I am so happy that we found this place in Medellin. It was the perfect spot and perfect apartment for my family and I. After a long travel we stepped inside and it was a breath of fresh air. Gorgeous!! I felt like home. One of the things we loved is that each room has its own private bathroom and plus one half of bathroom added. So convenient, especially because we were attending a wedding and we all could have our own bathroom and not having the need to wait for a the bathroom to be available. Easy! We got ready fast. This place was comfortable, spotless and cozy. It was everything that we needed and more. The host was attentive and friendly. Clear instructions, easy access. The security was another factor that we looked for. We felt safe and secure. They were very profesional and helpful. This building is beautiful and clean. The pool, gym, sauna etc… was very clean and every area was treated with respect. The view was stunning. Sandra thank you! Till we stay again. 🤗

Awesome place

This place was an absolute gem. I felt like I was in the middle of the jungle, yet had all of Medellin at my fingertips. The view of the treeline is even better than the photos, 24/7 security was comforting and secure, and the amenities were top notch. The upper work area (20th floor?) was an awesome place to take in the views of the city / mountains while effectively having my own office. Great location for a few days or to camp out for a few weeks and get access to Medellin’s weather / culture.

Very nice and friendly host. Only one thing as a feedback, bathrooms were too small. Except master bedroom bath in 3 bedroom apartment, all other bathrooms were very small. All other facilities and location is great place. Would love to recommend the same to my friends, in fact this is the second time I chose the same place to spend some secured and relaxed time.

My friends and I had a great stay! The listing is exactly as pictured. Beautiful apartment and felt very safe with the gated area & security 24/7. Comfy beds & amazing water pressure in the showers! The host answered questions quickly & we had no issues at all during our stay. Thank you!

The building is very nice and very well located. The apartment is cozy, spacious, and well equipped, with the jacuzzi being what we use the most every night. The surroundings full of dawn and the birds in the morning make the stay very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

the stay in Medellin was immaculate, the place was exactly how it looks in photos and the apartment complex amenities were top notch. apartment was located in a great neighbourhood a short 10 minute walk to the main area. sandra was super responsive and helpful whenever we had any question. we will be back!

super nice stay with good service. the dishwasher did not work at first. after 1 message someone came to solve the problem within 5 minutes. the security is super! location is top. facilities are very nice.

The place was clean, secure, and well-maintained. It offered plenty of amenities, and all the necessary utensils were available, making the stay comfortable and convenient. There’s also a 24/7 convenience store within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything needed at any time. Highly recommend!

This place was AWESOME!! I took my 4 daughters on our annual "daddy/daughter" trip and they can not stop raving about how beautiful the place was and the location to everything. Felt totally safe our entire trip. The security guards, were helpful each day. I can not say enough about this place.

I told Sandra when I come back to Medellín I’m going to book them again. The place was wonderful, as described. Very private location no one will bother you unless you want to be bothered lol. The front desk guy was so helpful and amazing give that guy a raise. Down to the security super funny and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes luxury. I will be coming back to this location. And everything is in walking distance literally two blocks from all the entertainment, just be ready to walk down a hill.

401 is a great apartment, just above the treeline of the green space below. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning. I highly recommend this apartment.

Sandra & Ezequiel were amazing! Great communication before, during, and after the trip. Answered all of my questions promptly and usually within minutes. The building has everything gym, heated pool, whirlpool, steam room, dry sauna, and massage room. Security was great - they make sure that any of your visitors even my housekeeper/cook. They check their cedula and take a picture - that should make all guests in the building feel good. We had a small issue with AC and when I called Sandra they had the building engineer there immediately and fixed in minutes. The balcony with the outdoor whirlpool is huge and the gas grill was great for cooking as well. Beautiful mountain views. Beds were very comfortable and if you know anything about beds in Colombia you'll appreciate that! Wi-Fi was strong as we streamed college football all Labor-Day Weekend. Will stay there again in the future. First Class and Professional

My family and I felt like we were home. We had everything that we needed at the apartment. The pictures really matched the apartment and I really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Elegant modern apartment in Poblado was a fantastic Airbnb for myself and friends to stay for 2 nights. It was safe, quiet, in a great location walking distance to the Poblado/Provenza shops and restaurants, and absolutely gorgeous. The interior finishes and views were phenomenal. Doorman downstairs was fantastic. The building also features a coworking space with great city views.

When I arrived m I couldn’t believe how beautiful and amazing the apartment was. Alvaro and Sandra were amazing they responded very quickly , the security team were very friendly. Great location 10 min walk everywhere La provenza/euro supermarket. Apartment has everything u need to cook with. Can’t wait to go back. The higher the floor the better.
