Comfortable, clean, easy access, close to 5th avenue and the beach

This Condo is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay in Miranda, the pool and Jacuzzi was just a huge hit for our group. The check in was super easy and quick and getting around was also easy., we rented a car and had our own parking space in their gated basement garage. There’s many food choices and shops within walking distance. The beach is also half a block away. This condo offers washer and dryer which was a huge help since we packed lightly. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Playa Del Carmen. Thank you Happy Address for hosting our stay.

This space met and exceeded all of our expectations! Not only was it conveniently located, but it’s simple elegance was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Morning coffee on the balcony or by the roof top pool was my favorite part of the day. Everyone that we came in contact with was welcoming and hospitable - from the doormen to security. When it was time to leave, the front desk helped us call for an appropriate size cab to take us to the airport, no problem. So helpful! Thank you for a great stay! We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful apartment! We loved everything, super modern and elegant, super contemporary decor. It has everything you need, parking in the basement, a nice beach 50 meters away and you can also make use of the pool, gym and sauna. We use them for lack of time, but a thousand times recommended, we would always return there.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, all new! central air conditioning and absolutely everything you need to feel at home! The very friendly host and loby staff, totally new and safe building located on a very nice and quiet street two steps from the beach and two blocks from the famous 5th avenue the jacuzzi and the pool in the roof top is incredible with wonderful views! I recommend everyone to stay here and I hope to be back again soon! Thank you so much!!!!

Excellent location on Playa del Carmen, the place is very spacious, cozy and clean. The pool and hot tub on the rooftop are luxurious. Emmanuel's service is excellent. If you go with friends or family it is a very good choice, the beach and 5th avenue are a 3-minute walk.

Close to the beach, 5th avenue, close to oxxo and seven eleven, very safe, comfortable and accessible.

Feels like home

The apartment was very good, the facilities are modern and with a good finish. The pool is in the Roof and very spacious. It's quite spacious and has everything you need for your day to day. In addition, Emmanuel is a superhost, he welcomed us and explained everything about the apartment. The air conditioning in every place is also super important. I recommend them and its location is ideal for everything.

It's an excellent place for a vacation, the apartment is a few steps from the beach, it's perfectly equipped, very new, the beds are very comfortable, they keep it very clean, the building staff is really friendly, the pool area has a beautiful view. I definitely recommend it without thinking about it. In future trips I would choose this place.

We had such a great stay at Happy. The location is amazing, walking distance (literally one block) from the beach and from la 5ta Av. The check in was very fast, Emmanuel was outstanding, he gave us a tour of the building. The apartment is just like the pictures, great decoration! It is fully equipped with enough towels & kitchen utensils. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely come back whenever I am in Playa del Carmen.

this place has everything you need, makes you feel like home. very clean, private, the beach, food ,shops are outside your doors.

The airbnb was even roomier than expected. The amenities were hotel-like and the space was sparkling clean. The location was close to everything in Playa del Carmen. Very recommended! Can't wait to be back.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and it was in a perfect location. Friendly staff and very accommodating. My family and I really enjoyed the space and all the amenities it offered. The only downfall was that the electricity went out a couple times, but that was a building issue. The staff worked hard to get it fixed ASAP. Communication was great, I was in contact with the host and everything went smooth. Definitely recommend this place. Perfect for a family unit or for friends. I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended and the CONDO staff is very friendly

My family and I stayed here and my dad didn't have many expectations of an “Airbnb” (instead of a hotel) was very surprised... the place is located on the most beautiful street in Playa del Carmen in my opinion (the 38)... it has a top roof with pool and jacuzzi with an ocean view and the apartment is impeccable and very modern. We loved it! 100% recommended and the host's service was very well.

We loved this place! Super spacious and clean. The rooftop pool is amazing and close to lots of restaurant and the busy area. The only thing was that the WiFi was a bit spotty during our stay but other than that, everything else was more than what we expected! Would recommend to friends and family!

Great stay, the apartment is in my favorite beach area. Aesthetically it is beautiful, the amenities unbeatable, super comfortable beds, and Axel's excellent care.
