Had a fantastic stay in this lovely house in Puerto Morelos. As an extra service, an extra cleaning was done by a very sweet helper, even though we only stayed for 4 nights. The house exudes tranquility, the beds are really good, the pool is wonderful, and the location right on the beach is great. We booked 5 dives with the neighbors (Dive Zone). In short, highly recommended! Thanks also to Susana & Ian for all your tips!

First of all, Guido, Susana and Ian were extremely responsive. Any questions we had about the house or about local activities, they answered right away. It made us feel safe and comfortable. What a perfect house for our family vacation. Guido's place is spectacular. The house is located in a perfect location close to town and right on the beach. The living space and kitchen were spacious for our family of 5. The rooms were comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly on the hot days of July. We spent a lot of time outside relaxing by the pool. It was very private, and we felt safe the entire time. We walked into town every day, either on the road or on the beach. We plan to come back every year.

We had a wonderful stay at Guido's home! The house was spotless, comfortable, & had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved to end a long day chilling and cooling off in the pool overlooking the ocean. Mary was amazing, who came to clean during our stay a couple of times. It was such a treat to come home to a sparkling refreshed home. A very special thank you to Susana, who went above and beyond to help us when one of our children had a medical issue. She was responsive and helped us find treatment quickly. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We were so grateful for her kindness and support.The location couldn't have been better. We loved being able to walk the charming streets of PM to restaurants and shops. The beach bar next door was incredibly convenient for grabbing morning coffee, snacks, or a drink while enjoying the beach, and the staff were always friendly. We can't wait to return & would absolutely stay here again!

This property is in the perfect location! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Great protected beach location that is kept free of sargassum. Snorkeling was amazing with just a short boat ride and they dropped us off right on the beach in front of the house. Enjoyed the Cenote, the zoo and watching Mexico win the first World Cup game! Susana and Mary were great and very responsive. We had an amazing trip! Highly recommend.

This house is simply amazing. We had our family (9 adults, 2 young toddlers) here and everyone loved it. There are so many inside and outside spaces to just be, it never felt crowded. The beach was beautiful and having our private, shaded area was a big plus. The pool was great for the kids and the adults. A fun bonus was a visit from a coati that was knocking coconuts out of a tree. Susana is so helpful and friendly. She proactively reached out to us a couple of times just to check in and make sure all was going well. Highly, highly recommend allowing Mary to cook for you. She prepared two dinners for us and it was so delicious. She also did the cleaning on two days and it was way more than a simple “refresh”, it was a deep clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

Look know further! This is paradise! We had the best stay here. This is by far, one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The house is even bigger than it looks in photos, the location is perfect and felt very safe (a 5-7 minute walk to town with shops, restaurants and grocery store), and RIGHT on the ocean. The house was so well maintained and clean. And having Mary come to clean was an extra added surprise. Great for a bigger group or multiple families. Waking up here every morning was a dream. It’s right on the beach but still feels private. Susana and Guido were so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would love to come stay here again! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Beautiful home in an excellent location. On the beach and a short walk to town. Owners/managers were very responsive, as were cleaning and maintenance staff.

We loved our stay at the villa. The beautiful outdoor space and beach access were the standout features - we spent most of our time outside whether sitting on comfortable lounge chairs in the sun or shade, eating at the large outdoor table, or enjoying beach chairs in the private area at the edge of the beach. In addition, the location cannot be beat as the villa is just a short walk away from countless charming restaurants and shops in Puerto Morelos. Mary came and cleaned the house twice during our stay, and also cooked an absolutely delicious meal for eight of us one evening. Potentially guests should be aware that you do need to place used toilet paper in a small trash can instead of the toilet, which is not unusual in Puerto Morelos due to plumbing. Overall, we could not have been happier and have visions of returning.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. It’s a beautiful space with great indoor-outdoor living. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with AC, and the main living area and kitchen were well maintained and fully stocked. Mary came a couple of times to clean, and we also had her cook a meal for us—which was fantastic. Laundry service was available as well, which was a nice bonus. The outdoor space truly makes this property stand out. There’s a covered dining area, comfortable lounge chairs by the pool, and the beach is just steps away shaded by beautiful palm trees, the whole space feels like a peaceful oasis tucked away steps from the ocean. Puerto Morelos is a charming, quiet fishing town with plenty of restaurants in the beach side zone, tasty taco spots and amazing churros from a cart in the main square, in the town center across the highway.

