Here’s a polished Airbnb review that feels authentic and personal: We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dominic’s property in Careyes. From the moment we booked until the day we left, Dominic was a fantastic host—always communicative, incredibly responsive, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. The house completely exceeded our expectations. The photos are beautiful, but they don’t do it justice. In reality, the property is much, much larger than it appears in the listing—I honestly expected it to be about half the size based on the pictures. And the views are simply breathtaking. You could spend an entire week sitting on the terrace, watching the ocean, and never get tired of it. As incredible as the terrace is, the view from the master bedroom is even more spectacular. A special thank you to Mini, the wonderful housekeeper, who prepared incredible Mexican breakfasts for us every morning. Her chilaquiles and huevos rancheros were fantastic

Casa Chica is such a lovely place. Our family enjoyed breakfasts cooked by Paty every morning on the patio. The views are stunning. We enjoyed our stay.

Dominique was a fantastic host. She’s a great communicator, responding immediately to questions and giving us great local suggestions and recommendations. Her home is stunning, the photos do not convey its serenity and how special and unique the architectural details are. It’s also beautifully and tastefully decorated and well appointed. I was traveling with my husband and two sons and we all found the beds to be extremely comfortable with quality bedding. The sea view is epic. The main space is open air, yet feels private, especially the primary bedroom upstairs with its own terrace. The homes in this enclave have their own security and a private beach. We felt very safe there. The area was quiet in April and at times we were the only people on the beach. The cooks and caretakers, Paty and Carmen, made us feel right at home. They cooked breakfast for us daily as well as a few very delicious dinners. We’re already planning our next trip back, we loved our time here.

Beautiful place, beautifully designed, clean and bright and the house staff were great. We will definitely stay here again.

Casa Chica exceeded our expectations. It's absolutely beautiful. The rooms were quite nice and the large outdoor space overlooks the water. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. Paty, Casa Chica's house manage, is super response too and helped us with some shopping. I would stay here again as soon as I can get back to Careyes.

Dominique is an amazing host and her home casita Chica is absolutely gorgeous! I can’t say enough good things about it including the food was so good from Patty and Carmen! what are the best vacations in our lives!

Casita Chica was amazing! With the beautiful views, amazing hostess and great staff, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Our family of six had our individual private spaces and the family gathering areas we all needed and/or wanted. Patti and Nena were so sweet and agreeable and made us feel welcome and at home. We would definitely come back and spend even longer than our 10 day stay! Thank you all for a very memorable Christmas break!

This is one of the most beautiful airbnbs I have ever stayed at. If you are considering coming to Careyes, this place is a must. We are definitely coming back!

The place is very nice and the attention of Dominique and the people who help him, Paty, was excellent. We hired the food service and it was delicious. Definitely recommended the place for a really nice stay.

Dominique’s home is very special. The view is to die for, and it has a peaceful, calm, elegant flow. Careyes is a unique, beautiful little community. What really made our stay special was the hospitality provided by Nena and Pati. They are wonderful, no other way to describe their graciousness. We were looked after from the moment we arrived until we walked out of Casa Chica - with delicious food, fresh fruit, great coffee and more. They are both truly 10/10.

This is definitely a gem very beautiful spot with a fantastic view, the only thing I didn’t know is that that the options for a supermarket well there isn’t one a few spots to eat and the closest Oxxo is 20minutes driving, I would have loved to use the incredible Kitchen he’s has everything and I love to cook , so now I know that the Costa Careyes is in the middle of nowhere absolutely stunning worth the drive to get there , thank you Dominique we had a wonderful time 😊🫶🏼

Dominique was an amazing host and we felt right at home in Careyes. Phenomenal, efficient, careful and very attentive

However gorgeous you think the house looks in the photos everything is 100 times more incredible in person. We travel all over the world and I’ve been to many tropical destinations but this view is truly unlike any other. When sleeping in the master bedroom we would even leave the windows open so we could fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to that amazing view everyday. That was one of the things we’ll miss most. The house comes with two amazing staff: Patti and Nena. They are sweethearts and take such good care of you. We had them cook us some of the best meals we’ve ever had and they also keep the house clean and organized. The house has a concierge book with an incredible amount of ideas for how you can spend your trip and Patti and Nena helped us with the bookings. The walk to the beach takes two minutes so it’s extremely convenient. On the beach there’s an amazing restaurant and you can order food and drink to your chair as well. One of the greatest points that I didn’t see covered in any reviews especially during this pandemic is that everyone entering this community must have a negative Covid test. This makes you feel extremely comfortable when moving about the community and helps you to relax. I seriously can’t recommend Dominique’s listing enough. We travel the world and stay at all the best hotels and Dominique‘s place competes if not trumps most of them all thank you again for such a memorable stay. We’re already discussing when we’ll be back!

Careyes is a very exclusive place, the views from the Casa de Dominique are spectacular and you really have a great time. The house is very practical, it has everything you need for the guest to enjoy the place. Patti and Nena's service is very nice

What a wonderful vacation with my family at Dominique's beautiful home. From the get go, communication was above and beyond; Dominique was quick to reply to all of our questions and very helpful. The location was perfect and we loved the easy walk down to both the beach and the adjacent hotel, as well as the easy drive into town. The home itself is stunning, with lovely ocean views and beautiful landscaping. The rooms are all well appointed and of good size, with A/C and nice sized bathrooms. Of the three bedrooms, one is lofted and the bed requires mounting a ladder. This was not an issue for us, but may be difficult for anybody with physical limitations. We greatly enjoyed the open living space and it was perfect for watching the sunset and having some meals al fresco. We also enjoyed Nena and Paty who took wonderful care of the house, cooked us a few delicious breakfasts and who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall it was the perfect getaway and my entire family is hopeful to return in the future.

The views from every room were fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay such a memorable one filled with good times and delicious home cooked authentic Mexican cuisine. Dominique's house was incredible and perfect for our group, who had never been to Careyes. The house had everything we needed and more - and it's extremely close to the beach and nearby activities. Dominique is an incredible host - and the on-site staff went far beyond our expectations. We arranged to have several meals prepared for us, and they were beyond exceptional. Dominique and the staff at the house were extremely responsive and helped us get everything we needed to have a wonderful stay in Careyes. The views of the surrounding town and the ocean are stunning- especially around sunrise and sunset. The house is even better than the photos, and my group can't wait to come back!
