centrally located was perfect for us. A bonus were the free bikes. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Great place to bring kids as well.

Dear Owner, You are very lucky to have someone like Eric. He is truly amazing! Always helpful, caring, and very resourceful. He organized all our rides, helped with any issues we had, and recommended multiple great things to do. Please keep him and treasure him — I wish I had an employee like that! All staff members were very nice and always ready to fix any issue. The rooms were clean, super comfortable, and had great AC units. The location is excellent — everything you need is within walking distance. The only hiccup we experienced was a kids’ park right next to the kids’ bedroom, which caused some noise even after 10 PM. However, I understand that this is not something you could control. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you very much!

Everything was wonderful and location was great!

We were extremely comfortable in this space. We enjoyed the layout of the room, people sleeping in the bedrooms were separate from the noise of the living room. The nice kitchen made it easy to cook. We will stay here again.

This place is the best on the island, in the middle of all the action. All the amenities make this place a great value. We didn’t cook or use many kitchen items but the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook and make and meal. The beds are comfy and the living area is spacious for all 4 of us. This place is Walkable to everything. The pool was a great additional when you want to stay in and chill with friends. Hands down the best place we have stayed while on Caye Caulker and now we won’t stay anywhere else.

Amazing relaxing getaway place

We had a wonderful family vacation at Caye Caulker! We loved staying at Caye Reef condos. Our favorite things were the friendly staff, air conditioning, the beautiful pool, and the location which was in the middle of everything but still felt private. We also loved the free bikes. We miss Pearl the condo cat and the iguanas that live across the street!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Very good communication and a great place. They also fixed the AC drip very promptly. It's quiet inside the apartment but it is in a busy part of town, which could be good or bad depending on your preference.

We had an amazing stay here in Caye Caulker. We could not have wished for a better apartment! The location is perfect & the rooftop is an amazing spot to watch the sunset! We loved having access to a really nice pool & hot tub but also being right across from the beach & super close to the split. There were also bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks to borrow for free, which was a really nice added bonus to this already amazing Airbnb! :) The hosts helped us set up transportation from the ferry to the Airbnb, as well as a taxi back to the airport on our last day! They were very helpful and responsive 😊 next time we are in caye caulker we will absolutely be staying here!

I rated all a 5-star as very accurate but ironically, the potential fail was that they did not state enough in the AirBNB description as to all the awesome features that were included! The 'beach' (more of a great sitting area to wade in and cool off) was raked every day that were were there for the chair areas (there was debris tangled into the roots and sides) so very safe for our 3 year old to run around barefoot). The roof top hot tub was stated BUT the highlight due to viewing sunrise and sunsets! Look for huge star fishes in the tide pools! Just don't take them! The staff was always cleaning up the pool area and we did get a change over of towels and sheets mid-week. Fresh water always had a spare bottle as we did drink a lot of water and made a lot of ice with it! Beds were comfy and as ocean front, we turned off the AC a lot and just let the sea air in. May not be an option all year but I think we saw one fly make it in. Make sure they have Gustavo be your taxi guy! Reliable!

We had a wonderful stay at Stuart’s place. He was incredibly helpful when we ran into some travel issues and helped us set up some drivers to get us around. We loved using the SUPs and kayaks. The location was perfect. Close to everything yet quiet and peaceful! Would highly recommend staying here. We did a snorkeling trip with caveman and did a scuba trip with Frenchies (right across the street). Both were excellent! You also need to try the lobster at Chef Kareem’s! So good!

Location was convenient, clean, and had every amenity you could ask for. Eric Alvarado, our host, really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was “unbelizable”! He connected us with locals who really knew their trade- whether it was fishing, snorkeling, or safe taxi out of Belize city… Eric really went above expectations to make it happen. Thanks Eric!

This place was great. Stuart booked us a taxi to and from airport and a golf cart taxi to get us to the condo and he even arranged a golf cart to be brought to us to drive around for the few days we were there. Comfy beds. Cold pool. Close to everything. The island is small but this was the best spot on the Main strip, close to the street vendors but far enough away from the real lively stuff so it was quiet. If you’re considering booking, go ahead and do it. Take a fishing excursion and have the vendors right outside cook up your catch. Roof top hot tub was a win for my group!

Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful apartment. We loved having easy access to the pool as well as the rooftop hot tub where we could get a great view of the sunsets and sunrises. The unit itself had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable. The location was ideal with markets, restaurants, scuba dive service and the Lazy Lizard all a few steps away. Definitely recommend.

Caye Reefe Condos are great for a small family or 2 couples. I went with my daughter and we felt safe, were able to walk around and just steps from the beach!

What a perfect location! So close to The Split, diving & snorkeling excursions, convenience stores, and several restaurants! We highly recommend a snorkeling day with Caveman Tours, and diving with Frenchies right across the street! The view from the rooftop is amazing! We very much enjoyed cooling off in the pool every day. Stuart’s place is perfect for two couples or a family of four. We will definitely stay here again!

Bobby and staff were all amazing at making us feel at home on the beautiful island of Caye Caulker. Very attentive and they keep the place very clean. A/C works great. AMAZING location!! It is 1-2 blocks from “The strip”, all kinds of food, coffee, grocery, souvenir shops, right next to incredible street vendor food, steps from the ocean, etc, etc. The pool is clean and relaxing. The rooftop jacuzzi is incredible at night! We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Caye Caulker and will be back! Bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks are provided for free. Things you must do/try on the island: Sip and Dip (eat and drink in the water! Shrimp quesadillas are great!), Ice and Bean (coffee, try the fresh watermelon/lime smoothie, breakfast— with a beautiful view/sitting area), Chef Kareem’s street food, Errolyns House of Fry Jacks (breakfast), and see the feeding of the sting rays daily around 4/4:30 pm on the beach (west side of the island). Best trip EVER!!

cannot speak highly enough of this place. everything you need is within walking distance. The convenience store is right next door, Chef Kareem's is right across the street. if you want diving or snorkeling excursions, both places to buy tickets are across the street. Bobby, the guy at the Airbnb, was amazing and super nice. Ask him if you need anything at all, he has all the answers. Our host was kind enough to schedule a taxi from the airport to the water taxi, and our taxi driver used his resident discount to get us water taxi tickets to and from Caye Caulker. the apartment was spotless, quiet, and had comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen with all the things you need to make a meal, if that's what you want to do. I recommend a snorkeling excursion, it was incredible. But you can also snorkel around the piers in front of the apartment and see lots of sea-life. Resident cat, Pearl, is the best, also. Will be coming back!!

Our family of 4 had a great time in Caye Caulker. Stuart’s home is perfect for a family or 2 couples. Close to everything we wanted to do. Sunsets from the roof are amazing. Restaurants are close. The Split is a great place to hang out and swim the kids and it’s a 2 minute walk. We will definitely stay again.

The house is very clean, organized, steps away from the split. Manager is very responsive to questions we had. Definitely will recommend to stay at Caye Reef Oceanfront. Alex

Location was perfect about 3 blocks from split and right on Front Street, very walkable to all of the snorkeling excursions. Also very good communication from hosts, able to answer questions and requests quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good location and nice lodging unit

This place was amazing! Very clean and a great host. Close to everything and they even had bikes for us to use when we didn’t want to walk! The host had a taxi waiting for us when we arrived off of the ferry, and another taxi to take us back to the ferry when we were leaving. Overall the communication was great and they made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

