We had an amazing stay at this Ixtapa beach front condo! The place was spotlessly clean, very well-maintained, and offered a truly spectacular view. The hosts were fantastic and gave us very quick responses whenever we needed help with minor details, like finding the TV remote. We enjoyed fast Wi-Fi, lovely gardens, and a stunning balcony with a pool that kept us relaxed and comfortable. The common areas—including the infinity pool and jacuzzi—were wonderful. We also loved the great poolside service and the very easy access to the beach. The stay was completely worth the price. We will definitely return!

The apartment is amazing. The building has excellent amenities. The private pool on the terrace is very good and the view is great. The pool bar service is not good. You have to keep an eye on the reservation of lounge chairs in the app, and it's super strict. You can never go into the ocean on the beach.

The place is in a hotel area, so outside the property there are options to go out to eat or shop. The place is very comfortable for a family. It has 3 rooms, each with its own bathroom, which makes the stay more comfortable. The host's service is adequate to answer questions and make you feel taken care of. The private pool is what makes the stay more special. Everything was great.

We had a great stay at Ians place! I took two small boys with us who loved the pool and the beach. Everything you need to cook there too. The app to reserve sun chairs is fab and you never have to stress about having a nice shaddy spot!

It's a really nice, cozy, and very well-equipped apartment. It is located on the top floor (18th) with an amazing view. The area is very good, the pool water is a pleasant temperature, and the Jacuzzi has very, very warm water. It was one of my best vacations; I highly recommend it. Ian always responded to me and was attentive. He is a very friendly person. Ms. Ofelia was very nice, and Jorge, who welcomed us, was very attentive. Everything in general is great.

Good communication overall, although there was an additional charge that was not mentioned in the listing, which caused some confusion. It was quickly resolved, and the charge was not applied. The check-in process was well organized, and the information provided beforehand was detailed.

It’s clear that the team takes great pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests. One tip for fellow travelers: If you're ordering food or drinks at the pool, be aware that gratuity is automatically included on the bill. It’s easy to overlook this detail and accidentally overpay. Of course, feel free to add extra if you’d like to show additional appreciation, but it’s good to know upfront. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed getaway.

The place was in a very comfortable condo with everything needed for a few days of rest. The views from the apartment are spectacular and the sunsets are amazing.

We loved the stay and managed to rest as we wanted. It's a unique, quiet place with everything you need. Of course we'll be back.

We traveled with the whole family, grandparents, daughters, grandchildren, the youngest a five-month-old baby. The apartment is spacious, each bedroom with its own bathroom, each one very independent. Very nice, well decorated and very well equipped, we didn't need anything. Comfortable beds. Upon our arrival everything was clean and our refrigerator was stocked with water, cokes and beers, a very appreciated gift. They were flexible with our arrival time, we were traveling by road and it was difficult to consider an exact time. We were greeted by Jair, property manager in Ixtapa, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The little tree in the room was a good size, the little ones enjoyed it very much, and it was safe for the baby. The view is breathtaking, beautiful. The complex is impeccable, the pools are very nice, one for adults and another with a children's pool. The small restaurant with delicious food, excellent quality and good prices. The beach is very nice, no problem finding a palapa.

This was a beautiful unit and I always love staying at the BVG Marina. Comfortable and clean.

The place is very nice in every way. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. The beach part is spotless. The pool is super nice and the restaurant that is in the apartments saves you from many things and the prices are very accessible. There is a lot of order in the common areas of the pools and the beach. A very safe place. The apartment is very tidy and provided everything we needed to feel the same as at home. The price is worth a lot and for the number of people we were was excellent

This penthouse has a privileged view, the photos don't do it justice. The pools in the complex are quite clean and alone. The pool in the apartment is cleaned 2 times a week so it is very comfortable to spend the day without having to go down to the others. At any time there was good communication with Ian and Jair, the department managers. We'll definitely be back!

The place is perfect, the ideal location, the bike ride on the cycle is excellent to enjoy with the family, the view is fabulous. Just a small cleaning detail in the kitchen area specifically the ovens on both the stove and the small oven that is over the card. Outside, everything was EXCELLENT!!!!

Amazing stay at this PH. My family enjoyed it to the fullest, the impeccable apartment facilities, the complex facilities super well organized, clean and with the very rich food. Everything was excellent, the A/C worked perfectly, everything super clean, they explain everything, the pool is also very comfortable and the complex has the ideal temperature for the pools. I would come back without any hesitation

During the process, Ian took care of us and sent all the important information. Erick welcomed us and explained the place to us with a very positive attitude, and he was responsive to messages. The apartment has a great view. It is very clean, spacious, and has the amenities and utensils needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay for 8 people. Beachfront (beach with a lot of waves) in a complex that has very large and clean pools, security and a restaurant that is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with fair prices. We bring thermoses, so you can take drinks downstairs and you'll be following the rules of the place. It is a 20-minute walk along the bike path to restaurants, handicrafts, and bike rentals. We felt very safe since many people pass through the area. On the beach side, you can walk quietly and see the sunrise and the beautiful sunsets. It was an excellent vacation. Just update the cost of the bracelets.

