Allgemein war die Wohnung sehr angenehm. Die Lage war perfekt, nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Absoluter Pluspunkt war, dass man den Hotelpool nutzen durfte. Die Wohnung liegt gut im Zentrum, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Supermarkt ist auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Supermarkt ist aber sehr teuer. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber, die Betten bequem, die nötigste Grundausstattung vorhanden. Jedoch scheint es, als wäre Monica schon lange nicht mehr dort gewesen. Es gab einige Makel, unter anderem waren sämtliche Glasflächen (auch Fenster) sehr schmierig. Die offen stehenden Gläser wurden ewig nicht gespült, es gab nur 3 Brotmesser, nur ein Minischrank für Kleidung. Die Sofas (drin und draußen) und Stühle waren super fleckig, das Sofa draußen hatte viele Brandflecken. Es gab keine vernünftigen Auflagen für die Liegen. Die Eingangstür hing fest und ging nur schwer ganz zu öffnen. Wichtig ist auch zu wissen, dass die Terasse nicht privat ist, sie befindet sich im Hausflur.

We enjoyed our stay at Monica's apartment in Playa Venao. It was in a great location with easy, walkable access to the beach and surrounding shops. Monica was a great host and accommodated our late arrival. We were stuck in traffic and arrived later than expected but she had the air conditioning on so the place was cool and ready for us upon arrival. The only thin I can suggest, and it is merely a suggestion, not a criticism, is I wish there were potholders because there we used the air fryer and oven but had to use our own clothes to remove the pans from the oven. I hope when we return, this place will be available because I would like to return to this very apartment.

It was an amazing trip with friends. Everything was clean and nice. All the instructions were easy and Monica was friendly and open to answer any question. 🇵🇦❤️ All the places around were great and you have everything wakable.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Monica. C'est un appartement de vacances utilisée par la famille, pas un logement touristique sans âme. Le point fort de l'appartement est qu'il a 3 vraies chambres (ce qui est rare ou alors très cher à Venao), et qu'il se trouve à une minute à pied de la plage. Le magasin de surf partenaire, Extreme Surf, est à utiliser si vous voulez surfer (ou apprendre), ils sont adorables et proposent des tarifs très compétitifs. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de lave linge dans l'appartement, mais une laverie à 5 minutes à pied vous lave le linge au poids. La communication avec Monica a été toujours sympathique, toujours à l'écoute et très serviable. Nous sommes donc repartis très contents de Venao.

Don’t think about it, just book! This is a super cute and comfortable rental in Playa Venao. The place was spotless and Monica was an amazing host! This is an awesome place to surf but also take advantage of the mangrove tours and excellent fishing. All the restaurants and shops are less than a 2min walk and the food is amazing. You will not regret booking this condo.