Very good times

Everything was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay while visiting the Island. Our place was clean, we were provided with extra towels, sheets and blankets. The beds were comfy and the views were extraordinary! Bobbi went above and beyond to assist with questions and handled our taxi services promptly to and from the city. Danny was very helpful with recommendations to eat and showing us our room features on arrival. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Expect this place to exceed you expectations! They were fantastic. From beginning to end. This was such a wonderful place to call home while we were there. And it felt like just that! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful beyond what was ever expected! They were kind and the condo felt very private. It was a beautiful condo with fantastic breathtaking views. The rooftop spa was amazing. The pool was crystal clear every morning. The condos were furnished nice and had everything you needed to be comfortable. They were willing to arrange anything and offer tips and suggestions. The on-site staff was incredible! The location could not have been any better! Second to the split and to the sip and dip and lazy lizard. Ocean front views with a 360 degree view from the roof. Our flight got delayed and they were more than willing to compensate us for the day we missed which was amazing! They had to arrange and rearrange cab rides for us and made no issue of it at all. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. We will definitely be going back and this is 100% where we will be staying!!!!! Thank you for accommodating us, for welcoming us to your beautiful little slice of paradise, and for letting us crash in your amazing space. Thank you for your kindness and your generosity in time and effort. It’s the perfect location! We were on the first floor and still had a great view of the sea. At night we went to the top and sat in the hot tub and were amazed at how many stars we could see. It was beautiful and clean inside, we would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Availability of conveniences for beach items, bicycles, and pick-up service. Felt so safe and accessible to all beaches and the spit. The workers there were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

A great place right in the middle of all the Caye Caulker action.

This was our first time to Caye Caulker and we stayed here for 4 nights (2 couples). Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which it was perfect for 2 couples. Everything was outstanding, these are beautiful little condos, and Bobbi and Danny were awesome. This location is truly in a prime spot with easy walking to just about anywhere on the island. No need for a golf cart over here, however we noticed some still rented them. We should have taken the resort bikes out one day to explore, but we just enjoyed walking the sandy roads around town. Our first night we grabbed food from the guys bbq’ing on the road just below Caye Reef and it was excellent and I highly recommend it. We had no issues at all and communication from start to finish was great. Thank you for allowing us the experience to stay here and we will return again.

Our stay at Caye Reef was wonderful! The location is excellent. A 1- minute walk to The Split and no more than 5 min to everything else we needed/wanted. The staff was friendly, everything was clean and well-taken care off, and the views of the ocean were great. Would definitely recommend!

Stuart’s place was right next to the Split. Location was perfect and there is amazing BBQ and lobster right across street! We were happy to use the paddle boards and bikes available and grateful for Stuart’s help with taxi service and recommendations. Such an incredible trip!

The rooftop deck is the real special part of this place. The view, hammocks and hot tub were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to take care of us and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We loved staying here. The location is right next to the city park and close the the Split. Across the street you can get food from the barbecue vendors or just watch the docks from the terrace. The rooftop terrace is a great getaway and the penthouse is roomy and comfortable. You can borrow bikes and zip around town. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Stuart was a fantastic host! The views from the room are everything you hoped from an island stay. It was clean and housed our family of four perfectly. This is our second time staying at Caye Reef and loved it. It is a great location and walking distance to everything other than the airport and the north side of the island. Bobbi and her staff were great to work with and even accommodated our late check out, so we could enjoy our half day on the island before leaving. We can't wait to come back again!

Stuart's place is centrally located to so many great activities that Caye Caulker has to offer. The accommodations were clean and a great retreat from a full day of fun in the sun! We would definitely stay again!

Caye Reef really exceeded our expectations! Spacious and clean with lots of nice extra touches - kitchen was fully equipped and even had coffee/sugar. Huge bonus was the water cooler stocked with fresh water. Gorgeous view of the beach off the balcony and the rooftop with the hot tub was just lovely. We watched the sunset while sitting in the hot tub. The host responded to messages very quickly and answered all my questions. Even arranged transportation for us. Location was great, beds were comfy. We also took advantage of the complimentary bikes which came in very handy. They even had paddle boards (we didn't get to use them but nice that they offered that!) Check in and out was super easy. Highly recommend this place!!

This place was perfectly located, near the split and restaurants! It was very clean, and well decorated. The air conditioning worked really well, and hanging out in the hot tub on the roof was the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend.

This place is THE SPOT to stay. So convenient, in the heart of the island, close to everything. There are bikes to use to explore, a fantastic pool to jump in to cool off, hot tub on the roof with hammocks on every level. Clean and cozy inside, HVAC, drinking water, kitchen, etc. Ideal. We LOVED staying here and will absolutely be back.

