My husband and I celebrated our 19th anniversary at Diamanté and had a blast! They made it a memorable experience for us! We happened to be there during Lobster Fest and most places were walkable; we only needed our golf cart to drive to Secret Beach! Tropic Air and our golf cart rental place was also walkable. We highly recommend!

This was an amazing place. The location was great, the premises impeccable, checking in and out was seamless and the host was extremely responsive. My experience was next lev and I would highly recommend.

This is my second time coming to Belize! I came back to Diamante cause they treated me great! The unit was super clean as always great location! This is a hidden gem I say this cause I noticed when people walk by in the beach they stop and look! There’s nothing bad to say. This will always be my stay when I come to Belize! See yaw Lobster season!! BRING OUT THE LOBSTER!!!

Beautiful view even on lower unit. Lovely Staff they were all wonderful and always helpful. Def would book again. Was serviced a courtesy drink on arrival with pick up and drop off complimentary.

This is definitely my home every time I visit Belize. Soidie was an excellent concierge.

Excellent location, clearly higher end then all other residences in the area. Right next to the airport. Walk from the room to Blue Water Grill right there. We walked to all restaurants in town because it was not worth the hustle of driving the cart, too close. The dock in front of the property is convenient for boat pickups. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there.

This place was spectacular. The space was big and beautiful with a balcony that overlooked the pool and the sea. It was secure and included a safe for valuables. We were able to walk to most restaurants in the downtown San Pedro via the shoreline trail but rented a golf cart to explore further. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice 2 bedroom condo in San Pedro.

Great stay! Front desk staff was extremely responsive and helpful! They were there to help us with anything we needed and gave great local recommendations. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to all the restaurants. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this amazing place! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with—communication was seamless throughout my entire stay. The location is absolutely perfect. Everything in San Pedro is walkable, and there's so much to do right at your doorstep. Whether you're looking for restaurants, shops, water activities, or just exploring the vibrant local culture, it's all within easy reach.

The room was everything that we hoped for. It was luxurious and spacious. The pool and the view of the ocean were amazing. The check-in and checkout were easy and we’re done at our convenience. We love that we were greeted with a rum punch - it made it super fun from the beginning. We rented a golf cart and had no issues finding a place to park at the hotel. There are all kinds of shops and restaurants that are walkable, though finding parking on the street is a little difficult at times. We mainly just use the golf cart to go to far away places like the Truck Stop and Secret Beach. Otherwise you’re in the middle of everything and don’t need a car. You can even walk to the airport. (Which I totally recommend over the water taxi.) The airport is right across the street. The only suggestion I have would be to put some curtains on the windows in the dining room for more privacy. I would recommend Diamante to everyone!

The team was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The property was beautiful and close to literally everything! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable and perfect to fall right into after a long day of sightseeing around the island. When we return, we will definitely be staying at Diamanté again!

This property was absolutely STUNNING! The staff was so attentive and kind. They thought of logistics before I even had to. Everything was just easy, peasy. Will be booking again very soon!

Gorgeous, comfortable, well appointed, with a great view. First, we love Belize and specifically San Pedro. If you want easy access to the town and the amenities of a resort without being a resort, Diamante is fabulous. Second, the vibe is chill. This is not a party place. Matter of fact, San Pedro is not a party place. It is a deep chill with great food and friendly people place. Lastly, the amenities are nice but few. However, you could stop by for a couple of weeks here with no problem.

The place has a great layout and beautiful pool. Right in the beach it’s easy to walk to Tom’s if restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend!!

Great place, beautiful decor.

This location is extremely nice and comfortable. It’s located within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. If you want to go farther, you can easily grab a golf cart cab or a regular taxi right out front. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. They assisted with anything and everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great location, wonderful modern apartment with great views of the Ocean (Sunrises were spectacular) - ideal for for a family of four. Blue water grill in the back yard, walkable to so many restaurants and city center. Searious adventures (highly recommended) right next door was perfect for door to door service for tours and Ramon's Village for diving was also next door. Seidie & Hilary were extremely helpful getting last minute restaurant reservations, Golf Cart rental etc.during peak holiday time. It was the perfect place for an amazing vacation around Christmas/New Year.

