Great experience! I spent 5 days with my family; we had a great time!. The unit is very well equipped with all you need to have a pleasant stay. There are only two cons: 1) The check-in process is a little bit cumbersome, there is no lobby or reception, and it has to be done at the car entrance of the complex, which makes things a little bit challenging when 8 people need to be identified. 2) There are several pools in Villa Magna complex that are shared with the Fiesta America hotel next door. The water in the largest one was very dirty the day we arrived. Other than these, everything else is great to have a relaxing stay. The view from the terrace is beautiful! We experienced one sunset that everyone will remember! Arturo is very responsive and flexible; this last part ...flexibility.... is a big plus when you are traveling to another country and many last-minute things may surface! Thanks for all your help Arturo!

Arturo's place was beautiful and clean and within a 15-20 min walk to a lot of really good restaurants. or a 5 min taxi ride. About a 15 minute ride to Bucerias, which also has some great restaurants. The food at the resort was overpriced in our opinion. You can get an all inclusive for $90, which we didn't feel was worth it with 7 people! He was very responsive to any questions we had and any issues. We were able to check out late since we had a late flight, since he had no one arriving right after us. The beach is beautiful and clean, and the ocean very swim-able. Just be sure to bring lots of pesos, as the ATM there only dispenses USD, which was rediculas, since you're in Mexico. Close taxi ride to food stores. We especially liked Sorianos. Great produce and decent wine selection. We definitely plan to go there again, but with more pesos this time! highly recommend the place and Arturo. Best Airbnb host I've had over many years of going to various ones in various countries.

We had an amazing stay at the Villa Magna condominiums in Nuevo Vallarta! It truly had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. There was plenty of space for all seven of us, so we never felt crowded. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean toys were such a fun bonus and added to our time at the beach. We spent most of our days enjoying both the pool area and the ocean—it was the perfect setup for our family. Arturo, the owner, was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless. We would absolutely stay here again—100%!

I have been traveling to Puerto Vallarta for years and Arturo's place is by far the best place we have stayed. Everything was absolutely perfect. There were six of us who traveled in our group and stayed there, and the unit was so big that not once did we ever feel like we were bumping into each other or cramped. Not only is it specious, but it is beautifully decorated so you feel like you are staying in an elegant and luxurious home or hotel. The patio has ample seating so you can eat your meals there, drink coffee together in the morning, or just spend time with others visiting and overlooking the pool and ocean. We had all the amenities we needed to make coffee and breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but it was also wonderful that there is a poolside café downstairs that serves food and drinks. Arturo was hands down one of the best hosts I have ever rented from.

Arturo's service was excellent at all times: friendly, clear and always timely. The apartment has all the necessary equipment to enjoy a comfortable and quiet vacation. The location is perfect, with very good access and proximity to the main points of interest. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon.

Fantastic host and place was exactly as advertised. We were 2 families with 4 kids ages 5-11 and it was a perfect option.

We loved Arturo's place, the pool area is large and comfortable, seeing the sea from the apartment is the best. The apartment is superbly equipped and we loved that it had groceries that are always needed and beach toys for the kids😃. Arturo was always attentive and very kind. We really enjoyed it and would love to return.

The apartment is in excellent condition. It has 4 rooms and there were 8 of us without any problem. The beach is very nice and the pools are also very comfortable Additionally, the apartment is located a 15-minute walk or less from several restaurants. If you like to run, there's still a bike path coming out of the subdivision. Great place and I would definitely stay here again.

