The best place to stay in San Carlos, the house is spacious, clean and comfortable. It's the best location, you have the beach in front of you and restaurants just a few steps away. In addition, the house manager's service is the best. We will definitely be back soon!

We had a great stay at this home in Costa del Mar. It’s a wonderful neighborhood—one I’ve stayed in before—and the location is excellent, close to beach clubs and beautiful, pristine sand. The house is right on the beach, and enjoying the pool at night was a highlight. I was there for work with a few coworkers, so our days were long and we didn’t get to fully enjoy everything the house offers, but it was very comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen is great, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are well laid out and spacious. Another big plus was how easy it was for our group to walk to nearby restaurants like Prana and Mesa Cortez at night without needing a car. Ariel was a responsive and helpful host throughout our stay, and I would rent here again.

The perfect airbnb for a beach trip to mexico. The house is just a walk or a short drive from everything you could want in San Carlos. Inside, the house was clean, spacious, and set up exactly how we needed to have the whole family stay comfortably. At one point we noticed a leak in the sink and the owner had it fixed within the hour. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Excellent place to stay; the view is amazing. You walk to the back side of the house, and you have a beautiful pool, and right behind it, the ocean. The house is equipped with everything to have a great family time (In our case). The kitchen is fully loaded, there's a laundry room, and outside you have both types of grills (Propane and Charcoal). Rooms are very big, private and clean, same as the bathrooms. Outside there are lots of beach chairs, tables, illumination, electric connections, etc... Ariel is a amazing host, anything you need it will be at the house, but if you have a question or need something, he's right on the phone to help you immediatly! His suggestions were right on the spot; we visited two of the four restaurants, and the food was exquisite and there was live music, just a great experience. I don't know what else to say, other than it is a great place to rest, be with your family and friends, and have a great time. Thank you Ariel!!!

Perfect place to stay with your family, the home has enough space for a large group, great location on the beach and a beautiful pool to enjoy as well. The home has lots of blankets and towels for everyone staying which we had 10 people staying. Also had a very well stocked kitchen and even some games for the family to play. It’s a beautiful home and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Phenomenal location

This home is amazing. Best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The view is unbelievable. You are steps away from the beach and a short walk to yummy restaurants. We will be back for sure! San Carlos is a hidden gem.

We had a group of six people stay for the weekend. The house was well appointed and spacious. We would come back again. There was a slight issue with the washing machine and it looks like that was taken care of. Would recommend thank you so much.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The house had everything we needed. AC worked great in all rooms and area of the house. Pool was really clean and refreshing. Great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also, jet ski and kayak rentals within walking distance. House is right on beach and the water was so beautiful and clean and perfect temperature. Would stay there again!

The house is luxurious, the location is magnificent because it is almost a private beach, few people circulate to that area. Walking along the beach shore you get to some restaurants. The host was very nice and SUPER quick to respond to messages and to resolve any questions.

Excellent stay. Ariel super service and 5 star attention. The oversized pool is very much enjoyed. All the great amenities are one at home. The super sized house. Good security in the subdivision. The beach is very nice to be all day if you want. There is everything close to shopping. Definitely a place that's well worth it.

Had a lovely time with family at this stay. Host left us a complimentary wine bottle. Location is incredible, nothing like the peaceful waves of San Carlos. One thing I would mention is that the fountain wasn’t working and the grill could use maintenance. Besides that home was a great stay for our family, good memories made. Host was very responsive and we had no issues.

Convenient place in gated community with pool and beach access

The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, right in front of the beach. The location is just great. This place just has it all and we had a great time. We were bummed that there is no charcoal grill but there is a gas grill so you can still have a cookout outside and have a good time. Overall I would recommend and will be happy to return!

Ariel’s house was beautiful… right on the beach. We loved the pool, walk to restaurants and of course, the ocean and contact sound of waves crashing. Ariel’s communication was 100% top notch. He communicated every detail we needed to know and gave us heads up on everything. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Where’s the button for my sixth star? We loved our first stay at Ariel’s last year so much that we came back this year….and loved it even more. We’ve stayed all over San Carlos and I can say with 100% confidence that there isn’t a better location in town - the beach is sandy, the neighborhood safe and a 1/4 mile walk east on the beach there are two fun beach restaurants/bars. The house is comfortable with nice furniture and great AC. We stayed nice and cool inside even when it was 105° out. There’s a nice bottled water dispenser with a stock of jugs, so we weren’t constantly buying single-use water bottles at the store. The outdoor space is the best. There was plenty seating and a big working grill. The pool was clean and super refreshing after taking ocean swims. At night we’d soak in it and watch the stars and city lights. Oh, and the towels. Loads of nice, plush towels. Ariel went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and was totally responsive.
