We reached out late at night to get help because the original air bnb was filthy and we could not stay there. Gordon and Shana were traveling themselves but still reached out and got Richi the property manager over to help us first thing the next day. This place is so clean, well stocked and everyone was wonderful to deal with. Thank you guys for turning our trip around! You cannot go wrong with this place!

Great home, very spacious and well equipped! Photos accurately represent the property. Location is great, near Punta Sur archeological site and Garrafon Park. Checkin and checkout were super easy, and Richie, our concierge, was super helpful and very responsive. Highly recommended for a great time in Isla Mujeres. It's a the other end of the island, so a bit far from the center (Centro), just make sure you rent a golf cart, it'll only make it more fun. Would definitely come back.