We have been to Puerto Morelos many times and finally stumbled upon this beautiful home- we will definitely be back to stay here. Check in was seamless and instructions were simple, the communication was top notch and the grounds were stunning. Housekeeping came twice in one week and replenished everything we needed and more. If you have never been to PM this house is a must, especially if you have a larger group. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Susana was most helpful. The only glitch was not being able to drop off our luggage early before check-in . Otherwise we loved everything about our stay. Beds were very comfortable..maybe some new pillows??? It was fun to use the kayak and pool toys as we had 2 little ones with us. Appreciated the crib and high chair for the infant. We’ve booked already for next year. Thanks.

You couldn’t be disappointed by this splendid villa, which is exactly as described on the page. The bedrooms are large, the beds comfortable. There are plenty of bathrooms. We were a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children), and we weren’t stepping on each other’s toes at all. The large terrace with dining table, sun loungers, and pool, overlooking the beach, is a perfect spot to relax. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they met all our needs in a satisfactory manner. Puerto Morelos is a charming village. Plenty of good restaurants, a beautiful and lively central square, a large grocery store, and everything is within walking distance. In short, if you can afford to rent this villa, don’t hesitate!

This is an amazing find in Puerto Morelos. The location is awesome and the house is great. The pictures undersell how big it is. The host is great, check-in was easy, and everyone was super helpful.

Our stay at Guido's place was great. Check in was easy and we were able to find the place from Guido's description despite not having an address. We especially loved having a private beach close to town and the cool pool was refreshing in the heat. Based on other reviews, here are some things I can clarify. There are 4 separate bedrooms and an additional reading room/nook. 3 bathrooms close to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and 1 on the main level. Yes, toilet paper needs to be put in the garbage and not flushed. Drinking water is provided in a big jug and there are no extra fees for more drinking water. Follow house instructions and keep beach chairs away from the coconut trees as coconuts do fall. Yes, there is a beach bar beside the house and it does have some noise; however, we enjoyed watching the guests out front and also the entertainers who came by to perform. The water in December is warm and the sea grass is mild. You'll love your stay at this home. Thank you Guido!

A wonderful stay! Guidos home was even more impressive in person and catered well to our group of 8! The location is right on the beach and an easy 10 min walk to the main square and local grocery store (Chedaudri). The pool was chilly but was perfect for cooling off on hot days. The back patio had a covered porch that allowed us to sit out in the rain on a few rainy days and there were ample amounts of chairs for our guest. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 adults and 2 young kids. The pool and easy access to the beach was the highlight for us. The shops and restaurants are a 10 min stroll along the beach. The area seemed very safe even after dark. A great holiday spot.

Our stay at Guido’s place along the beautiful Puerto Morelos coast was an unforgettable experience. Our party was made up of 6 adults and 2 young children. Guido’s place accommodated everyone very comfortably, and even a crib was provided for our 1 year old. This house is massive and perfectly situated. The pool and private sand area was perfect for the kids and provided a nice space to get away from the sun/heat while still feeling like you were on the beach. The house is located next to a quiet beach club with good food and drinks for an easy way to grab something to eat if you don’t feel like cooking (the beach club was very quiet and not disruptive at all). There are also plenty of other restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute walk from the property. The cleaning staff was very friendly and come by the house on Wednesday to do a full clean - this was a nice touch to have everything feeling refreshed halfway through our stay. We would definitely book this place again.

