Excellent house. Old and very nicely decorated. Very large and perfect for a lot of people. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom, and there is also a backyard area for gatherings. Perhaps some of the single beds could be swapped for double beds, because there were several couples in our group and one of them got single beds. Everything else was in perfect condition, and the amenities were great. The upstairs room didn't have A/C, and one of the other rooms was leaking a bit, but it wasn't a big problem because the next night the weather improved a lot and it was no longer necessary. The patios are very nice, with plants and garden furniture, and very comfortable. Three cars fit very well in the courtyard in front, and when the gates are closed, everything is very well protected. The house is located downtown, and you can walk to the various plazas, the market, OXXO, pharmacies, restaurants, etc., within a 6- or 7-block radius. If you are going to Parras, please feel free to book it, because the price goes up quickly.

Ms. Magda was very attentive; there was no problem at all, everything was very clean, and it was easy to get there.

We felt comfortable; it is a house with an old-fashioned style, located very close to downtown.

It was like traveling back in time; it's like a museum, with lots of details that make you feel like you've been invited.

Beautiful old house; the décor, the architecture, etc., are from the 1960s. It's great, a very nice house, very peaceful. It's huge, it has lots of rooms, patios, a barbecue grill, each room has its own bathroom, everything is very comfortable. We highly recommend it. Take good care of the furniture and the house so that it lasts another 60 years. Despite being in the center, the area is very quiet, and everything is close by. Thank you again for everything

The hosts were very friendly, at all times, very helpful and very attentive to our stay. Clean place, and it's a very nice and quiet old hacienda. Apart from that, it's 3 blocks from the 2 main squares of Parras, in the center of the city, so access is very quick and not at all complicated

The house is very spacious and has great architecture and a very nice antique memory. The dining room and living room are very spacious for large groups. The location is excellent, you can walk to most of the restaurants and squares. The rooms are very complete, warm and comfortable. It's really like 6 rooms because one is on the second floor that you can see is not used much, and it smells a little damp; it gives me the impression that it was the service room. The studio was locked, I mean I wasn't going to use it but if someone is planning to use it, they should tell Martha so that she has access. The patio is super spacious, ideal for spending a very pleasant time with the family!!

Martha’s property was absolutely perfect for our large family and friends gathering. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without feeling crowded. The outdoor areas were ideal for group activities, whether we wanted to have a barbecue, play games, or simply unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. Inside, the home was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements for all our guests. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made our time together even more special, creating lasting memories for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our gathering!

The whole stay was perfect. From the communication, the delivery of the Airbnb to the facilities. The place was very clean and Magda looked after us very well. We would definitely stay again when we return to Parras.

As for the house everything is fine, it is old but clean and nice, good attention, in the end I only had detail with Mrs. Magda why I should be clean.

almost everything was fine from when we arrived until we left, the only thing is that one of the bathrooms was throwing water down and one of the boilers was not on... the good thing is that there were a lot of bathrooms and plenty of showers then that didn't present a bigger problem... outside of those little details everything was great

Living a magical village experience can only be overcome with a magical house. The mysticism that such an old property but well adapted to modernity transmits is in every corner of this old house. In the style of interior patios, huge spaces, very high ceilings, which are both comfortable and adaptable to what you want to do, we appreciate being able to have areas of both privacy and to rest, live, play, roast meat and so on. The house comes with everything you need. Hopefully we can be back soon. Mrs. Magda's reception was that of an aunt you haven't seen in years, just like the blessings she gave us when we were already there. Totally recommended!

This house was perfect! We hosted 13 of us for our sons wedding. Everyone love the house and property. We would definitely stay here again!

Mrs. Martha is very good host, the house is amazing, very traditional and in good condition. The best thing was the backyard, it was in good condition and has an awesome tree. Definitely recommended for a family and group visit. I would rent it again.

we had an excellent time, very spacious and super well located, attention to arriving and always immediate. As the only comment 1 of the refrigerators does not work, although the good thing is that there is another refrigerator available in the house. We would definitely go again.