Diamante Suites was exceptionally clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From booking our flights from Belize City to San Pedro including our return, scheduling complimentary transportation to and from the San Pedro airstrip to their boutique resort, booking our golf cart, recommending restaurants and activities, and even making reservations for us, they made everything so easy. Although I can’t remember the names of every staff member I interacted with, everyone was kind and attentive. A special shout-out to Hilary B. and Seidie S., who were absolutely extraordinary! I would definitely recommend Diamante Suites as the place to stay when visiting San Pedro!

This space was clean and conveniently located. Host was very responsive. There was some construction noise but the walls seemed to be pretty well insulated.

Thank you for the amazing hospitality and the amazing team at Diamante Suites. They were so helpful with everything my family needed during our stay. They help with arrangement for a golf cart, restaurant reservations, and also finding a cake to surprise my husband with. This is a great location if you enjoy something close to town and to the airport. There were lots of great places within walking distances. We enjoyed our nightly walks to the local ice cream shop. They are currently doing construction for a new building which they do tell you about during the booking. They tell you about the noise and times they are working. Our family didn’t find it a distraction. I wouldn’t let that keep you from booking. My family really enjoyed their stay and we would rebook again.

Excellent stay directly on the Caribbean Sea! Centrally located with everything you need just steps from the resort. Fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, golf cart rentals, cafes. And Tropic Air is VERY close. Great hospitality and friendly service as well. Steph and I highly recommend this place. Great value as well!

Diamante suites were amazingly beautiful and in the perfect location. I definitely would stay again. The property manger Hilary was always responsive and helpful. Most days we’re able to walk and don’t have to drive unless we wanted to.

The place was great. Still construction going on. I would recommend having some usb ports in the condos. As well as a Bluetooth speaker

The staff at Diamante were excellent. Text communication prior to check in, transport to and from the airport, staff was working the property day and night by cleaning the pool and hot tub, gardening, and security on property at night. The service was excellent and easy. The location of the property is right on the beach, and next door to best restaurants, docks, Central Park, and piers used by the tour companies. Would highly recommend it!

Great condo on the first floor. The staff are above an beyond accommodating. Super close to the super market. Security on site help you with whatever you need. Please note there is construction right now, but its not too bad. Beds comfortable.

We loved our condo. It was just as described in the listing. It was spacious and clean and well equipped. We loved the ocean front balcony. Hillary and Sadie were so responsive to my questions before arrival. They also were wonderful by arranging dinner and golf cart reservations! The pick up and drop off to the airport was seamless. Francis was awesome and we wish him a happy birthday!! Overall I would so highly recommend a stay here and we would love to come back, it was fabulous!!

Great location, central, walk out to the beach. We didn’t try the pool or hot tub but it all looked well maintained and the site shows well. Unit was well equipped, quality furnishings, clean, spacious. Professionally managed, staff were easy to work with, very helpful. Note that property is difficult to get to, you have to go down an alley from the main road then turn left down another. If you don’t know where the place is, it’d be difficult to find, so make sure you get directions. Location prevents a car from taking you and your luggage directly to the site, but they’ll help with a golf cart. Construction on site but they are very transparent about that and we didn’t find it disruptive. We’d stay again.

Excellent place and good value when split with a group. Very nice interior and amenities. Beachfront and within walking distance of the main docks and downtown. Staff were very helpful and responsive.

The perfect stay in San Pedro! We were using Ramon’s for diving and this was an easy, quick walk each morning along the beach. The place was spotless with plenty of linens, beach towels, and blankets provided. Kitchen only had four sets of plates/silverware but a dishwasher and plenty of soap. It was easy to walk to the main part of town but felt very secluded and quiet on the beach. The construction didn’t bother us - you can’t hear it inside the unit and we spent most of the day out of the water or exploring town. The views and location are great and I would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for scuba diving and looking for a nice two bedroom that was close to Ramon’s Village dive shop. Right next door is Blue Water cafe/restaurant with great food. This location is great!

Amazing place and highly recommended!!

Diamante’s was an amazing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and the bathrooms too. It is peaceful and not loud at all. There were even some trivia and other games in the closet for families. I would definitely recommend staying there and would come again.