Beautiful home, feels secluded yet is near shops, restaurants and supermarket. The backyard is super cozy with lots of greenery and the pool overlooks the beautiful sandy beach. Susana, who is the one in charge of the check-in was Very welcoming.

This was hands down one of the best AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. Guido’s place is in the most ideal location of Puerto Morelos with million dollar views of the ocean and walkable to many restaurants. The house is very large, clean, private, and stylish. The master bedroom has beautiful views and a private balcony. The other 3 bedrooms also have balconies facing the street. Our kids absolutely loved the pool…was a perfect size for them. The canoe was a special surprise that we took advantage of. In regards to Puerto Morelos, the town is very safe and has so many options for shopping, restaurants, and a very nice grocery store, everything is walkable. There is a reef that is free to swim to within beach boundaries that is great for snorkeling. Many other tours too! The sargassum clean up crews were excellent in clearing the beach every morning before sunrise. Susana and the housekeepers were also amazing. If you’re in the fence of which property to book, this is the one!

1000% recommend anyone to stay here. As others say, the photos simply don’t do it justice. Large, spacious,clean,comfortable. Outdoor pool was an instant hit with all 10 of us. Secluded enough not to be overlooked. Outdoor space was equally fabulous as we spent most of our stay there. Private beach was fun. Susanna stood out and answered all my questions, day or night. Maintenance guy was super friendly and did an awesome job. It’s rare to go somewhere and love it so much. Our only argument would be who would get the master bedroom again-seriously impressive with its balcony,en-suite for him and her and the dressing room!!! Thank you so much for the pristine house and your communication and help. Overall, would stay here again 1000%

Our stay at Guido's house was more than perfect! We were 7 friends in great need of rest and sun and we were delighted. As many have said, the photos don't do the villa justice! The house is large, very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with large table, pool, private beach is great. We felt like queens. For a 7-day stay, the indoor and outdoor cleaning was done twice!! We'll be back without hesitation!

The house was great. Very unique property. Very nice outdoor areas. Location in Puerto Morelos couldn't be better. Set on beach just far enough back to allow for privacy from the public beach. Onsite hosts and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This was our second time staying at Guido’s beautiful property. We plan on staying again. We had Mary (cleaning lady ) make authentic chicken fajitas for us one night. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice for what you actually see in person. Guidos art work that he has around the house are really cool. We have three daughters and we walked everywhere. We felt very safe. I would encourage everybody to try the local food because it’s amazing. TripAdvisor has a pretty fair assessment of the restaurants in the area. The property is only 30 mins from the airport. Susana (main point of contact for us. Was very good at responding back if we had any questions. It truly was a great place to just go and relax and enjoy family.

Our second stay at Guido’s home and hopefully not the last. Very well equipped, looks just like the pictures and a fantastic location, walkable to everything. Susanna is the best, so sweet and very responsive to anything I needed or any questions.

I guess the most telling feature of our stay at Casa Guido is that we booked again for next year. Guido’s place is amazing, mostly because of the location with a part of private beach, really it stopped us to explore the Yukatan, because we only wanted to stay there;) Excellent communication and proactive approach. Really recommend it!

Really beautiful villa in an amazing location. Puerto Morelos is a safe, great town and we could walk to restaurants, shops and activities. The house is right next to a beach club for easy access to drinks and can walk to other beach clubs to catch American football games and meet fun travelers. The views from the back deck were amazing. The house is full of cool artwork. Just loved everything. They clean every other day, but not invasive and I just requested light cleaning supplies due to allergies which was done. I would recommend and hope to get back again!

We had a great time, the place is even better than the pictures, there is not doubt that we will come back! You can walk in the beach, near of a lot of restaurants.

We stayed here once in 2016 and again this year. We love Puerto Morelos and we love Guido’s house. The location is prefect for walking to restaurants and bars. We like the space this house provides and beautiful architecture inside.