This was an amazing experience! We only stayed a few nights, but all of us wish we had spent our entire trip in this condo... Even though Caye Caulker is quite small, there is plenty to do and this condo was excellent. It could not have been more centrally-located but was still quiet. The condo itself had lots of amenities and really cute aspects such as the hammock on the lanai and the rooftop lounge area. We were across the street from amazing food vendors and fun bars, and Lazy Lizard was just a few blocks away. However I would highly recommend the Iguana Bar if you want to do some day drinking, and we were provided free bikes to get there! We would definitely stay here again, in a heartbeat. In fact next time we come to Belize I will be checking to see if this unit is available first!

Prime location, friendly staff, wonderful roof deck, lots of space, great experience.

The holiday was beautiful. The apartment is in a beautiful location, communication with the host was quick and efficient, and the staff very kind. The evenings in the rooftop tub are the icing on the cake. I highly recommend it.

This was a great spacious place with a beautiful pool and hot tub on the roof with 360° views of the reef. It is right in the middle of everything by only walking a block or two. Bobbie, Stuart and Struan were wonderful hosts. We will keep coming back!

Caye Reef is a great spot in town -- close to tour companies, restaurants, the Split, etc. Our favorite part was, of course, the rooftop hottub and hammocks, where we watched the sunset and had a glass of wine. Very clean and comfortable bed and shower.

The condo was terrific and we would definitely go back again. We had everything we needed for a relaxed vacation. The onsite manager was very accessible. One of my friends required a doctor while we were there and she quickly arranged a ride to Dr. and offered to help in any way. All of the condo was great but I have to say we enjoyed sitting on the front deck the most. . It was terrific perch for ocean and people watching. We certainly enjoyed pool side as well with the really comfie chairs. Location of condo perfect. A short walk to anything we needed: hanging at the split, restaurants, running next door for some quick food supplies-everything nearby. Kitchen was set up well for cooking. But honestly, the restaurants were so close that we hardly cooked at all. It was a perfect vacation.

This is our second time staying in the CayeReef condos... and we had another great trip! They make everything so smooth and easy, and are quick to resolve any issues (we brought up an issue with the hot water and they had someone there fixing the water heater that evening). The pool area is a nice relief from the hot sun, and the hot tub on the roof is THE best place in Caye Caulker to watch the sunsets, hands down. It's so nice having a full kitchen and the two bathrooms, and the living area and patio is perfectly sized to fit everyone in your gang.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay on caye caulker! The location is amazing, right by the split and right next to the bars and restaurants, while being quiet too. Perfect! The apartment was excellent- clean and well provisioned. Two excellent bedrooms, both with bathrooms. I can't recommend this apartment enough!

This is a great condo in Caye Caulker! We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is very large and clean. It also has a beautiful view of the sea. We really liked the rooftop hammocks and hot tub. We would highly recommend staying here.

We were completely happy with our experience. The condo was amazing, super clean and had everything we could have ever needed. The facility was awesome and any issues were addressed immediately. We made friends with the local cat, a friendly face first thing in the morning, or on our balcony haha. Frenchies Dive shop was right in front, and they were excellent. We went on 6 dives with them. The food was amazing everywhere we ate! It was the perfect week. The water taxi is only a 5 min walk from the condo. We walked everywhere, didn't see the need for a golf cart or bike for us. If you are an animal lover, there is an animal shelter on the main strip (had I have known I would have brought lots of supplies-shipping out there seems to be expensive and complicated). Also, there is daily Yoga on the roof of Namaste Cafe (opening December 2017) and that was amazing! (donations only). If you go, please consider bringing something for the shelter and stopping by for a yoga class! Comparing other places to stay while we were there, we decided we chose the best! If we come back, we wouldn't even bother looking for a different place to stay. This place is great!

Awesome condo, great location, clean, and everyone was very friendly. If you’re a diver, it’s an awesome location. Frenchie’s Dive Center is right in front of the building.

This location was ideal to both the beach and restaurants. Our dive shop was directly across the beach from our condo which was very convenient. The entire staff at Stuart's were helpful and pleasant. We hope to stay here again soon!
