Our stay was really perfect. The place is super comfortable, quiet and conveys incredible peace. We felt very comfortable and at home the entire time. In addition, the hosts were excellent, always attentive and available to answer any questions or concerns that we had. It is definitely a beautiful place, perfect for rest and tranquility. Everything was great

We had a great time at this Airbnb! Its in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of essentials nearby including restaurants and a grocery store (Walmart Express). We were able to Uber everywhere we wanted within 20 minutes or so. Definitely worth the stay!

An excellent place to stay. The host is extremely helpful, responds very quickly and is super accessible for check-in and the stay. The apartment has everything it advertises, it is very nicely decorated and the number of rooms and bathrooms is excellent for business trips with colleagues or family. You truly feel at home. Privacy and a great location contribute a lot to enjoying your stay. All amenities work 100% and are fully equipped. Mr. Hector was always attentive to what was required, he is attentive and considerate. It is definitely a space where I hope to stay again and I highly recommend it. A plus: The decor is beautiful!

Very nice place, pleasant area, comfortable and spacious

Super accessible, I had an incident (I left the key inside the house), even with all the chaotic traffic, he drove an hour to go and open it for me on a day that maybe had some activity, I appreciate it a lot since few hosts would do it. That speaks very well of him. The whole place is super, very spacious and clean

This house is our best choice in Mexico City, easy to get around, only 3 minutes to the bus station.There are good restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets, all within 10 minutes.The host is very welcoming, we prepared coffee and fruit when we arrived, and we can answer any questions during the stay in a timely manner.Highly recommend for families traveling independently to Mexico City.

Incredible apartment. The 5th floor of the building is completely yours. The place is spacious quiet. Very attentive to our needs. The elevator is small, it goes up with 2-3 people. When we went, the street was closed for repairs. However, we were able to park our vehicle. Very friendly everyone!

We spent a month here and have nothing but great memories. This place is amazing! Pictures do not do it justice. It’s a huge very well appointed apartment. Nice bedrooms, great big kitchen and living spaces with the added bonus of a private patio and separate office space upstairs. The location is fantastic, you have everything you need within a block and the local market on Thursday around the park is worth checking out! So many local vendors with fresh produce, foods and goods of all kinds. Hector and Alexis are incredibly kind and helpful hosts and have created a beautiful retreat in the middle of the city. We loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The place is awesome! Roomy and clean! Very calm neighborhood with a Oxxo on the corner and food places a block away if not closer. We would definitely would want to come back if we visit again.

Our stay at Calle Kansas was great! The apartment penthouse is a great size and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place was clean and everything easy to use. Great taste in decor. I would definitely stay here again.

We are familiar with Mexico City and chose this apartment due to its location which gives you very quick access to numberless places to eat, shop, walk casually, get an uber to anywhere in under 5 minutes, explore the city in every way you want and feel safe and at home while doing so. The apartment itself is ideal for larger groups (there were five of us) with plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy while at the same time being together. Follow the instructions provided by the host and your time in it will be fun, and enjoyable. The hosts were always super responsive to any of our inquiries. We appreciate making this place available to visitors like us. Thank you.

We stayed in Hector's apartment during our seven week stay in Mexico City. The apartment is very nice and big with a roof top terrace with a view on the WTC, the neighbourhood is safe and central, and Hector is very nice and always available to help! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Super attentive all the time, the Apartment is beautiful or very well located, close to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Me Area It seemed quite safe and quiet, my host was always at the Pending and offering very quick answers, I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place, much better than in the photos, the area is very good if they have planned an event in the WTC, Héctor and Alicia were very friendly and were always on the lookout.

Hector was very helpful through our booking process and stay. Checkin was straight forward, asked for late check-in and they were happy to provide it for a fee. The penthouse was just as shown in the pictures, the kitchen was stocked up, and the rooms were tidy. Beautiful place to stay in Mexico!

Excellent service!

Spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. There was a bathroom in or next to each bedroom. Comfy TV area with plenty of space to lounge. The kids loved it. The living room was perfect to sit and relax while the kiddos watched TV in the TV area. The dining table was big and right next to the kitchen. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. Overall, an excellent home which was super comfy and very spacious. Oh.. I thought the office space was part of a common space for the building. It was actually off of the patio up the curved staircase. It’s a great space with 2 small patios and plenty of sun if you need to get away to do some work. Five stars!! 2 block away there is a grocery store. Plenty of restaurants near by. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. We would definitely go back.

The house is beautiful, very clean, it has everything and beautiful views of the city. I didn't have enough time to enjoy it. I hope to return to this city and stay in the same place again

Easy to walk to and hop on the MetroBus. Safe area. Will definitely recommend to others visiting Mexico City. Host were very responsive.

Excellent apartment overall and recommended as a base to explore CDMX for a short or long stay. Short steps to groceries, restaurants, and Cafes. Seemingly safe neighborhood - we had no issues during our 10 day stay. Very nice modern kitchen and comfortable rooms. Very good spot for my wife and two teenage kids.

Everything was great. The apartment is very spacious, illuminated and clean, with practically everything you need for a pleasant stay. The back terrace is huge and private. The office has a spectacular view when the atmosphere allows it. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, with enough hot water. The only thing to improve are the armchairs in the living room: they could be more comfortable and should seat more people. On balance, we were very happy with our stay.

Great Penthouse apartment in the heart of Napoles! We stayed with 7 people and the apartment fit all of us comfortable! Alicia and Hector are great hosts, always available if you need additional information! On arrival even a basket of fruits was offered for the stay! Additionally the flat has a full equipped kitchen for your use! The garage can take up to 3 small cars, 2 big cars! We would like to stay again if we come back to CDMX with a bigger group!

It's a very nice apartment, very bright for people who care about this type of detail. The area is extremely nice and easy to access - with restaurants of all kinds and a super market. Arriving by car is no problem. The kitchen is really equipped (there's even a grill for the outside). And the terrace will allow you to spend beautiful afternoons or take advantage of the sun. Communication with Alicia and Hector has been excellent. They have always met my needs and resolved my doubts.

There is an incredible amount of restaurants and cafés near by, catering to all food preferences. The host were very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful, spacious apartment with every detail you could need-multiple coffee makers, anything you could need to cook, multiple living areas to relax, gather, rest. The kitchen was bright and well equipped, the terrace spacious and fun to have a hammock, and most importantly, Hector and Alicia were super helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Great value for a beautiful space and unbeatable location near parks, restaurants, the Metrobús.

This is one of the most incredible places I've ever stayed in - if you're visiting Mexico City I highly recommend staying here! I can't wait to stay here again in the future when I come back. I've lived in Mexico City for 6+ months and usually stayed in more "central" places but trust me when I say this place is incredible value for your time & money. It's still very close to the action and you can Uber to/fro for $5-10. The place itself is beautiful, stylish, clean, and extremely comfortable. I felt so at home and relaxed and had more than enough room and facilities to work with. By the end of my trip, I just wished I lived there haha! This place is serious home goals. Other than the home itself, the care and service provided by Hector & Alicia is above and beyond. Always available and very helpful, especially with COVID-related travel issues and special requests for check in/out. Huge thank you for the memorable experience. This place is more than just an apartment - it is an experience within itself of tranquility and recharge. Definitely see you again for my next stay!
