Jorge's house is amazing—an extremely clean, comfortable place that's perfect for a pleasant weekend. The furniture and the house in general are in perfect condition; the bedrooms are comfortable and have everything you need to enjoy yourself. We will definitely be back.

We loved the house; it is exactly as shown in the photos. The pool is a very good size, the garden is very spacious, and the house is ideal for relaxing and having a great time with the family. The area is very quiet, and Jorge was always available in case we needed anything. We will definitely be back.

During our stay we found several aspects that need attention and improvement. The garage was occupied, which was inconvenient. Inside the house, the curtains were broken and the sheets were dirty, with cat or dog hair. We also noticed a lack of basic supplies, such as trash bags and toilet paper, which was also scarce and of low quality. The kitchen had cleaning problems: dirty utensils, uncleaned surfaces and the dining table with visible stains. As for the layout, the pool table was located where the main dining room table was, which was impractical. There is also a lack of general maintenance, especially in showers, doors and the guest bathroom; the toilets were clogged and dirty. It should be noted that Jorge's service was very good; he was always friendly, attentive and willing to help during the stay, which was a positive point of the experience

The dining room is visible in the photos and is outside, I'm sorry it's not so explicit, we'll update the notes to make this very clear. You have four parking spaces in addition to the ones that are occupied and if you need more I could get you some, I would have loved to know that you needed more space, next time let me know.

The garden is large and well maintained, the pool is a good size, the furniture is in perfect condition and the automated house is wonderful, probably only a few mini-splits are needed since the fans didn't help much and mosquito nets on the ground floor, but overall it was a very pleasant stay, good communication with the host and with the person who helped us with the house activities, the house is in perfect condition.

The house is really nice because it has Alexa's that control various aspects of the house, it has a sound system inside the house and outside it (in the garden area and the pool). It also has an 86-inch screen inside the room, which is a very nice plus, and in general the rooms are very comfortable. The bad points were that there was a mouse inside the house during the stay, which Jorge did take care of, but until the day we left the rodent was still there, and that meant taking certain precautions with the food. On the other hand, the arcade machine never worked, and only two of the darts games worked. And the last thing that I found very unfortunate was the cost of using the boiler to keep the pool and jacuzzi at a good temperature, because I was given the cost after I was already staying and the cost seemed excessive (2500 one day, 4500 two days or 6000 pesos for three days). In other accommodations you only pay for gas consumption (around 600 pesos per day).

Excellent house, Jorge was always very attentive and available for any questions or concerns that arose. The house is very large, very pleasant, with a large garden, the pool is excellent and covered, the bedrooms are very spacious and clean. It is pet friendly. Everything was amazing, I would definitely go back to Jorge's house.

Jorge is a great host, he was always available for any questions. On the other hand, the house is smart and modern, it has the option to have heating in the pool and has everything you need to have a great time, my family also recommends it! Thank you for everything Jorge, we'll be back!

Excellent location, very comfortable beds, we rested, the house was impeccable, the pool had hot water and the jacuzzi was wonderful, the terrace was super comfortable! We loved the house, we expected a good stay but the reality was even better, our weekend was unforgettable and Jorge was an excellent host! We'll be back for sure!!! Without thinking about it!!!

Jorge's house is in a very good location, very quiet and private area, the house is smart and that makes it very easy and fancy 👌🏻 everything modern and in very good condition, the space is also very good, I definitely recommend and return :) also the additional service of Monse was very attentive and kind.

Very spacious and comfortable in living and dining room, the terrace and the barbecue very good water pressure to bathe super good , the boiler was not very optimal because there were days that was colder than others, the video games machines do not work and we had a leak in the tarja lava frets . There were some racer vehicles in the parking lot and we left the cars in the wax.

