I have to give 5/5 stars for a trip I sadly didn’t make due to snowstorms. That’s because Patricio was extremely kind, compassionate and accommodating from the very beginning. It’s clear from all the other reviews that the place is amazing - but this host is one of the best I’ve dealt with ever, and if I get the chance to visit Playa del Carmen, there is no doubt I will be booking this place again… and hopefully no storms next time. 🥶🥰🙏

We had a great time in Patricio's villa. Located in a safe area and a 2-minute walk from the beach, it was perfectly equipped and the beach equipment was very much appreciated! The private pool was a real plus in the accommodation. The work right next to the accommodation is still not finished, which has caused us to wake up a few times in the morning, but this is independent of Patricio, who has always been very responsive to our various requests. We'll be happy to go back!

We loved our stay in Playa del Carmen. The accommodations were excellent, and the location near the beach was perfect. The extras made it special, from the wagon and beach chairs to the paddle boards and kayaks. Communication was stellar with fast, helpful responses anytime we needed anything. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back.

We had an incredible stay! The location is unbeatable—it’s in perfect walking distance to both the beach and local shops, making our daily outings so easy. The rooftop offers breathtaking panoramic ocean view that made it the ultimate place to relax and take in the sea breeze The host was wonderful with great communication throughout our trip. They even provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which saved us so much hassle! A unique highlight was seeing the local wildlife nearby, which added such a special touch to the experience. I highly recommend Patricio’s place! The house itself is big and beautiful—very comfortable for our party of 7. Plenty of bathrooms, a great kitchen, and a washer and dryer. There’s a beautiful beach with just a few minutes walk. It’s a very nice neighborhood and we felt extremely safe. It’s not close to restaurants so you do need to walk about 10-15 minutes to find something to eat. Or rent a car, of course. We’d love to come back someday! Thanks for being so responsive and helpful during our stay!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

We travel with family with children and had an amazing time. The place is great, peaceful, safe, and a lot to enjoy nearby. The house is very spacious and comfortable with several places to rest and relax. We loved that it had everything to go to the beach, from floats to chairs. The next door construction didn't bother us at all as we were not in the house during the day. Very grateful to Patricio who was always attentive to our messages, and to Zulma who helped us with the cleaning. We hope to go back right there 🫶

The house matches perfectly with the listing and it is even nicer when you arrive, the photos do not do it justice, Patricio is an excellent host supported us at all times and even left us refreshments which was friendly on his part, the house is very clean and tidy and offers all the services you need and more... it is very close to one of the most beautiful beaches and walking you arrive in 10 minutes to everything the 5th Avenue offers. There is indeed a construction behind but although it is a little annoying the noise in the day, it is still tolerable and we were practically out of the house every day so it was no problem. My family and I were very happy and comfortable in Casa de Patricio, we highly recommend it and of course we would return.

My friends and I absolutely loved staying at Patricio's place! It is so beautiful and we appreciated the private gated community. It felt safe, was quiet, and literally the beach was a 2 minute walk. We ended up walking about 10 minutes to find a perfect place to set ourselves up at the beach a few times. They also had a lot of beach chairs, umbrella, paddle boards, and other fun stuff for us to borrow. The construction in the other reviews were not an issue for us. If they were working next door it was not loud and ended around 3pm and we weren't home for most of the day so was not a bother at all. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

The photos of the house subtract the real beauty of this one, it is wider than what you see in the photos and much more beautiful, good attention from the beginning with the welcome snacks, the host Patricio was always attentive with precise attention, we are delighted!

The complimentary drinks and snacks were a great welcoming touch and very much appreciated. The airbnb was clean, we enjoyed the swimming pool and felt very safe too. Amazing host, very responsive. The house is within aking distance to 5th Avenue, mall and the beach. Clean place with a nice rooftop. We just had a small issue with the bath tub and he responded very quickly. Highly recommend. Thank you for having us Patricio! Looking forward to be back again.

