Our multigenerational family had a wonderful week in Roatán! We had never been to the island before and this home was a dream for everyone. The sunrises were spectacular, the neighborhood was so welcoming and perfect for family walks, and the home was fantastic. Complete amenities, our family never wanted for anything. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and the air conditioning was beautiful. It was just 10 minute walk to the West Bay shops or beach or a 5 minute car ride making the home a very convenient location. Would love to come back!

We had an amazing week in Roatan. Kelley’s house was perfect for our family of 7. We enjoyed the pool, cornhole boards, ping pong table, and had plenty of space for everyone. Ernesto picked us up from the airport and gave us a great little tour of the island on our way to the house. Nancy greeted us with a smile and an amazing meal. Kelley offered some great local recommendations and responded very quickly to all of my questions. We can’t wait to come and visit again!

Kelley was an amazing host and was super attentive during our stay. The house was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Kelley was extremely attentive to any questions and requests we had during our stay. Nancy, the Chef, was also very accommodating and super responsive to our family during our vacation. Nancy’s cooking was also amazing and had various options for us to choose from for lunch and dinner. Nancy also cooked more than enough food for all of us. The house had beach chairs, cornhole, board games, a ping pong table, and much more, ensuring that we had a fun stay. Lastly, the pool man came every morning, ensuring that the pool was clean and pristine for daily swims.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The kitchen is well supplied, including a good outdoor grill, which gave us lots of room to cook together. We enjoyed the pool as it book ended our days out at the beach. We enjoy a good walk which is needed to get to the beach. And going through kimpton hotel shortens the walk and gets you to the beach spot that leads you to great snorkelling. we also enjoyed drinks and snacks at the hotel’s restaurant sea cat while aT the beach. We gathered together in the large living room and the beautiful deck while also enjoying the privacy of our own bedrooms. Thanks for a great vacation

This house was perfect for our friend and family trip! The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, but you are just a few minutes drive to west bay. Big hill to walk it, but the physically fit made the trek on foot. The two bathrooms upstairs are within the two king bedrooms, so those in the bunk room had to come into those bedrooms at night with no door closing off the toilet. Fine for kids, but a challenge if it’s your mother in law:) Kelley was lovely and so responsive prior and during our stay. Nancy the house manager is also great. Would highly recommend this house to any one!

Kelley’s place was an absolute gem to stay in! The place housed a large group of us and small children. It was incredibly accommodating and Kelley was always available when we needed help. She is a rockstar and we will be staying with her again on our next Roatan visit! She went above and beyond as a host. Highly recommend

Highly recommend! Beautiful home with ocean view from all rooms. All rooms are spacious. We staid here for a family Vacation, it was a great experience. The kids enjoyed the pool day and night. Kelly is a great host.

Beautiful home with the most spectacular view. Kelley’s home is great for families. The layout of the home was perfect. It’s in a safe neighborhood, we took walks every day. It’s close to West Bay, walkable but a little far. You will love this house, and not want to leave.

Shalymar is a beautiful home and we throughly enjoyed our family vacation. Kelley is a wonderful host - extremely responsive and welcoming. Nancy and Tio were excellent help whenever we needed as well! The house is full of resources for your home away from home. A great home for a family gathering - spacious and comfortable. We would love to return for another visit!!

We have been to the island many times (at least 30 trips) over the last 18 years. We have stayed in several hotels and many Airbnb’s all over the island. I have to say that Kelly’s place is the nicest place that we have ever stayed! She is a great host and has a great local team. It is very refreshing to stay in an Airbnb where it’s not expected for you to bring your own garbage bags, cooking oil, detergent, etc. You are supposed to be on vacation and having to worry about basics is awesome. It was a tossup which room out of the three master bedrooms was the best. Pros Stunning views, wonderful pool Great outdoor seating, amazing grill and pizza oven Host provides snorkeling gear, Ping pong table, and even acrylic paint supplies and free canvases to use. So unique and fun! We all enjoyed the gym Huge freezer for ice so you don't have to stress Spacious garage FYI You cannot access the sea from the house, too dangerous 10-20 minute walk to West Bay Only one bathroom on 1st floor

It was a great home to have fun with my closest friends during my 50 th b day. The views were incredible, we were in paradise. We will have these memories forever !

Kelley was very respondent and easy to get a hold of. House was well equipped kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of drinking water. Pot/pans, coffee machine, outdoor grill and pizza oven. Pool was cleaned daily, bathrooms spotless. A/C splits in every room along w fans. House is in a great neighborhood w views of the ocean, close to resorts and restaurants. We had a great stay and hope to get back sometime in the near future. Thanks! Jen