New construction, very quiet, perfect grounds and the staff really look after all your needs. I really appreciated the transport to and from the airport. We will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and proactive. Hillary and Saidie at reception were very accommodating, proactive prior to arrival and during our stay, and had great recommendations. Francis from maintenance was always attentive to helping us carry things and addressing anything that needed attention in the unit. Marcus from security was friendly, diligent in his duties, and made us feel very safe. The property itself is very luxurious. The scenery is gorgeous, the pool area is relaxing, and the furniture is comfortable. Our unit was fabulous, even better than we expected. It was spacious, comfortable, and high end furnishings. Check in was simple, easy, and they gave us welcome drinks. It was easy to book tours through the property, they offered welcome packages for your room like a mimosa bar, and we got our golf cart through them as well. There is active construction on site yet we didn't find it loud or bothersome at all. Definitely staying here again!

The staff at Diamanté was very communicative. They provided transportation from the water ferry, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The location was perfect as it's within walking distance of city center but still private. There was construction going on at the same time but it was relatively quiet and didn't impact the stay. The condo looked just like the pictures and there were no issues.

Received a message after we booked notifying about construction going on (and that’s why it was supposedly discounted- which I didn’t see a discount and sure didn’t seem like it with the pricing) remodeling, so the plus side was not many people there, but downside was construction. This also made it very hard to find because the maps kept taking you where you couldn’t walk in. The staff was very nice and helpful. Place IS beach front, you can walk along it, but not get in the water, so only pool is usable. The pool was very nice and they had a (warm) hot tub and pool beds that were nice, but we thought we had water access. The remodel was very nice especially in bedrooms and bathrooms.

It was the perfect location. Was walking distance to most of the places that we visited. Still will want to rent a golf cart to venture out. The staff was perfect.

This place is amazing! the location is ideal, right next to a shopping mart and golf cart rental. The ocean views from the room is breath taking and the host is quick to respond to any inquiry. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in san pedro. I would not stay anywhere else.

Beautiful place. Very responsive to everything we asked. Helped us with booking everything we wanted. Amazing Location. Only needed golf cart for secret beach! Literally five minutes walking from tropic airport same for boat port.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Vivian met us with complimentary drinks at the office and was very helpful. Marcos the security guard was always on top of things and was enjoyable to talk to about Belize and some of the unique things about the country. We felt very safe and he even mentioned we left the door open once and showed us how to properly lock up the place (the door locks are tricky). It’s right on the beach and a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning. Close to downtown, a little tricky to find but I’m sure that has to do with some of the new developments in the area. Highly recommend!

Great location near downtown San Pedro, close to the water taxi, golf cart rentals, markets, pharmacies, restaurants etc.

Immediately after reserving the unit, the staff at Diamante reached out to me to determine my needs and welcome me. They were very helpful and friendly throughout the process. And when we arrived, the place was just lovely...it was actually larger than I expected. The bathrooms and kitchen were even nicer than the photos. We came with 2 teens, and the Master and 2nd bedroom were on opposite sides of the living area which was very nice as everyone had adequate privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed... they even provided coffee and coffee supplies. The property is not that many units, maybe 12, so it is not swarming with people which is a big plus for us. And we had a large lovely patio overlooking the water. The property comes with a 24 hour security guard so that we don't have to worry about strangers from the beach wandering around, or beach vendors. And security was very protective of us and our property. We couldn't be more pleased. We will return for sure!

Diamante is in the best neighborhood of San Pedro, and close to everything! The view and the place are amazing

Diamante is great. I have stayed in san pedro about 6 times now and the value here is tremendous. It is a high end, new, right on the beach location that was perfect. The staff was great. I would and will visit again. I stayed in both C1 and A4. Both oceanfront. The view from the 4th floor is spectacular. See you again soon

Beautiful condo. It was extremely clean and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The oceanfront view was spectacular. I did not hear the construction from our space. the condominium was a little hard to find. Walking distance from the island airport. We flew Tropic Air. Diamanti also had connections to excursions and golf cart rentals. Great restaurants within walking distance. The snorkeling excursion was awesome!! Thanks Hilary and James for a great time.

Condo was in great condition and clean. Right on the water and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars.

We had two couples on this trip and we all loved it. We had a bottom unit facing the ocean and we really enjoyed being able to sit on the patio and people watch and admire the boats. We felt the convenience to town and airport were A+. We could walk most places and golf cart to others within a short time. Also, even though this was in the hustle and bustle of town, it was tucked away and so peaceful that it didn’t feel like it was in town. The beds were heavenly after a long day of exploring. Hilary was so responsive and helpful. The maintenance and security staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this stay.

