Mandel

Upon arrival, the final touches were being made to the cleaning. It is such a fantastic house in a perfect location. Walking distance to various restaurants and supermarkets, etc. A huge amount of wildlife around the house. (You can see even more from your balcony than in the Manuel Antonio national park) A large swimming pool. 4 beautiful rooms, all with a good private bathroom and good air conditioning. The house is well maintained and clean. The only downside is that there are no basic items available such as salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil, etc. All the other places we booked in Costa Rica during our tour all had this. Otherwise, really a great house in a very nice location!

We loved our stay in Manuel Antonio. The home was very clean and spacious. We saw monkeys, parrots, and toucans from the back porch. My children loved the pool!!

The property has a pool and is surrounded by two buildings with a walkway. The first living room and dining room room is very large and has a master bedroom attached. The other building has three separate rooms on three separate floors and it was perfect for some privacy between all the different parties in my group of 10. The view was beautiful! I would very much recommend this for a group looking for a spacious rental with a nice pool for family time.

Great location being close to a food hall and convenience stores. Good space for my family of 5 although needed to navigate a fair amount of stairs to get to rooms. Loved being able to see the monkeys drop by on the balcony.

Villa Reel In was an absolute gem of a place to stay. It was in the quieter side of Quepos/ Manuel Antonio, at the top of a hill with a view of the ocean, and walkable to lots of restaurants, shops, and markets to buy food. It had a parking space inside the gated home, but there was also room for our second car to park on the street, and it felt really safe. The beach (Playa Manuel Antonio - the park's public beach) was close by and fun, and the park was excellent (get tickets ahead and to walk trails, you must book with a guide). Pool was amazing, beds were super comfortable, space welcoming and great for hanging out with our group of 7. A great place to relax overall, which is great after so much adventure. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, but you'll have to get your own oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters. We booked a fishing tour and sunset tour through Mandel's companies also, and SO WORTH IT. Easy to book, transport to the marina, a highlight of the trip. Mandel is a great host!

Spacious place and every bedroom had a bathroom! Authentic decor and everything was clean and spotless. The pool needed to be skimmed. The best part was the views and the monkeys!

Mandel's place was absolutely beautiful. There is space for 1 car within the property, but there is also plenty of parking on the street against the outside wall of the house. As a group of 7, we had four bedrooms, and each room has its own bathroom. There are, however, a lot of steps and risers, which you do need to be careful about, such as by the pool. Furthermore, we arrived at an extremely clean, tidy, and well-made-up property, where all the rooms and common areas gave us a wow factor. Three of the rooms have a balcony, and all the balconies have views of the sea and the sunset! In the morning, we were woken by the calls of toucans and monkeys hanging around. All rooms and common areas are equipped with properly functioning air-conditioning units. In addition, we had the option to use the washing machines and dryers. We are extremely happy with our stay, and it gave our vacation a really nice and unforgettable start. Definitely recommended!

We loved the house. The layout is a bit different, but it worked very well for our group, especially since each room had its own bathroom. In the morning, we saw monkeys, toucans, and even capybaras from the balconies. Close to restaurants and shops, very close to the park and beaches. Mandel always responded quickly to any questions; we would definitely stay here again.

The sunsets are beautiful and the place was perfect to ensure privacy for each couple in our group of 8 people.

Highly recommended. It is spacious, nice, clean, with very good views, and very conveniently located. The internet was very good, 10 of us were able to work remotely. The host is very flexible, friendly and willing to help. I want to come back soon :)

Really beautiful villa, in a pretty setting. Looks like the pictures! There are a few walkable restaurants which we found helpful since the airbnb is up in the mountain a bit. Close proximity to Manuel Antonio and local tours would pick up at this location. Lots of wildlife - monkeys and birds.
