The host is very nice, very active, and very accommodating, and the location is perfect. The apartment really feels like home. Extremely convenient. Would definitely rent it every year.

Excellent apartment on the first floor. We were a large group and we were comfortable. Easy access and a very practical terrace. Steps from the waves and places to eat great and have a good time. Monica is attentive at all times.

Spacious, cozy and comfortable apartment a few meters from the beach. Very quiet complex. It features a convenient terrace. It is next to El Sitio. There is a very refreshing shared pool with an excellent view of the beach (waves and surfers). There is also a space with games for children. A very useful park if you are traveling with family. In short, recommendable.

Fantastic cottage in a great location! Close to the beach and some nice bars/restaurants, all within walking distance. It's really great that you can use the hotel's swimming pool. The five of us had a lot of fun here! Monica is a very friendly hostess.

Monica's apartment is small and cozy. The apartment is on a second line of houses from the beach, which is very convenient. The pool on the beach is a nice bonus and the kids enjoyed it. The apartment has a chair, bed and baby bath which is a big plus for a family like ours. Monica was very available, we would definitely recommend the apartment!

This condo is in a great location. Steps from the beach and pool and tons of great restaurants. The playground just below the patio was an added bonus. The supermarket is only a 5 min walk away. This was the perfect location and size for our family and had everything we needed. AC in the rooms worked well and so did the hot water. I would recommend searching local events in Playa Venao as there was an Electronic Music festival happening while we were there and the town is known for their music festivals and surfing!

We had a wonderful time at Mónica’s place, who, by the way, is an excellent host. Everything was just as we expected, even better. We shared dinners on the terrace, breakfasts that could have gone on until lunch, sunsets by the pool... I could go on and on, but you have to experience it for yourself. We will definitely be back. Great Place to stay. Inside El Sitio area. Lot of places around to eat. Apartment was clean, nice and comfy. Will sure stay again.

Monica’s place was impecable clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the place was cozy and comfy. Our party had a variety of activities to enjoy in the area. While some of us were riding road bikes, others were taking surf lessons and in the afternoon we spent time together at the beach with beautiful sunsets. We had a great time! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place.

The apartment is located in an excellent area, suitable for families, it has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Monica is an excellent host, she was always attentive to our needs and responded very quickly to our questions. I would definitely come back again, 1000% recommended