A3 is a great place to stay in San Pedro town. Everything was as expected according to the description. Short walk to all the great beach bars. Convenient parking for the golf cart. Felt right at home for our week in town!

Diamante is fantastic. The people are great, from Hillary during check-in (and throughout our stay), the security guards gave us great advice on restaurants and the cleaning people were very friendly and patient. The unit itself was very luxurious with high ceilings, great AC, comfortable beds and amazing showers. The grounds with pool and hot tub right on the beach makes it feel very exclusive.

Had an amazing stay at diamanté! Newly developed property. Conveniently located in the heart of San Pedro, easy access to all the restaurants and attractions. Close to tropic air/maya air airport. Beachfront with 24 hour security. I love how there was access to a concierge everyday. Secret beach is about a 45 minute golf cart ride from the property.

Great location, very close to restaurant and souvenir shops as well as their own dock for water activities! Will try to go back as soon as possible :)

Beautiful, updated & pristine condo in a great location! Walkable to town with lots of options for dining & shopping. The hosts were fantastic! They went above & beyond with assisting in everything we needed & were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

The airbnb is exactly as pictured and described - extremely clean and centrally located. It really is a perfect beach getaway, we were thrilled with our stay. But, more importantly, we need to especially point out the staff working here - specifically Lisa. I have never met someone in hospitality who was more accommodating, kind, understanding, reliable and most importantly sharp. She and the others working onsite were extremely helpful and responsive through our entire stay and we could not speak more highly of them. Thank you Lisa and others who made our stay especially memorable. One thing I'd like to point out is that we were planning to work remote from here and the wifi was not reliable.

Beautiful property centrally located to beach, restaurants, airport, etc. Host gave clear walking instructions (literally walked from the airport terminal) and had the space clean and cool. Hope to be back and stay there again soon.

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. The beds were comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Lisa( the manager) was responsible and respectful & communicated vey well with us.

Location was amazing. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart during your stay it makes getting around the island easy. The place accurately matched the description and pictures. It was clean and safe with a security guard on site. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from even one right next door to the property. Lisa was very helpful and really responsive with to my questions. If you book this home you won’t be disappointed, spring break here was great for us!

We loved our stay at Diamante! Clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The pool was a highlight for my son and I enjoyed the sea breeze relaxing on the balcony. Lisa was a quick communicator and accommodated an early check in when our flight arrived early. We’d love to come back!

Such an astonishing place with beautiful, unrestricted views of the ocean. Everything we could possibly need was there and more with very friendly/helpful staff and secure property. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely book here for our next trip to San Pedro as Lisa made everything a seamless and super enjoyable stay for us :)

The unit was just like the photos. Brand new construction makes the place feel fresh and new. Extremely clean. Lisa was super communicative and responsive. Friendly Security guard on-site extended a boosted sense of safety. Pool and hot tub is right outside the door, clean and convenient. The property is accessed from an alley. Detailed instructions getting there will be needed if you are unfamiliar with the area. That helps it feel tucked away and detached from the amenities are are right there and easily accessible. There is a market just a few hundred feet away. There is a 'beach', but note that it is bounded by a seawall. The ocean water is not accessible. We learned quickly and enjoyed using the beach access to walk to restaurants/bars/shops/town center to keep from dodging all the golf carts on the street! Comfortable beds and plenty of fresh clean towels. Kitchen is moderately stocked, but enough to get meals prepared. Brand new high quality pan/pot set!

Diamanté was an awesome place! Everything you see is what you get. The place is in a beautiful location. You walk out the front door and your on the beach! You walk around to the back your out in the city. The condo was beautiful. They were attentive to any questions we had and Marco the security guard was terrific! He made sure the place was always secure! The only advise I would give would be if they had a book that had highly recommended dining and activities. Our stay was wonderful and we found it difficult to say good bye!

Diamante is a fairly new set of condos right in the center of town (and walkable to airport) that is a great deal! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

This is a beautiful, new condo right on the beach and a short walk to the many restaurants in town. It is also a short walk to the chocolate shop! The view from the living room and from the balcony is stunning.