We had a lovely time at this home. The pictures online simply don't do this place justice. Susana was lovely to work with and helped us extra due to a storm that had just passed through. We had Mary cook for us at the house two of the five nights we stayed and all of us loved each meal- trust me when I tell you to have this wonderful woman make some meals for you, you can't go wrong here. Great little beach with a tiki bar next door that had yummy drinks and food as well.

We had the absolute best time in Puerto Morelos! The house was fantastic. Susanna was easily available for questions and meeting us at check in and check out. Mary was an awesome housekeeper and for an extra fee she cooked one delicious meal for us. I’d love to come back!

This home exceeds expectations with its service, location and views! The host is highly responsive and was extremely helpful in providing guidance around the town. They even went the extra mile to offer transportation options. This is a rare opportunity to have a spacious accommodation so close to the reef.

Great experience and great host. We actually were there for hurricane Beryl. The hosts were extremely proactive and helpful. Made sure we were safe and very comfortable. Location is fantastic and highly recommend.

We had a lovely vacation with our group of 9 ranging from grandparents, teenagers to a toddler. The photos do not do the property justice, it's even better in person. Very toddler (2.5 year old) friendly. The back door for beach and pool access is too heavy for him to open. The pool has a shallow section partitioned with blocks into the deeper section perfect for wading and splashing. We walked to dinner nightly in "town", and taxied back or walked on the beach back. Our older teens loved the ability to get away to the beach club next door, while our toddler played in the pool or on the beach. Even on the rainy days we had, we were very comfortable lounging about the house with plenty of room. Dinners with Mary were phenomenal, I highly recommend utilizing her for easy, delicious at home meals. We are already booking another trip back.

Our family stayed for the week and agreed it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had, we will certainly return. Seamless check-in and check-out with Susana who met us at the house. The maid, Mary, was exceptional in service (did a full clean of the house with fresh linens provided mid-stay) and in cooking 3 meals for us. Highly recommend, we ended our trip with a dinner prepared by her and it was one of the highlights of our trip - try the tinga and cochinita pibil! Great location, beach front with a pool which made mid-day naps for our little one super manageable. Walking distance (~6-8 minutes +) to lots of shopping and restaurants. Book the house, you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! Private pool and public beach right out front. So much space for our two families to spread out. Kitchen was the best equipped I've seen at an air bnb. Mary cooked an awesome meal for us one day and it fed all 7 of us for two nights. Susana, the manager, was very communicative and helpful. Garage door would not open when we arrived but it was quickly fixed so we could park inside. Great location in PM! So close to many restaurants and totally felt safe walking all over town any time of day or night. Definitely would stay here again!!

This casa was truly a gem - beautifully laid out, spacious, tastefully decorated and well cared for. With its own pool and private beach, it was a welcome retreat for our group. An oasis that stands out among other properties and a pleasure to return to after a dip in the ocean or a dinner out.

We loved this home! The private space on the beach is very important, especially on busier days. The pool and outdoor space also amazing. Cleaning staff are great. Would stay again.

Susanna the house manager was excellent. Mary the housekeeper was fantastic. She is also available to hire as an on site chef which I strongly recommend you utilize for at least one meal. We stayed one week. The house was cleaned top to bottom twice while we were there. Normally I’d say that was awesome, however the second cleaning we were hanging out at the house all day. The cleaning products were very strong and really bothered my lungs. The cleaning includes all the pool area and furniture, so there was no where to escape except to leave. I’d rather have the option for the cleanings. I still give this a five star rating. Everything was a dream. The facility next door was quite loud during the day on Saturday, but that was the only day that it was annoyingly loud. If you plan your activities accordingly it’s a non- issue. They closeup quite early. We plan to return as we did not get to do all the activities we hoped to.

