Overview

This exquisite luxury home spans 6,500 square feet and is located just 75 minutes from Liberia Airport. It is a five-minute walk to one of the five beaches within Hacienda Pinilla, with the remaining beaches reachable within a 3 to 5-minute drive. Hacienda Pinilla is one of Costa Rica's premier gated private residential communities, featuring beachfront access and a golf course.

The community offers a variety of amenities including a Beach Club, surfing, gym, equestrian facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, and proximity to the JW Marriott. Wildlife is abundant in the area, with iguanas, howler monkeys, macaws, and more. Mountain biking trails and rentals are also available. The town is a 15 to 20-minute drive away, offering numerous restaurants, nightlife options, and supermarkets.

The Space

Guests have full access to the entire house, which includes a two-car garage. Golf carts are available for rent:

• 6-seater golf cart: $560 per week
• 4-seater golf cart: $350 per week
• Both carts together: $880 per week

Daily housekeeping is provided, including breakfast preparation by the housekeeper for four hours each day except Sundays (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.). Additional housekeeping services are available at $20 per hour.

Access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is available for a $5 per person daily fee (100% consumable), which includes use of the beachfront pool, gym, and restaurant.

Guest Access and Accommodation

The home comfortably accommodates 10 to 14 guests, making it ideal for 2 to 3 families or groups of friends. It offers 5,600 square feet of living space with travertine marble flooring throughout.

Children and seniors are welcome. The house is wheelchair accessible with four bedrooms located on the ground floor, eliminating the need to navigate stairs. The sleeping arrangements include:

• Four king bedrooms (two on the lower floor, two on the upper floor)
• One queen bedroom (upper floor)
• Two bedrooms with twin beds (ground floor)
• One small single bedroom

Six guests can sleep upstairs across three rooms, while seven to eight guests can be accommodated downstairs in four rooms. All bedrooms sleep two people, except one king bedroom that includes a trundle bed for a third or fourth occupant.

Additional Services

The housekeeper provides complimentary daily service (except Sundays) from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., preparing breakfast and cleaning. Additional help for meal preparation, such as chicken and rice, beans, ceviche, and salads, is available at $20 per hour during daytime hours.

A welcome meal can be arranged through the property manager upon request. Private chefs and massage therapists are also available; a list of options will be provided.

Beach Club and Concierge Service

The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is a 3 to 5-minute drive away and is partially closed in October. Children 12 and under have free access, and adults can enter free with a $10 food or drink purchase, for which a voucher is provided.
