The space is ideal for a family, and the common areas are very pleasant and enjoyable.

The apartment is spotless and has an amazing view. The hosts were friendly and attentive at all times.

Thank you to Francisco and Yesi for their hospitality and for giving us a complimentary late check-out because our flight was late. The apartment is very nicely sized, comfortably accommodating 10 people, and there are 5 full bathrooms. The pool, gym, and spa were all very good. The only downside is that the food at the pool restaurant is not very good, and they do not allow music in the common areas or drinks in the pool, even plastic ones. However, those are condominium rules, not apartment rules. Overall a nice experience.

Very good stay, comfortable, and the water tank doesn't fill up. Very cozy. The restaurant downstairs is also good. The apartment has everything.

We were looking for a place a little further away from the touristy area and this area delivered. While the area is under construction and seems a little sketchy when you first arrive once you get there the staff is top notch, friendly and helpful. The building is clean and the views are beautiful. The beach is ok, not great for swimming and there is not much area to take long walks, but the pool is very nice right on the beach you get the sound of the beach and the ambiance. None of these things should count against Francisco or the accommodations he offers.

We had a great time, the place is very nice, the PH is very well equipped, very spacious, the pool is incredible, nice views. The whole complex is very well maintained. Very good service from the entire team.

The place is beautiful. just as it is in the pictures. The service was very good from him, the host and Julio, the manager. We only had one detail with the air conditioning of a room, but we understand that there is little space for maintenance in the season. Despite that, we would return without hesitation! 🤩

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home and would enthusiastically recommend it to others. The stunning penthouse view provided a perfect spot to admire the sunrise each morning. Julio's responsiveness, friendliness, and attentiveness made our stay all the more enjoyable. As experienced vacation home hosts, we were impressed by the thoughtful details and overall quality of the home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It is deserving of a five-star rating!

Really enjoyed the Penthouse with our family. Very spacious and comfortable. It’s a new place so the place was spotless. Amazing views from our balcony. Would not hesitate to come back whenever I need the space again. Fully recommend it specially for larger groups or big families.

The place is new comfortable and great to have a relaxing time at the beach. Construction of other towers is happening but not as intrusive.

A very peaceful place, a good-sized pool, and best of all, not so many people.

The Penthouse has plenty of space to comfortably sleep eight people, it has everything you need to cook, store your food, even bring drinks down to the pool because they have a very large cooler. The decor is super father and modern, the furniture is very nice and the view is more than spectacular. One of the best Airbnb's I've been to!!!
