From the beginning, Humberto was attentive and super flexible for the check-in, gave clear directions, and was responsive to messages. His kindness is appreciated. He provides everything in his power to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The pool is clean and the Jacuzzi is great, fully heated, and you won't want to leave. The view is very good, quiet area. I would definitely return.

An amazing place to spend a few days with family or friends. The house is new, modern and just like in the photos. We lacked absolutely nothing. The lake view is beautiful, and the jacuzzi and pool are at a good temperature! We'll book it again very soon

In our experience, the house was not a pleasant place to stay, especially for the price. The house gives the impression of exclusivity and luxury, but: The rooms had nowhere to put things; everything had to be placed on the floor. One room on the first floor did not have a balcony, which we found to be a risk for those who slept there. The refrigerator contained items that did not belong to us. Personal belongings and situations related to the occupancy of the place caused discomfort and affected our privacy, particularly when the person in charge of the place mentioned their intention to stay one night during our stay, something that was not communicated in advance. This gave us the impression that the place is not prepared exclusively for guests. The experience did not meet expectations, and the value for money definitely does not match what is offered. An uncomfortable experience with a lack of privacy; I do not recommend the place.

This is not a hotel; it is the home of someone who welcomes you and is committed to ensuring you have an excellent stay. In residential developments like this, it is common for the person who looks after and maintains the house to stay in a service room on the property, which is separate from the house and has its own service entrance. Although I would not have invaded their privacy, as they do not enter the house, they did not stay. The rooms are for weekends; they have luggage storage and a closet for short stays. The items in the refrigerator were a welcome courtesy. During your stay, more people than indicated in the reservation entered the property without paying the additional fees, attempting to take advantage of the situation, and you did not report these complaints to us, which you are now posting. We invite you to continue using the platform while respecting the hosts’ rules or, if necessary, to choose a hotel that meets your expectations and budget.