It was a great experience. Tremendous location, very comfortable house with privacy in each room. The kitchen is very spacious and with everything you need. The perfect location to be close to all the entertainment and shops, but at the same time quiet to rest if that's what they want. Patricio was an excellent host, even by mail he sent us an email that we stayed. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say Patricio was amazing and unbelievably helpful! What a beautiful house and so close to the beach. The house was exactly as stated. Super private pool and everything was at our fingertips. Will stay there again for sure!!!

It was a magnificent experience. The house is even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures. Patricio is very friendly and anticipating possible problems. As the listing says, next to the house there is a condominium under construction, but thankfully that was not too annoying for us because we were mostly at the end of the house. Absolutely recommended, we want to come back now. Thanks, Patricio!

This place was great for our vacation because it has a little of everything: large rooms and shared areas, private pool, and within walking distance to the beach. it's also right next to a shopping center and the main beach plaza. Although there is construction around it, the noise was not excessive and we were to relax without any issues. I recommend it!

Casa Flamenco was exactly what we needed for our family trip. There were 13 of us and we all fit comfortably, the kitchen was very well equipped. The house was set up with plenty towels, sheets, items for a fun beach day and board games. Patricio was a fantastic host that went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, he responded quickly and was very helpful. We definitely recommend this place!

Loved Casa Flamenco .. so colorful and so much space! It's centrally located, about 10m walk to downtown Playa del Carmen & 5ta Avenida where you will find restaurants, shops, bars, night life, etc. The zone is also very safe, you must go through security before entering community. House overall was very clean and had everything we needed it, each room had it's own bathroom with plenty of towels. Pool towels were also provided separately, pool was clean. There is a Walmart, Sams & Chedraui within 10-15m drive where you could buy groceries, and if no car rental there's plenty of taxis right before entering the community. Patricio was attentive and even had some snack and cold beverages upon our arrival! I will for sure be back to Casa Flamenco.

The place was everything we could’ve asked for and more. The neighborhood was gorgeous. The location was great as we were a short walk from downtown Playa Del Carmen and always felt safe even walking back late at night. There were plenty of toys for the ocean and pool including kayaks, chairs, floaties, snorkels, and more. There was also a water delivery service so we didn’t have to worry about getting potable water. The house itself was beautiful and well appointed with great A/C. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Patricio’s place was fantastic. It was perfect for our family and the location was great. Maybe a 5-10 minute walk to town - so convenient yet quiet. The beach was maybe a couple minute walk so we could come and go all day. The communication was great and it was very well equipped with everything we could have needed for cooking or the beach!

This is the second time we've stayed at Patricio's place and we absolutely love it. Great location, everything is in working order and the pool really helps. Also a great location so we can walk pretty much anywhere we want to in playa del Carmen. Would highly recommend to all and we'll definitely be back.

The location is excellent; it is an 80 second walk to the beach. The amenities available in the house are spectacular; from chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a cart to take all the things you need to the beach. They have many plates, glasses and glasses, so that you don't have to go out to buy, they also have soap to wash everything you use. They had a lot of towels, water and the photos of the place give you a very good idea of the house, but being in person, it's even more amazing. The only thing we don't have was body soap, but nothing to worry about as many online apps can take you all without having to leave the house. Excellent attention from hosts.

The house is spectacular. The photos are short. The beach is just 2 blocks away. The view from the rooftop is luxurious. It has everything you need with kayaks. A cart to be able to bring the chairs and 2 large beach umbrellas are really beyond all expectations, there is an excavation next door but the truth is not very noisy and they finish work early, without hesitation we will return. By the way it's in Playacar Phase 1 super location near the 5th

Huge place. Cold air conditioning on those hot nights. pool needs updating but not much pool sitting when we go to Mexico.

We had a great experience at casa flamenca! The house was spacious and a perfect location minutes from the beach. We really appreciated Patricio's hospitality and quick response to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!
