Great location and convenience

Howard is a great host, his place was nice and cleaned and accommodating my family of 8 pretty well. Located on the 3rd floor made it easy to get up and down the stairs when the elevators were busy. The balcony views were very nice as well, you can see the whole resort and beautiful views of the beach/ocean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was plenty of room for my family of 4 adults and 4 kids. If you need anything Howard is available and responded in a timely matter. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good place

The Sonoran sea resort was our favorite spot while visiting puerto penasco! The resort had large pools and with a heated pool next to the outside bar. Our family enjoyed being on the beach with easy access to our room and swimming pools. We highly recommend this location!

Howard was friendly and helped accommodate a last minute reservation.

Great condo! Great patio to enjoy meals! Our host was very responsive and took care of things super quick. He sent instructions beforehand and that made it a quick check in.

Beautiful and spacious condo! It has a great view of the beach from the balcony. Super clean. Big mirrors in condo. Easy check in. Owner responds in a timely manner if any issues. The pool with the bar was closed during our stay and under construction but other than that highly recommend!

Easy turnkey stay on Sandy Beach. Restaurant on site was great and local shops and other restaurants provided a lot to do right outside the gates. Very central to all things Sandy Beach and a 30-minute beach stroll to Wrecked. Stay here!

This was an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE SPACE. My family had paid for another space at another very misrepresented location in Puerto Penasco, leaving us (2 families,8 people) with no where to stay. My inquiry was QUICKLY responded, too, and I was able to check in within 20 minutes of my first inquiry to Howard. We were greater by Alma opening the space for us and to show us all we needed to know. Alma was very friendly and helpful. This space was such a peaceful and relaxing location for our families' much needed vacation. We will most definitely be back.

Our stay was amazing! Check in went so smoothly and the place itself is soo big and beautiful! We had 6 adults and this was perfect size! All beds are big and super comfortable as well! 😊 the view was great! We will be staying here again soon!

This 3 bedroom condo is perfect! It’s right on the beach, had AMAZINGLY comfortable king sized beds, and is a great location close to restaurants and shops.

Condo was great! Had everything we needed and was true on with the description and the pictures. It has a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Howard was great with the communication and checkin. Would definitely stay again!

The condo exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, comfortable and had all the necessities needed for a great vacation.

Our stay was amazing! It has a beautiful view from the balcony and the master room. Master bathroom is cute and the tub even has jets to relax after a long day at the beach! Pool was great and you are in front of the beach, can’t ask for more. The restaurant on-site is good. All I recommend is for you to bring your condiments like oil, salt, pepper, etc, and beach towels. But other than that Howard’s place it’s your perfect gateway. My family and I will definitely be back!

Words can’t describe the view, you must see it for yourself. Very roomy for 7 people, both inside and outside on the deck.

Absolutely loved this condo and resort! Will definitely be staying again!

The condo was very spacious and the rooms were large. The pool bar is closed but one pool is heated and there are 2 hot tubs. You do need to bring your own water, toiletries and laundry detergent. We also bought dish soap and paper towels. Howard is quick to respond to any questions and the check in process was easy. The best part was the large patio.

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We had the best time, cooked Thanksgiving dinner, and relaxed on the gigantic patio. The only downside was that one pool was closed and the other was freezing. Which, obviously has nothing to do with Howard. We would certainly stay there again.

great views and easy access to the beach. the swim up bar was under renovations so we weren't able to use it. but we did get to see baby turtles make the trek on the beach down to the ocean water. was a great weekend.

This was by far the nicest place we’ve ever been to in RP. Super close to the beach, great views, huge 3 bedroom place, walking distance to Changos and Banditos. What a treasure! We will Definitely be back!
