We’ve now stayed at this Airbnb for the 4th time, and once again it did not disappoint! We absolutely love coming back here. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully set up, with incredibly comfortable beds and a fantastic sea view from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, including all the utensils, and having a washer and dryer room was a huge bonus for a family stay. Our host was extremely helpful and kindly allowed us early entry, which made our arrival so much easier. We also really appreciated the wonderful cleaner, who was always helpful and, on top of that, can cook some fantastic traditional Mexican dishes — definitely a special touch! The kids and my wife had a brilliant time enjoying the beach, pool, and paddle court, while we all loved relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. This place genuinely feels like a home away from home for us. We’re already looking forward to returning for our 5th stay! Reccomended...

We had an amazing stay at this beachside condo! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, with beautiful views and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made our stay special was Elly. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Her kindness and attention to detail made our vacation completely stress-free. To top it all off, she prepared some absolutely delicious meals for us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend both this condo and Elly's wonderful hospitality. Thank you for helping make our vacation so relaxing and memorable. We would definitely love to come back

A beautiful view. My family and I would definitely come back. The living room and dining room were our favorite places, and the balcony for watching the sunsets. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Everything was as advertised. Edgar, the host, was very friendly and always responded to our questions.

This apartment is located in an exceptional location across the street. We have all the amenities, a small square, and access to very clean pools. The gardens are well maintained, making it perfect for spending a few unforgettable days.

Our stay at Edgar's place could not have been better. The place is very nice, with a spectacular view, the rooms are very comfortable, and it is located in a very central and safe area. The amenities at the place are very good, both the pool area and the beach area, and it is just a few minutes from places to visit, such as Isla Ixtapa or Playa de las Gatas.

If you just want to relax and sit by the water, beautiful pools, beautiful beach and a few restaurants in the area. I think Amara is unparalleled. Of the six people on the trip everyone would do it again next year. I would ask, as I would ask all Airbnb‘s to be very careful with all the scented cleaning supplies. There’s just so much sensitivity around scented environments. My fault for not letting them know beforehand that just vinegar would’ve been appreciated. Stellar vacation home. Fabulous host!!

We loved the apartment, just as advertised, the location is excellent, the pools are clean, the beach is a 10.

The condominium staff is very friendly, the apartment is just like the photos, very clean, enough dishes and pans to cook. To have drinks in the pool, you have to buy them from the snack bar there, but it is very accessible. For example, beer is $40 and a hamburger is $120 Most of the condominium is privately owned so there are almost no people in the pools despite it being high season

Beautiful condo with incredible views! We loved the pool and the beach. All the staff was incredibly nice. A/C worked great! Would definitely return to the Amara Ixtapa!

A few wonderful days in a place full of light, spacious, with a beautiful view, we found the place super clean, very nice, decorated with excellent taste. Everything was very close to the building, so it was very convenient to get anywhere. I would definitely stay at this beautiful place again. The service from the service staff was extraordinary

We needed a few days away from our routine and a place that could accommodate 8 people, and this was exactly what we were looking for. The view was beautiful, and the amenities in the facilities were excellent. All the staff members in the building were helpful and friendly. We were especially pleased with the clear and timely communication with Edgar and the housekeeper, Ellie. The location is great, with stores, pharmacies, and restaurants all within a 5 to 10-minute drive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Thank you, Edgar!

We have been there every year in that apartment and my experience in conclusion is fabulous. Excellent accommodation, everything in order, clean, very helpful host. We'll have our next vacation scheduled right there.

The accommodation is right in the center of Ixtapa with an unbeatable view. If you want to be close to everything, this is the perfect accommodation. Very comfortable, with everything you need and more to be comfortable. The kitchen is super equipped. In short, Edgar's accommodation and his service is 10 out of 10

Good place

Ixtapa is beautiful and Amara, the condo complex, is much more relaxing and chilled than the over-crowded hotels. The flat itself is comfortable with all the needed amenities and a breathtaking view. Lots of restaurants and a couple of mini-markets near by. The communication with Edgar was easy. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

The place was beautiful and spacious. Felt right at home. Happy to have all of the amenities that it offered. The kitchen was well used. The kitchen knives worked great. We love that it was spacious enough for everyone to have privacy and their own bathrooms and yet still felt cozy to sit around the huge dining room table with an unbeatable view. It was an amazing experience for everyone.

We loved our week here! The description and pictures were spot-on. The condo was had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The view from the balcony was stunning. The condo & the Amara are great! Beautiful grounds & pools on a great beach! The condo has great space - 4 bedrms & 4 baths & a full balcony. It’s right across the street from many shops & restaurants. There are 2 banks in the area too. The Merza grocery store is 2 blocks away and has most of the items you will need! Edgar is very responsive & he always answered any questions or concerns within minutes. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped. We had “Ellie” make us a PHENOMENAL meal! Several main dishes and sides. We were thrilled with the stay-at-home-for-dinner experience. A couple things to note: - there is a bottled water cooler & dispenser in the condo; you can purchase huge jugs for it for $3.00 (American) in the office - the office is located in the S1 level of Tower A. Bracelets & your snack bar deposit can be handled there

Beautiful view! Edgar was responsive and helpful with everything, including translating with our chef/housekeeper. She was so nice and patient with us and the food was amazing. The condo was private, the pools were almost always empty due to the end of season. We got massages on the beach, enjoyed the local food and spent many meals around the table at the condo. Will absolutely stay again!

The accommodation is as shown in the images, the view from the apartment is spectacular, also the beach area is something to highlight, since it is very nice and there are no stones, you can go to bathe in the sea without any problem. The apartment's location is excellent since it is located in the hotel zone and in front of the building there are several super markets, cafes and restaurants to be able to make some purchases. In the apartment the rooms are spacious, comfortable and very nice. Definitely a very good choice of hosting, we'll be back soon. Lastly and very important, Edgar is a very friendly person and is always available for what you need.

Great option to stay at Ixtapa. The apartment is as it is in the photos. Spacious and everything works. Good location, although being between two hotels, on the beach there is little privacy. Edgar's attention was first, always attentive and giving immediate response and solution to anything.

If you want a spectacular Ixtapa getaway, look no further than Edgar's condo! We booked on a whim and were so glad we did. Edgar made everything super easy, the condo was immaculate, and those ocean views... WOW! It felt like our own private beach paradise. Located in the middle of the beach, El Palmar, with all the restaurants and shopping nearby . The pool is super clean and nice, as well as the beach and sea water are very clean. Amazing view. The depa as shown in the photos, super good. My family and I were delighted with the place.

Everything was fine with the accommodation. Very clean and clean. The condominium staff was very kind and responsive to our needs. Being a tourist destination, it must be borne in mind that there are bars in the surroundings that do not stop with music until late in the morning, but almost nothing affects the pleasant experience of having the beach and the pool just a few steps away. I would definitely come back in the future.

This Airbnb was worth it and just as described. It was very accommodating for a group of 8 with 4 kids included. The pool was very clean and not crowded, extremely private. The only minor tweaks I’d like to see for a change are new clean towels, & some bedsheets were a little stained. Also, the elevators were very hard to access and maneuver. The staff from Amara is very kind and helpful, the condominiums are well kept and easy to walk around and very safe. The host was attentive and always communicated well with me. I would definitely rebook

Edgar was a great host. The place looks exactly like the pictures. The staff at Amara were also were friendly. The 2 back rooms do hear very loud music from outside, you don't hear it much in the main bedroom, you mostly hear the sounds of waves crashing. Would love to stay here again. Thanks Edgar!