We loved the place. It's perfect for a few days of rest with the family. The private pool was a good temperature, clean and very nice. Each of the rooms with its own air conditioning gave us a cool break, as did the living room. So you don't suffer from the heat in the apartment. The beds are super comfortable, as are the pillows. The living room is super comfortable and the kitchen is super equipped. The truth is that they think very well of the guest, and you feel super cared for. They left us some complimentary drinks that saved our lives upon arrival. As a tip. The air conditioning doesn't work if all the exit doors aren't properly closed. We didn't know that, but they took care of that detail for us super quickly. It has lots of extras that we really appreciated. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

An amazing Penthouse, it's the best place I've stayed in Ixtapa, a week was not enough for my wife and I, I definitely recommend it 100%, you won't want to leave, definitely a beautiful place.

An extraordinary place for a family vacation

The apartment is clean, safe, comfortable, spacious, complete, the best pool in the apartment was the best. We didn't want to leave there, the view of the Bay is very beautiful. The safe, private condominium, also beautiful infinity pool, super private and safe beach, super private and safe beach, very complete restaurant, even a huge iguana walked around the gardens while we had breakfast. Ian and his team are always ready to go! There was only no grill to grill, or electric because they told us, arriving there, that it was forbidden to remove that detail in the listing. But outside of that everything is excellent, highly recommended and of course we would be back.

Everything is excellent. The view and the apartment are extraordinary. We had an issue with the pool, since it was dirty, but it was resolved the same day... I highly recommend it.

Everything went very well. They were always in touch, even before our arrival. Jacquie welcomed us and showed us everything. Ian, the owner, left some beers and welcome drinks. (Thank you so much, Ian 😄) Everything is very clean, with everything you need. The view is unbeatable and the pool inside the suite is a delight. The pools in the complex are excellent. Remember that you have to pay 300 pesos per bracelet per person. Everything is explained in the email they send before check-in. Of course, it's a stay that we definitely recommend.

Exceptional family vacation. Communication and on-site service were impeccable. We had to contact them about a leaking faucet, and everything was fixed the same day. The view from this condo is breathtaking. The quality of the interior (amenities and fixtures) is acceptable, but not necessarily up to the standards of a penthouse. The building also offers exemplary quality and cleanliness. The common areas, swimming pools, and toilets are impeccable at all times. A restaurant service that offers very good lunches as well as a choice for dinner, or even supper. It's clear that we'll be going back, since the vast majority of aspects were more than positive for us.

Excellent place for a vacation; the penthouse has everything you need for cooking if you like, sofa beds, and everything is very comfortable and clean. The condo facilities are great and fully equipped. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and well priced. A recommendation: hard-sided coolers are prohibited. If you want to bring your own drinks, they allow you to use fabric bag-style coolers.

An incredible week at an incredible property. The entire check-in and check-out process, as well as a small incident with a kitchen item, was handled well and without any problems. Jaqueline welcomed us and took care of us in the best way possible. The property is amazing, the views are phenomenal, everything is as it is in the listing and more. Restaurants, convenience stores and whatever you need are just a few minutes away on foot or by transportation. The condominium restaurant is inexpensive with good food, although I preferred the buffet a few years ago. Pools, beach, everything is clean and monitored. The only thing you have to do is have fun, enjoy yourself and relax. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a nice beach place, with a great view, quite and comfortable for a family trip this is your place to be. If you're looking for a party-hard style zone with plenty of night life you may want to look somewhere else. The apartment is great and is located in a quite residential zone close to the marina. Big enough to host a large family with space to get together but also to have some privacy and "me" time. The facilities in the building are very good given it was not that crowded but I imagine being there with full capacity would not be enough to have a large amount of people.

This apartment is spacious. We were a family of 8 and we didn’t feel crowded in Ian apartment. My kids really enjoyed the pool on the balcony. Jackie was great she even was able to have someone come over and cook for us. I recommend the Chef her food was delicious and she was also very nice.

Perfect place for a family . Close by to many tourist attractions. Had its own pool and very private. Super quiet and calm spot. Organizer in charge , Jackie was so helpful and nice during our whole stay . Would definitely come back .

Fabulous! Wonderful penthouse with killer ocean views in a resort-like setting. Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Host is communicative and responsive. Check in and check out simple and streamlined. Fabulous amenities such as an infinity pool, two jacuzzis and great spa services on the premises. Ocean views from pool, comfortable lounges. Great staff. About a ten minute cab ride to Zihuatanejo. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Great place to stay in Ixtapa. Very spacious penthouse complete with everything we needed for our stay. Even had our own infinity pool on the balcony. And having helpful staff at the reception area in the lobby was a plus. Finally the view was to die for. Great choice for a place to stay in Ixtapa.

My family and I frequently visit Ixtapa and Ian’s apartment has been by far the place we’ve ever stayed (resorts included). The place was pristine at our arrival and the property manager as well as the rest of the staff were incredibly kind. The few minor fixes required were tended to right away, and all our questions were answered instantly. The condo is beautiful and bright. Also, the building is gorgeous and has beautiful facilities. Can’t wait to come back!