We (family of 4) had a lovely stay at Arturo's condo. The only issue was one of the a/c units was out of coolant, but since there was an extra bedroom with a working unit, it was not a problem. We let Arturo know and he was apologetic and said he would have it looked at by a technician. Arturo was always responsive when we had a question/concern and was very friendly. The condo is part of an all inclusive resort which was nice as we could dine a la carte if we wanted something to eat or drink while sitting by the pool. The condo is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen for those who like to cook while away. We would recommend Arturo's condo for any family looking for a private, convenient (5 min cab to Paradise City mall or 20 minute walk) location that does not limit you to the all inclusive meals - plenty of close by restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend Tacos de birria Balta on blvd Nuevo Vallarta for some tasty golden birria tacos - byob) Thank you Arturo

Absolutely spectacular stay!! The views as soon as we walked in were breathtaking. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished. We spent most of our time on the spacious balcony and made excellent use of the gas grill provided. We were 7 adults and always felt comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and there was ample room for all of us to mill about. Great grocery stores are a cab ride away and several amazing restaurants are within walking distance. The fact that it is located within a resort is awesome as you can use all amenities (including paid dinners at the restaurants) and then retreat to your luxury condo. Arturo is the kindest host and always available to respond to any query. This was the best Airbnb any of us have ever stayed at. We immediately felt at home and had the best month of our lives!! Thanks again to Arturo!!

I can’t say enough about this amazing condo and our host Arturo! We stayed through Christmas with our whole family of 7 adults and it was the most amazing experience! The condo is spacious with everything you need for a stay. We cooked oat of our meals at the condo and had all the supplies available. We took a short walk down to a few incredible restaurants for dinner as well. The walking path right outside the condo is fantastic for walking/jogging or just exploring. Arturo was the most responsive and kind host ever. He helped with recommendations and checked on us throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent apartment, it is very spacious and has everything you need to have a great vacation. It is fully furnished and decorated. The view is very beautiful and the development has a very nice pool. The location is very good, close to the restaurants of Nuevo Vallarta. Arturo was a very good host and was always available for questions. I highly recommend this property as well as Arturo.

Best time ever in Puerto Vallarta. Arturo is responsive when questions came up. The condo is exactly like the pictures in the listing. Love that you have access to the resort and can pay to use the gym facilities, get a massage and eat at the restaurants using your US cash or credit cards. We will definitely be back!

Arturo's condo was just fabulous! It was well equipped and we felt right at home. The views were amazing! The grounds and pools are well kept and two of the three of the pools are heated and warm. The beach in Nuevo is outstanding to walk and swim in. Arturo was a wonderful host. He was very quick to get back to me if I had any questions both before our trip and during our trip. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was very spacious, well decorated and equipped, and very clean. It accommodated all 8 of us very comfortably. Location and view is breathtaking! Manager (Marco) was very responsive and met us upon arrival. Arturo was quick to respond and easy to deal with also. We’ve rented other units in this condo before, and found this one to be the best so far.

We loved Arturo’s place, it was perfect for us. The apartment was just a posted in the pictures so pretty, big and with everything you need! The hotel accommodations are awesome, big pools, camastros by the beach, snack bar for the “not all-included” people. We love it. Communication with Arturo was great, very responsive and quick. This condo was everything we were looking for and more. We travelled with my husband, step daughter (17) and my husbands parents. The space was perfect, we all had our own rooms and full bathrooms. The condo itself is decorated very nice and the furniture is SO comfy. Blankets, pillows available to cozy up and watch tv - awesome! The balcony was a great place to work on our laptops in the morning and enjoy our coffee. Was also a great place for "happy hour" after a day at the beach...sunsets are amazing! The grounds are very well kept and clean - lots of options whether you are a pool person or a beach person, there is something for everyone! The condo was VERY well stocked with everything you need - we didn't need anything! Lots of plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses. Tons of spices in the cupboard and hot sauces etc. in the fridge - so great! If you don't want to cook, the all inclusive option offered by the Dreams resort is awesome - it's about $90 USD PP for 24 hours and is great if you want to take a couple days to settle in and not worry about getting groceries. There are plenty of options available for groceries nearby (100 pesos cab ride); Chedraui, Walmart, Sams Club & Le Comer. Riviera Grill & Ciao are close to the condo and great options for food! We really loved our time here and are looking forward to staying here again!

Excellent apartment. Arturo's top-notch service. We needed nothing, the apartment was super clean at the time we arrived. The ocean views are incredible and the food in the pool is very tasty... much better than the photos! We will definitely stay here again!
