The Space
This newer waterfront home boasts:
- Three king bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, private patios, and stunning Caribbean Sea views
- An infinity saltwater pool overlooking the ocean
- A fully equipped gym featuring a Precor elliptical, Precor treadmill, free weights, mats, and a DVD player
- A media room on the upper floor with a 60" TV, digital piano, lounge seating for six, and four bunk beds (two singles and two doubles) suitable for kids or additional guests
- Panoramic glass doors that open across the entire exterior wall, leading to the pool area, ideal for entertaining
- A large gourmet kitchen designed for chefs, blending modern appliances with island-style living
- Outdoor amenities including an outdoor shower, a large gas grill, ample indoor and outdoor lounge furniture, pool furniture, floats, and sun loungers
The villa features nine-foot sofas, extra lounge seating on the deck, ten sun loungers, and a custom-made island dining table seating eight, creating a spacious and comfortable environment.

Situated in the private Lighthouse Estates on the south shore of West Bay, this villa offers a tranquil setting while being just a 15 to 20-minute walk from the vibrant restaurants and bars of West Bay Beach. The main living areas, pool deck, and bedrooms provide breathtaking views of sunrises and moonrises, with clear days revealing vistas of the Honduran coastline and mountains.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the pool, deck loungers, and recreational toys. The gym is also available for guest use. A semi-private beach is within walking distance, and nine sets of brand-new snorkeling equipment are provided for guests.
Additional Information
- Mosquitoes are common at sunset; guests are advised to use plenty of natural, reef-safe insect repellent.
- Occasional power outages may occur, but a backup generator ensures uninterrupted power supply.

We had an amazing week in Roatan. Kelley’s house was perfect for our family of 7. We enjoyed the pool, cornhole boards, ping pong table, and had plenty of space for everyone. Ernesto picked us up from the airport and gave us a great little tour of the island on our way to the house. Nancy greeted us with a smile and an amazing meal. Kelley offered some great local recommendations and responded very quickly to all of my questions. We can’t wait to come and visit again!

Kelley was an amazing host and was super attentive during our stay. The house was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Kelley was extremely attentive to any questions and requests we had during our stay. Nancy, the Chef, was also very accommodating and super responsive to our family during our vacation. Nancy’s cooking was also amazing and had various options for us to choose from for lunch and dinner. Nancy also cooked more than enough food for all of us. The house had beach chairs, cornhole, board games, a ping pong table, and much more, ensuring that we had a fun stay. Lastly, the pool man came every morning, ensuring that the pool was clean and pristine for daily swims.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The kitchen is well supplied, including a good outdoor grill, which gave us lots of room to cook together. We enjoyed the pool as it book ended our days out at the beach. We enjoy a good walk which is needed to get to the beach. And going through kimpton hotel shortens the walk and gets you to the beach spot that leads you to great snorkelling. we also enjoyed drinks and snacks at the hotel’s restaurant sea cat while aT the beach. We gathered together in the large living room and the beautiful deck while also enjoying the privacy of our own bedrooms. Thanks for a great vacation

This house was perfect for our friend and family trip! The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, but you are just a few minutes drive to west bay. Big hill to walk it, but the physically fit made the trek on foot. The two bathrooms upstairs are within the two king bedrooms, so those in the bunk room had to come into those bedrooms at night with no door closing off the toilet. Fine for kids, but a challenge if it’s your mother in law:) Kelley was lovely and so responsive prior and during our stay. Nancy the house manager is also great. Would highly recommend this house to any one!

Kelley’s place was an absolute gem to stay in! The place housed a large group of us and small children. It was incredibly accommodating and Kelley was always available when we needed help. She is a rockstar and we will be staying with her again on our next Roatan visit! She went above and beyond as a host. Highly recommend

Highly recommend! Beautiful home with ocean view from all rooms. All rooms are spacious. We staid here for a family Vacation, it was a great experience. The kids enjoyed the pool day and night. Kelly is a great host.

Beautiful home with the most spectacular view. Kelley’s home is great for families. The layout of the home was perfect. It’s in a safe neighborhood, we took walks every day. It’s close to West Bay, walkable but a little far. You will love this house, and not want to leave.

Shalymar is a beautiful home and we throughly enjoyed our family vacation. Kelley is a wonderful host - extremely responsive and welcoming. Nancy and Tio were excellent help whenever we needed as well! The house is full of resources for your home away from home. A great home for a family gathering - spacious and comfortable. We would love to return for another visit!!

We stayed at Shalymar Lux Villa for new year´s holiday on Dec 2023 with my whole extended family. The Pros: The house has inmense spaces, high ceilings and lots of illumination. It is a beautiful house and its outdoor pool area is also very spacious. We had a wonderful time as the days were rainy and having a house this big was very comfy and enjoyable. The house comes packed with recreational ammenities such as snorkels, fins, tabletennis, painting for kids, and other games. It has a beautiful ocean view and there is a small trail that goes through volcanic rock to get close to the ocean cliff. Kelley is extremely responsive. We hired Nancy to do daily cleaning of rooms, common areas and kitchen and it made a great difference, I highly recommend this because of the sheer size of the house. The Cons: on the day we arrived, we were told the power generator was not working. There was a long outage and had no candles/flashlights. Nancy was not able to help since outage affected her cell.

We have been to the island many times (at least 30 trips) over the last 18 years. We have stayed in several hotels and many Airbnb’s all over the island. I have to say that Kelly’s place is the nicest place that we have ever stayed! She is a great host and has a great local team. It is very refreshing to stay in an Airbnb where it’s not expected for you to bring your own garbage bags, cooking oil, detergent, etc. You are supposed to be on vacation and having to worry about basics is awesome. It was a tossup which room out of the three master bedrooms was the best. Pros Stunning views, wonderful pool Great outdoor seating, amazing grill and pizza oven Host provides snorkeling gear, Ping pong table, and even acrylic paint supplies and free canvases to use. So unique and fun! We all enjoyed the gym Huge freezer for ice so you don't have to stress Spacious garage FYI You cannot access the sea from the house, too dangerous 10-20 minute walk to West Bay Only one bathroom on 1st floor
