The stay was very good, the house is very large and with very nice spaces to be with the family. Despite the weather, we were able to enjoy the pools, they were clean and impeccable. The kitchen was equipped with the basics, it had everything so you wouldn't struggle. We weren't so lucky with the Internet, we didn't know if it was a problem with the area because of the televisions, we couldn't watch any channels, except on 2 screens. Other than that, we used the ground floor barbecue, the board game area, we lit the campfire and they actually left us firewood that they did not include. The managers were very open, friendly, they were able to show me the house before using it and we really had a great time. There is a store very close by that delivers to your home, on the recommendation of the management and everything was very good. Thank you! We will definitely book it in summer :)

Excellent location

The place was perfect for our large group. The rooms were good and the amenities were perfect. Having two pools to use is nice when there are younger and older kids. Would definitely come back.

The property is large and very suitable for large families, the furniture is simple but comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable, there are many types of insects, but they are not harmful, in general all of us, 10 people, had a very comfortable time, the location is a little far from the center of Tequisquiapan, but by car you get there quickly, very suitable for lovers of nature and rural and open spaces.

Very nice place, it rained all weekend and we couldn't enjoy the pools but even with rain we could be outdoors thanks to an area with a roof. Surprised by the chairs and tables arranged upon arrival.

I highly recommend the Quinta, it is very clean, very comfortable, the photos show the interior of the Quinta as it is. One recommendation is to cut the tips of the Maguey that you have at the entrance, or to cut it smaller, to avoid accidents. We greatly appreciate the attention of Ignacio and Lupita, always attentive, and resolving small details of the stay.

great place to go with the family

We went to make a retreat from different missionary ministries and it was super good, they welcomed us with nice tables, the clean and fresh rooms xq there was a lot of heat, the pools well located, one of fresh water and a warm one, it was really a very pleasant experience and we stayed close to shops to buy food, water, medicines.

The house is super nice and large, the rooms are fresh, spacious and everything very clean, it has everything you need to spend an incredible few days, the attention was excellent, we would definitely come back!

Very nice place, worth it, I would love to go back

Ignacio always immediately respond to messages with questions or requests, in a friendly and respectful way. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. In the publication they indicate that they do not have a boiler in the pools, so we were prepared for a dip in cold water, however, we did not expect it to be cold taaaan as we were in a hot season. If you go with little kids they don't really enjoy this amenity as they can't withstand the water temperature. If you like to play matches like volley, fut or something simile, it's not so easy to do, as the garden space is very small. The bedrooms are simple but comfortable, it is very practical for each one to have its own bathroom. The house has plenty of space for coexistence such as rooms, terrace, fire pit and a nice sized chapoteadero and pool. In general, I would recommend the rent of the place if you are looking to spend a pleasant time between talks and laughter, the host is attentive and accessible and the place is comfortable

We were from Friday to Sunday partying my birthday and Mrs. Lupita was in constant communication with me since I booked. I always answered all my questions. The rooms have one bathroom each and everything was very clean and presentable. Kitchen with the indispensable m, well-kept gardens, clean and perfectly sized pools for 18 people. We would definitely return

Quinta 8 was a wonderful place to spend the weekend with my family including pets. It is very spacious and practically every day we could choose to eat in a different area of the house. The bedrooms are spacious, each with its own bathroom and with hot water, something the elderly appreciated. The pools are not heated but with a nice sunny day, there is no theme in taking a dip. The kitchen is quite well equipped, enough to just bring the food and prepare everything for the weekend. It is located 15 minutes from downtown Tequis, and also very close to a small town called La Tortuga where you can find everything in case something is missing at home. We only struggled a little with the wifi that was soon not very reliable and with insects that, in the area, abound. Recommended to bring repellent or raid to put at the entrance of the rooms.

Quinta 8 is an ideal place to go to enjoy Tequisquiapan and Peña de Bernal. The facilities are incredible. It has 8 rooms (all with their own bathroom), very spacious sitting areas, and a very pleasant pool area. Very good cleanliness. It was a truly good stay, we came around 15 people and all very comfortable. Mrs. Guadalupe was always attentive to our questions.

The house is very nice. It matches the photos and the description. Ignacio responds quickly and answers questions very promptly. The house is very spacious and the facilities are in very good condition. The only definite drawback is that the pool is not heated. There is a large pool and a rather medium-sized one, but not all of us could enjoy it since the water was cold, even though it has a large boiler, but it's not enough. However, despite that, it was so hot that several of my relatives took a dip. Apart from that, everything is great. There are shops nearby, and you don't have to struggle to get anything you need. La Quinta is truly beautiful and very spacious. The hosts' service was excellent. They were always attentive to our questions and comments. We even forgot something in one of the rooms, and Lupita was very kind to send it to us. The only thing I would recommend is that they have mosquito nets in the upstairs rooms, since it was very hot and we couldn't open the door to cool the room because of the mosquitoes. But honestly, the stay was excellent. La Quinta is really a very nice place to spend time with the family. We were super happy. My dogs ran around like crazy since the gardens are super spacious. My nephews really enjoyed the pool. If you're thinking of going there, this is an excellent option. I highly recommend it.

The cottage is super nice and functional. The host was always attentive and they were very friendly, they have an agreement with a store that brings you things to your door. To be in the countryside without buildings nearby, everything was very clean, the bathrooms and showers were impeccable, no dirt, dust, cobwebs, etc. 10000% recommended.

It's an ideal place for large groups. It is convenient to bring everything you need to cook and eat. Very spacious room and it is also pet friendly.

This place is more beautiful than what you can see in the photos. It's amazing how beautiful it is outside. Super comfortable beds. The space is enough to share. There were several of us family members and no one complained for any reason. Apart from that the location is in the middle of several places and is not far from going to tourist places. It was my family to vineyards, the Peña de Bernal, Tequisquiapan, Ezequiel Montes and even the basilica en Colón. I recommend the place to any family apart that the owners were super friendly and easy to communicate with.