Everything went smoothly at this property, including check-in, and everything about our stay. We appreciated the recommendations for snorkeling, transportation, and nearby restaurants. There is a great supermarket in town, and the chef on site was better than the restaurants we went to.  There are several choices nearby though. Way better than the hotel zone in Cancun or Playa Del Carmen. The house is very tasteful with great art and super comfortable and clean. We were 7 ladies for a birthday and thought it the perfect spot— many thanks to Guidi and house manager Susanna.

Truly Anazing. Better than the photos. Tremendous responsiveness and communication with the property manager. So supremely walkable, private and enchanting. Loved being next to ‘my paradise beach club’ and having our own private beach/pool with a terrific view. Would not hesitate to stay again

We stayed at this beautiful home over X-mas and loved every minute of it. There were 10 of us in total, including 4 children (3 teenagers), 3 grandparents, and my brother-in-law. The proximity to the center of town, numerous restaurants, and direct beach access all made for a wonderful experience. Maria cooked 3 meals for us and all were excellent. Susana was extremely helpful with any and all questions, including helping us to line up transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a piece of paradise away from the chaos of Cancun and commercialization of Playa De Carmen.

This was the perfect space to host our group. We booked it out a year in advance as our wedding venue after having seen the photos and it matched our expectations. Susana (the property manager) was especially helpful in arranging catering, photography, and miscellaneous tasks for our group. She was easy to reach and always very proactive. Thank you for opening up this home to us and making our wedding so special!

Guido’s place is magical and our family had an amazing time. Very relaxing and in a great location on the beach. Everything was exactly like the photos and the description.

Susana was our host and was absolutely wonderful. The home is very spacious. We stayed for a family vacation with 7 adults and we all had plenty of room. We had a minor issue of our own fault but the host responded quickly to resolve the issue. The cleaning lady Mari came twice during our stay to keep the home pristine. It felt like a luxury resort. I would happily stay again. The town and surrounding area has lots of local food options and shops. Check out the local book store in the plaza down the street.

This home was everything we'd hoped for and more. I agree with the other reviews that the pictures don't do it justice. The bedroom layout is perfect, with all bedrooms on the second floor. 2 bedrooms have a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms share a large full bathroom. The pool has the kids area that flows in to the 'deep end'. The pool is very refreshing! There were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, soaps, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We appreciated the local host, Susana. She was incredibly responsive, and helped us with a few things. She was there to check us in and check us out. The location is ideal as well. Right on the beach, about a 4 block walk to the main square. The home has plenty of outdoor space, and is right next to a beach club. The beach club does play music all day long which we could clearly hear, but it did not stop our kids from napping or us enjoying the outdoors.

This house is perfect, it is beautiful, very well kept, and clean. Mary came to clean twice during our week stay. We also booked her to cook dinner one night & breakfast another day; both meals were excellent. The location is great, with the grocery store, bars & restaurants all within walking distance. They have water dispenser with 5 gallon jugs with enough for your stay, they have a grill, a cooler, 7 chairs & 2 tables to take to the beach, & beach towels. They have it all! I wouldn’t hesitate to book the place again & have nothing negative to say about the place. There’s also a bar right next door. It’s perfect! Thank you Susana & Mary.

Absolutely gorgeous house and location. It is clean upon arrival and also cleaned throughout your stay. Both the host and My Paradise Beach Club next door are great resources for transportation and booking activities.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Guido, the location was perfect for a larger group as the proximity to the beach and beach club next door allowed us freedom to come and go as we please for drinks and delicious food. Place was clean, everything worked, kitchen was large and set up nicely for a larger group. Beach was clean. We will be back asap! Thanks, Guido!

Nice house, the central air of the house always keeps it with good temperature, good maintenance and communication with Susana at all times. A Highlight is Mrs. Mari who is in charge of cleaning, she does her job very well and makes the stay very easy. I would definitely come back.

