15/10! We had a perfect stay at Stuart’s spot. The location can not be beat. Right next to the split (gotta do the jump once!) and all the best restaurants/activities; Willie’s, Maggie’s, caveman tours for snorkeling (shoutout Lincoln!), ice and beans for coffee and b-fast, paradise cafe. The pool and hot-tub on the roof were such a nice perk for my two boys (age 9 and 12). The apartment layout was one of the best i’ve stayed in. Plenty of room and will be dreaming of the king bed and a/c. Loved having free bikes to use. Stuart and his team arranged a golf cart pick up at the airport for us and were always extremely responsive. We even got a free upgrade to the top floor when there was a cancellation (apt 5!) I can’t say enough good things. If you’re on the fence, just book. I can’t wait to go back to Caye Caulker and stay here again! Thank you Stuart, Bobbi and Eric!

Caye Reef was centrally located to what we needed for our stay. The SARGASSUM on the island was nauseating. Thanks to the paddle boards that were offered we were able to get in the water. The bikes were also a big plus. The apartment was comfortable. The supplies needed for travelers was excellent. Everything one would need was provided at this stay and greatly appreciated. The water was very nice to have. The communication was excellent.

They were able to accommodate early and late checkout which helped immensely with baggage handling. We loved the kitchen facilities, especially the filtered water cooler. A large safe to store valuables. The pool was a great amenity and we really enjoyed the complimentary bikes with locks. We didn't get to use the kayaks or SUPs but appreciated their availability. Unfortunately the hot tub was only hot the first night of our stay, but the showers helped warm us up after wet or cool days. We also appreciated the unlisted bonuses: an aloe plant (shared use for burn relief) and the resident iguana Bruno (often spotted lounging in the tree canopy)! A great 5 day stay - highly recommended. Thank you!

Highly recommend. Perfect location. All staff were great and easy to communicate with. Stuart had a golf card waiting for us on arrival and anytime we needed it during our stay. 100%. We will be back again!

We had a great stay! The view is stunning, the beds were super comfortable, and the AC worked great (huge plus). We used the pool a lot and really enjoyed it. Our three-year-old got sick during the trip, and the staff were incredibly kind — they brought us a mop and disinfectant right away, which we really appreciated. Thanks as well for the coffee grounds and for being so helpful overall. The location couldn’t have been better — close to our dive shop and right across the street from BBQ, which we somehow ate at every single day of our week-long trip. We loved staying here and would absolutely come back!

Relaxed vibe of the town and being centrally located was perfect for us. A bonus were the free bikes. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Great place to bring kids as well.

Dear Owner, You are very lucky to have someone like Eric. He is truly amazing! Always helpful, caring, and very resourceful. He organized all our rides, helped with any issues we had, and recommended multiple great things to do. Please keep him and treasure him — I wish I had an employee like that! All staff members were very nice and always ready to fix any issue. The rooms were clean, super comfortable, and had great AC units. The location is excellent — everything you need is within walking distance. The only hiccup we experienced was a kids’ park right next to the kids’ bedroom, which caused some noise even after 10 PM. However, I understand that this is not something you could control. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you very much!

Perfect location right in the center. Beautiful apartment with lovely views, steps from the pool and incredible food options. Stuart was so kind and accommodating. Truly a beautiful experience.

Everything was wonderful and location was great!

We were extremely comfortable in this space. We enjoyed the layout of the room, people sleeping in the bedrooms were separate from the noise of the living room. The nice kitchen made it easy to cook. We will stay here again.

This place is the best on the island, in the middle of all the action. All the amenities make this place a great value. We didn’t cook or use many kitchen items but the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook and make and meal. The beds are comfy and the living area is spacious for all 4 of us. This place is Walkable to everything. The pool was a great additional when you want to stay in and chill with friends. Hands down the best place we have stayed while on Caye Caulker and now we won’t stay anywhere else.

Amazing relaxing getaway place

We had a wonderful family vacation at Caye Caulker! We loved staying at Caye Reef condos. Our favorite things were the friendly staff, air conditioning, the beautiful pool, and the location which was in the middle of everything but still felt private. We also loved the free bikes. We miss Pearl the condo cat and the iguanas that live across the street!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Very good communication and a great place. They also fixed the AC drip very promptly. It's quiet inside the apartment but it is in a busy part of town, which could be good or bad depending on your preference.
