We enjoyed Kapi Kapi House overall, and the home itself was comfortable for our family. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by construction next door and loud partying and karaoke coming from outside the community. I do appreciate that our host took our concerns seriously and contacted the police about the nighttime noise. It stopped for a while but later started again. The most stressful part was the situation that followed. We were encouraged to leave early and accept a refund for the remaining portion of our stay, but relocating our family mid-trip was not something we wanted to do, so we declined. There was also confusion with Airbnb support regarding a previously offered partial refund for the specific days affected by the noise, which made an already frustrating situation more stressful. Thankfully, the noise eventually subsided. Aside from these outside circumstances and how the situation was handled, we enjoyed the house and appreciated the host’s efforts to address the noise

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful and very well maintained. It looked exactly like the photos; everything was thoughtfully taken care of making our stay comfortable. Jeremias was an excellent host, very helpful and incredibly responsive to any question or whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place :)