Our host, Susana, was incredible. She was accommodating and very quick to respond. Her suggestion for transportation was top notch and the directions she gave us were flawless. Mary, our cook, was remarkably efficient in managing the kitchen. She did not let language be a barrier and prepared delicious Mexican meals for us. All this at a very reasonable price. The house itself was clean, spacious and well kept with beautiful decor. We felt comfortable. It helped that there was private access to the beach right behind. We were able to enjoy multiple beach visits because of it. Also the quick 5 mins walk to the Town center meant that we were not too far away from exploring local shopping and appreciated the local hospitality. There were no surprises from the description and pictures we saw online. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our “Mancation”. Highly recommend!

Great place. Very communicative. Had an Air Conditioning issue at the beginning of our stay and they installed a new AC unit upstairs for us. Excellent service. Location is as good as it gets in Puerto Morelos. This town is special also. Highly recommend

What can you say, all the reviews are accurate. Its better than the pictures! Stunning property and location. Susanna - host - was super responsive and very knowledgeable/helpful in offering recommendations, contacts and advice. We stayed for 7 days (7 of us) and it was the most I had ever paid for a property, but I can honestly say it was worth it! So many things to consider, walking to town is a huge plus. The restaurants and people were all so nice and accommodating it was ridiculous. Our son has a dairy allergy and we don't speak Spanish well but we never had a worry as everyone was super attentive. My Paradise Beach club next door was prefect to grab a drink or meal and bring it right back to the house...steps away. We had Mary cook and the food lasted 2 days, totally delish and worth it. Most importantly we felt totally safe and in a big property that's not always the case. it was the trip of a life time! Highly recommend! Thanks Guido.

My friends and I had an amazing time in Puerto Morelos! The house is beautiful and in a very safe and convenient location. We enjoyed being beachfront and spending time at the pool. The town is so cute, and the people are incredibly nice. We loved walking into town and trying different restaurants. The food around town is amazing, but having Mary cook for us 4 nights was an absolute treat!! Everything she made was fabulous! Susana, the house manager, was very responsive to our questions and provided all the information we needed to have an amazing time!! I hope to be able to take my family back sometime!! Also, I highly recommend booking the airbnb experience with Guilhem to see the cenote in Playa Del Carmen. The experience was very private and our favorite part of the trip. The food that was served was out of this world!

We just returned from spending a week at this beautiful house, and I can not say enough great things about this AH-Mazing house. The house itself was just as described and the pictures did not do it enough justice. We loved having the pool and used it everyday. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were very firm, but we all slept great. The location was perfect and close to town, and the Paradise Beach Club next door was a huge plus. It was about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, or you can take a taxi for 40-50 pesos. Susana was quick to respond, and we definitely recommend that Mary cook for you at least once. Beach towels are provided, and the house is stocked with everything you may need. Just FYI-on Sat night, there was an all-night rave going on on the beach, and the music definitely kept us up, but Susana said if this happens.. just text her to take care of it. This didn't affect our stay, but we wanted to warn anyone else. Would definitely stay again!

Our group of 8 girls loved staying at Guido's and we all want to come back again with our families! The pool and home was beautiful and Mary's cooking was amazing. Susannah was so responsive and helpful. The location next to My Paradise Beach Club was the kicker! It allowed us to stick around the house/beach/pool all day and we loved the staff there. I would definitely recommend Puerto Morales and Guido's home!

Guido’s place was fantastic! Great location, easy walk to plenty of great restaurants, bars, grocery store, etc. Susana was so helpful and friendly, and always responded right away to any questions we had. Mary is a fantastic cook, highly recommend having her prepare at least one meal for you while you’re there. The house itself is beautiful, plenty of space, and the outside/pool area is awesome. Would love to return!

