Super responsive and great host Place was fantastic

We loved our stay at Casa Marbella! We had extended family staying, 3 families, and had plenty of space for all of us. The home was well equipped with anything we could want or need. The pool was clear and well loved by our children. The supreme service was the concierge service with our housemom Loti. She fixed us wonderful breakfasts, tidying up all of our spaces and lightened the load of staying at an Air BnB substantially. The concierge service was also very helpful - they met us at check-in and check-out, checked in with us regularly, helped me get the cutest birthday cake and gave recommendations for any excursion or restaurant we asked about. We loved our time in Costa Rica and our stay at Casa Marbella.

Fantastic stay! We stayed here for a wedding at hacienda pinilla and it was the perfect spot. Great location, great service and a very fun time.

Our family throughly enjoyed our week. Plenty of room and perfect for the grandchildren. The concierge couldn’t have been more helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. They also set up excursions for us!

We had a great vacation at Casa Marbella! Diana/home owner was great & responsive when needed. Mary with Costa Rica Concierge met us there when we arrived & also came the day we left. She took care of so many things for us! We appreciated all her help & communication. Veronica (house mom) was fantastic & her breakfasts were delicious! Chef Luis’ team cooked for us two nights (Chef Alonzo & Johan on arrival night and Chef Luis & Johan another night). Both Chefs were amazing & those were our favorite meals. The price for the chefs is worth it. We spent that much or more every night at restaurants. Go to Lola’s for a full beach day (you can reserve beach loungers & umbrellas online) & they will serve you drinks & food on the beach! We actually ate dinner there twice. We also took surf lessons there & it was fun! The golf course is nice & some of our group played every day (ask them about a family membership). Go to the neighborhood beach club & do the trail ride (horses) also. Have fun! ?

There were 14 of us and the house turned out to be perfect. Plenty of space for all ages. The kitchen was our hub and everyone just hung out in the very large great room that included the kitchen. Veronica, the housekeeper was definitely an asset. She was easy to be around and always willing to do anything for us or the children. Thank you.

Beautiful home and pool setting! Loved the access to the beach club and JW Marriott. The transportation arranged for the airport was amazing!

Casa Marbella was the perfect "home base" for our family's Costa Rica vacation. We had three generations - from grandparents to grandkids - and a family member with accessibility needs. Casa Marbella had it all, and Diana and the concierge team went out of their way to provide additional accommodations for our accessibility needs. Veronica was our house mom and kept the home clean, fixed breakfast, and was lovely to practice our Spanish with. The location was great and gave us a great jumping off point to explore the beautiful beaches and the transitional forest at El Rincon de la Vieja. An incredible trip that we will not forget!

It was a very nice home in a great neighborhood. Beach and Beach Club both very easy to get to. Housekeepers were very helpful and kept the house in great condition.

This home is beautiful and spacious. If you’re looking for a private more secluded area this is perfect for you. We were able to fit comfortably and the house had everything we needed. Diane and the concierge team were very responsive before and during the trip.