Kelley's place was fantastic! The home was even better than advertised and had all the amenities we needed. The ping pong table was a surprise bonus that provided great fun. The West Bay location was perfect for all of our activities. Kelley was so responsive our entire trip.. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host who was incredibly helpful when our plans kept changing with the airlines. House is better than advertised and so beautiful and comfortable. Walked to Kismet to watch the sunset each evening and cooked dinner each night. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Gorgeous view of the ocean! The open plan of main floor was great for our family to hang out, and we enjoyed the gym too. Several in our group had to work remotely and the Wi-Fi was great. House was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved Shalymar!! The view, the pool, the grill, all of the outside is so beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms luxurious and on point! The balcony’s are Amazing especially at night and in the morning!! The entire place is huge and very nice!! Take the bug spray with you on any jungle activities and even west end party, dinner, shopping. Take Kelly up on her car rental guy, we went with national brand and the poor car had a rough time. We definitely loved having a car though so get! Bring cash in smaller denominations and you can’t have any rips or tears in the bills or no one will take. 20’s and smaller, no one had change and most charge you high fees for credit card transactions. Blue Planet does not charge extra credit card fees. If anything doesn’t work let Andrea know immediately and it is fixed quickly!! Generator doesn’t kick on, hot water not working in a bathroom, all was fixed quickly. Need more toilet paper, she brings immediately (don’t drink the ice out lol) seriously we used the water provided in the jug for making ice cubes with provided trays. She also brings extra water jugs as needed. Andrea is great!! Blue Planet diving was extremely accommodating and we love Tom & Andrea!! The guys were taken on a dive with just Andrea and they loved it!! My friend and I got to hang out on Blue Planet’s beach spot while they were out diving. Also they had parking for our rental car! We loved the Mayan Jungle Zipline!! They had the best “zoo” by far!! The gift shop is great too! I got some unique Jewlery for my girls as souvenirs. Dune Buggies were lots of fun and we had Lionel (what’s app number +50498798239) set up dune buggies, zip line and private fishing trip for the four of us. We caught 3 black fin tuna and 1 barracuda 🤩 our boat captain cleaned and cut into filets for us to grill back at Shalymar 🥳 Lionel was great and we found him while walking in West End, he also does water taxi service and you can call him for questions on all your activities. Call on what’s app he doesn’t seem to text but great on phone call. Ibagari for dinner was beautiful and close. It was nice to have a fancy dinner out! West End is fun and we loved Happy Harry’s the food was actually really good! And the shopping is best here for souvenirs. West Bay mall has great food and Bananrama has great brick oven pizza! Loved Kismet it’s in the subdivision and has a great relaxing ocean view. Very friendly people there, great cocktails and best fish sandwich I had the entire time!! Make sure you go to the correct Eldon’s grocery (not Main Street in coxen hole) we went to French harbour one and they have gluten free and dairy free options. The beef is weird just have a burger in the airport on the way home. Local beer Barena is great! Also local seltzers from the west bay market called Flora de Cana (grapefruit was our favorite). Be careful of the ice out, filtering wasn’t enough for us. West Bay pharmacy had you covered if you need it, they met all of our stomach needs. Overall we loved and would return to Shalymar anytime!! I even read a provided book while we were there 🤩

Kelley and her crew did an amazing job accommodating all my groups needs. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had an amazing view that was breathtaking. I recommend this place for a nice family trip, or even a weekend getaway with a group of friends. The staff was on-top of everything to include the driver and Andrea! Roatan is a beautiful island and if you stay at the Shalymar you will not regret it.

AMAZING HOME!!! This home and location was perfect. Kelley was beyond helpful in making our trip, stay and experience one we will never forget. I am very picky about where I stay and this home exceeded my expectations!!! Worth every dollar and then some!!!

My wife and I got married here at this home, our civil wedding was held here. This home is beautiful, Big and very clean. It have everything you need while on vacation. I would definitely book this home 1000000% everytime. The host work with you any accommodation that you may need to make sure your stay is enjoyable she make the adjustments. Thank you again Kelley!

Shalymar is the ultimate destination in Roatan! The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, the pool overlooking the ocean is spectacular, the location is absolutely perfect!

Best place to stay on the island. The house is AMAZING . Its just close enough to the resorts to get that vacation feel but just far enough to avoid all the noise. The view is amazing and if you’re brave enough the cliffs arent that high to jump off of, kelly was an amazing host and you’re missing out if you dont book this !

Absolutely the BEST vacation experience possible in Roatan! Kelley’s place is phenomenal. The views and the house are great in the pictures but even better in person. Kelley was exceedingly helpful before and during our trip. She gave us tons of ideas for excursions and activities to do as well as trusted contacts there on the island. Definitely ask her about the private chef!! We came to Roatan on our honeymoon and Kelley had champagne, chocolates and flowers upon our arrival. The house and pool were spotless upon arrival and there was even snorkel gear for us to enjoy all the fish on the nearby beach. This house is definitely a must stay in Roatan!

Great place! Very good! Shalymar was a dream! You only need to bring ice and food, the house has everything. Is near to Westbay, maybe need to rent a car yo go yo the beach or to eat out. You can spend great time in the house, big kitchen, grill and the pool let you have good moments. The children can play in the living room, it has a lot of games. In general, great place. I’m sure we come back next year.

AMAZING HOUSE! Three independent bedrooms which two had private bathroom with humongous showers, a fully equipped kitchen (strongly suggest to cook at home since there are not that many restaurants around and many serve fried foods plus the vibe is just awesome to eat and have the most beautiful view). Very clean and a maid even cleaned the house once. Very very very confortable beds (3) ( except the ones in the spare room). Plenty quality snorkeling gear. Suggest to rent chair at infinity bay to enjoy the beach since it is sharp corail in front of the villa. We are very satisfied.