We loved our stay in Puerto Morelos! This home is so beautiful and we loved being so close to the beach and just a few blocks away from downtown. The home is spacious with amazing artwork. 10/10

Our family just returned from our six night stay at this property and we loved it. The bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect for our six adults and four young children. The house is beautiful the architecture, decor and water features make you feel like you are truly in paradise! On top of the house the pool, view of the ocean, private sand area made it that much better. It was wonderful being located next to the paradise beach club as well. We went back and fourth for all of our beach cocktails and it was perfect. We also had lunch there almost everyday. The town was a great mix of cuisines and we felt immersed in Mexican culture while feeling safe. Easy walk to everything. Mary cooked for three nights and it was DELICIOUS! Susana was great with responses on messaging with questions or concerns. We did have initial water problems in the showers but Susana did quickly help solve that. I would love to visit again in the near future with our family!

Had a wonderful stay at a beautiful house. Had a delicious meal prepared for us as well by Mary. I would highly recommend. The house was more than enough space for the 10 people that we had. The pool area was awesome as well as the beach, my kids enjoyed the private sand area to play. Would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful surroundings, right on the beach and by a small pool. The house lent itself perfectly to a family gathering. Everyone had a room and access to a private bathroom. Lots of space inside and outside. The teenagers preferred t hang out in the TV room while the adults milled around outside under the covered patio table by the pool with a view of the sun rise and the sea. The house is located within easy walkable distance from many of the restaurants and the zoccalo. Once in a lifetime experience for us. We felt special.

This place was beautiful and private and perfect for a family holiday with young kids. Very walkable. Kept clean by staff. We had a lovely time. Easy to walk into town or next door to grab a cocktail at the beach bar. We had some plumbing issues but the team were proactive about sorting it out. We would definitely like to come back some day.

Guido’s place was gorgeous! Like staying at a private 5 star hotel. His property manager Susana was super friendly and helpful. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The location is so great. Right on the beach, great pool, easy walk to town with great restaurants and shops. We recommend 100% and would stay her again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Guido and Susana for your hospitality!

This is such an incredible property, inside and out. We are a couple with two young kids and a grandma and there was more than enough room for everyone. Susana, the house manager, was always immediately responsive and provided assistance for anything we had questions about. It is very easy to walk into town on either the beach or the street. The house was kept spotless thanks to Mary the housekeeper and she cooked us a beautiful lunch one day as well. It is situated right next to a restaurant which makes grabbing drinks or food easy if you'd like, however be aware they do play music about 10-7 each day that you can hear loud and clear if you're lying on the beach. Overall, this was a dream space in a great location.

Stay at Guido's in January with a group of friends. The house was amazing. It had a perfect location next door to Paradise Beach Club and walkable to everywhere. All the bedrooms and other spaces were large. We definitely plan to go back!

Spacious and beautiful. Right on the beach, but tucked back so that our privacy was unaffected. The pool was lovely and inviting. A truly wonderful place. Mary, who cleans the house, does a great job, and also is an excellent cook and prepared three delicious dinners for our group of seven for a total of $35 each night (she did the shopping for all of the ingredients and we reimbursed her for the cost of the groceries.) We gave her a well deserved tip of 100% for each meal.

The home is large and beautiful just like the photos appear. Susana rapidly responded to all questions asked throughout our stay and was flexible with our check-in time. Kitchen is well-stocked and bottled water and ice were provided, which was greatly appreciated. The private beach shaded with palm trees was the pinnacle of this lovely place. The beach club next door pumps music from 10am - 6pm, but was not a big issue as the house has its own Bluetooth outdoor speaker system. Easy walk to the main area of town (800m) on the beach or on local roads. Easy to walk groceries back to the place. Mary cleaned every other day and the place was spotless. We arranged for Mary to cook us a couple meals in advance and they were delicious! Strongly recommend her cooking! All in all it was a fabulous place for a family vacation in this private little piece of paradise!

Wonderful home in a great location. We stayed here with our 3 adult children and their families. There is a shallow section in the pool that is perfect for young children. The private beach is a great place for kids to play in the sand. Close walk to town and good restaurants. Highly recommend having Mary cook.