Excellent experience! The house is in perfect condition, you have everything you need to have a pleasant stay; the rooms are very spacious, the TV and the living room and games area have very good distribution to live together and the outdoor space is ideal for multiple activities. The pool is a little small but you don't need any more 👌🏻 Jorge was very friendly throughout the process from booking to check-out. I would definitely come back! ❤️

The house comes with everything you need to spend a pleasant weekend, it was clean, it is a smart house, it has a very spacious Jardin and the pool is very nice especially that comes with a techite to avoid the sun a little. Some areas of opportunity would be to change the pans and add drum utensils since to cook a bit of work, the lady soledad who delivers the house is not very friendly and did not comply with the requested on the day she helped us in the house but the other day it was another lady who compensated it because she was very nice and cook super well (try to order with her) The house is a little far from the main access if they plan to leave the subdivision The parking lot is busy by motorcycles but you can park outside and there is plenty of space There is a pool table in the middle of the living room that I think gets a little in the way since it rained us horrible and we had to get in but we had no place to dine and play board games. The house is as in the photos, everything was really perfect except that upon arrival the house was not ready for my stay and I had to wait outside of this few hours since Jorge had forgotten that I booked his house. However, he was very kind and responsible for the inconvenience and offered us a day of heating and he replenished us the hours I missed on arrival. I would really really rent this house again because it is beautiful, in a quiet, modern area and I'm sure what happened won't happen again.

We had an incredible stay, 😊 everything you needed was in the house , we didn't lack a thing, we enjoyed it a lot, but the weather was still fine, everything was very tidy and with an Alexa system. Very good service, cleanliness, very complete place, only one drawback, a lot of sun in the dining room (maybe a mesh that you can raise and lower could help a lot and leave space to park the cars) but overall quite good, thank you 🙏🏻

Great choice in Cocoyoc. The area and the street is very quiet, ideal for a weekend. Nice view of Mount. Very good garden and pool with hot tub. The terrace is best for barbecue. The house is recent, modern, all tech. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. In October, fans were enough to sleep fresh. Ceci very rich cuisine and is an excellent host. Jorge was always on the lookout and answering our questions.

the high price but the conditions of the house were fine and everything worked without problem. we only had one detail with a few batteries from a TV. that never arrived and we couldn't watch the TV. it is a very pleasant house and in good condition , the pool of good size and the barbecue is very practical. my little dog also had a very comfortable time running through the large garden.

The house is amazing and has all the amenities needed. It is a bit far from the main shops, but by car you can reach a small square that is within the subdivision about 15 minutes away. The images are exactly as the house is, the rooms are very spacious and everything is smart, there is an Alexa and speakers where you can connect your devices. Jorge was attentive at all times to the chat. We had two incidents, the first is that the barbecue didn't have gas and we couldn't cook, but they figured it out a couple of hours later. They have a game machine and it didn't turn on, but it was compensated with the billiards that distracts you for a while. The heating was amazing, the water was kept at very rich temperature all the time, honestly it got raised the price (vs the average) but it was worth it.

The location, the setting, and the house are very nice and peaceful. There were some areas for improvement in coordinating check-in and check-out, as upon our arrival, the previous guest had not yet checked out. Jorge made up for this by providing one day of pool heating, which we appreciated.

We were looking for a family weekend, and we found it. Jorge was always attentive and friendly. The house is amazing, super comfortable in every way—kitchen, dining room, etc. I loved the pool, which for me is one of the features I always look for. I would come back without a second thought.

Excellent stay. Jorge's house is very nice, comfortable and also smart. The pool and jacuzzi with excellent temperature. The garden is very spacious and the area is very safe. If you are considering staying here, it is worth every peso paid. The host, Jorge, is always attentive and responds very quickly. I would definitely stay at his house again.

Excellent location, very private and quiet, the house is very nice, with nice finishes, I liked that the house is smart and everything is handled by voice, the air conditioning of the pool is quite good but I think it is a bit expensive, the bedrooms are super nice and having the game room as a plus seems great to me, Jorge's service is excellent, very friendly and accessible, I just think it needs some lounge chairs, but overall an excellent house to spend the weekend.
