The apartment is really nice; this is my second time staying there. It has a great view, the pool water is always warm, and the food at the restaurant is good quality. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.

Great condo and everything about the stay was seamless. Linda the property manager was very responsive for the small issues we had. We will be back!

Check in was a little hectic as Manou didn’t clearly communicated with Linda (local friend/manager) and the front gate security but it was smooth sailing after that. Linda was super nice and helpful. The place was clean, spacious and the view was incredible. The pools are warm and the restaurant food/drinks were delicious. Our family of 5 had an amazing time overall and will return in the future.

We had a few issues upon check-in but it got resolved immediately with a phone call,he was very responsive and picked up immediately. The place was absolutely perfect and clean would rent again.

Fantastic, safe, large, very well situated and stunning views. The sunsets were incredible every night! Our family of 3 couples truest enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! The swimming/lounging pools were magnificent too. Hope to come back again!

A spacious apartment within a great complex. Plenty of room for our family. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The pools and access to the beach made this a great choice. There were several issues with the hot water over the course of the stay, but the onsight manager, Linda, was always quick to respond and come over. If not for these recurring issues it would have been a perfect stay.

It is an apartment with three bedrooms, all with a bathroom, and a room for the service. Spectacular views. The housewares are very good. Easy access, highly recommended.

This place was absolutely amazing. The view was honestly everything! We cannot get over it and absolutely miss it so much. This is truly an amazing spot if you are visiting Vallarta! We loved all of the amenities especially the pool! The place itself is protected and has great security. Although weather was hot and humid, the inside of the unit kept us cold with AC when we were there. It is also close distance from the beach where we met some tour guides who took us on some fun amazing adventures both on sea and land. 10/10

Overall this place is awesome! The view and the size are superb. When we arrived though the main infinity pool in the center was under construction, which was not stated in the listing. We still had the other pools to go to so (although I was upset at first) we still enjoyed the other pools. The pictures also do not show the view to the left, it’s overlooking the hotel next door where the kids splash pad is. And when there is a wedding the music is pretty loud but it did not bother us much. But if you have kids (like we do) they did not understand why they could not go to the splash pad that they looked at. But over that look, is a beautiful view of the ocean and the downtown area. The jacuzzi tub on the balcony was awesome for the kids to have fun! The furniture, linens and decorations are a little dated but it was totally fine and still comfortable. The dryer broke and the manager who lives on property fixed within a few hours so that was great.

Manou's accommodations were exceptional—immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The surrounding area is truly fantastic, with the complex boasting all the amenities one could desire: a refreshing pool, the beach just a stone's throw away, and a charming bar/restaurant serving the perfect poolside fare. One standout feature is their prompt responsiveness to any request, adding an extra layer of convenience to the stay. Manou’s place was amazing. The pictures don’t give the place justice. The condo is really spacious and clean. The views are amazing. The restaurant food is really good.

This was a comfortable, spacious condo, on the 10th floor, overlooking the pool and the ocean. It had a beautiful, big deck, with expansive views. The amenities at the condo were excellent. The residents were very friendly, it was easy to Uber or walk to restaurants and other areas, I felt safe the entire time I was there, on the property, and in and around town. Manou, and his on-site manager, were very responsive when we needed them. As a spoiled American, I would love to see updated mattresses and linens and a TV system.( currently, there really is no usable TV). The New Year’s Eve celebration was spectacular! We had impressive fireworks right in front of us, and all along the whole coastline. The next-door, all inclusive, had huge spotlights and massive entertainment going on. It was super fun to watch and listen to. But other than New Year’s Eve, the place was very quiet in the evenings.

Excellent apartment!!! Very nice, clean, pleasant on the 10th floor with an amazing view!!! Jacuzzi on a great balcony!! It's quite spacious and we had a great time!! Manou and Linda's service was exceptional!! We'll definitely be back!!!

We have stayed at the Grand Venetian several times, and the location is perfect. Manou's place is on the 10th floor, and it's nice and clean, and the views are amazing. If you are staying in the primary bedroom, there will be a lot of noise from the hotel next door. It's nothing that can be helped, but it's good to know in advance. Some nights it quieted down by midnight, so we didn't mind it too much. You will be very comfortable in this unit.

Manou’s apartment was as described and better. Linda, his assistant was vey pleasant and helpful with check in and check out. The apartment was spacious, private and had a beautiful ocean and city view.

The great: This location just cannot be better. A $5 Uber ride to anywhere you want to go and a big, beautiful condo right on the beach. Linda gets right back to you with any concerns/ issues. She is great. The easy fixes: TV doesn’t have cable but so what, you’re on vacation. I really wanted to stream the World Cup but it is not a smart tv. The bar downstairs played all the games so no big deal. The stereo didn’t work so no music. I bought a $15 Bluetooth speaker at the market and left it at the condo. Easy fix. I would stay here again in a second! Great place, great host and Linda is really good at taking care of you. Thank you

The apartment is super large, has all the amenities, there are 5 pools all with hot water and has a super location. My family and I had a very good vacation without hesitation, I would rent it again in the future.

Amazing apartment with stunning views of the mountains, ocean and the old town. Great location with proximity to a shopping mall, restaurants, supermarkets, airport and the old town. We especially loved the balcony and the glass walls through out the entire apartment. Would highly recommend.

Everything as described. Great view. Be prepared for some noise from the hotel next door which is a little louder, but all in all it’s okay. Would happily stay again.

We had a FABULOUS stay at the condo. We loved the location and the beautiful, roomy suite. It more than suited our needs. The grounds were very well kept and service was also wonderful. The food at the resort is delicious and definately affordable. Also check out the food park just a short walk down the street.

Manou’s condo was a great place for my family of six. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Right in all the action for the kids. The security staff and restaurant service was excellent!

Great HUGE condo with an amazing view. My family and I have stayed at the Grand Venetian before and we absolutely love the complex and its amenities including the pool bar/restaurant, spa services, gym, and tennis courts. Manou's condo was wonderful and fit 6 adults and one baby perfectly. It is centrally located in Puerto Vallarta, making it easy to get to the famous malecon or to nearby Bucerias. La Isla mall and several grocery stores are next door in case you forget anything and there is also a wonderful Starbucks within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Manou is an incredible and gracious host. He sincerely cares about his property and your experience while you are there. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here with my family again! While no hosting (and property management) experience is perfect, the response to minor oversights that may arise is what counts, Manou and his team truly cared about us as guests. Location was perfect to downtown and Marina. On Site amenities are A+. Extremely safe and secure development. Unit was tasteful, well supplied kitchen and the views breath taking. It is an urban condo development surrounded by other resorts and the like, activities at other resorts may not align with everyone's idea of a vacation but the GV is very large and easy to shift accordingly. Thanks Manou! We will be back.

Great host! Very responsive. The rooms are spacious. I loved the thick curtains so that I could sleep in. The grounds are gorgeous. From the pools to the beach it’s pristine! Nice pool bar and restaurant with a 2-1 Happy hour at 4!

Wonderful place in a great location with good security. Comfortable living space, with a great view and well equipped kitchen. Easy access to golf, marina, shopping, old town and restaurants. Highly recommendable.

Excellent place. The apartment is larger than what the photos show. Excellent location, very good facilities. It's very convenient that each room has its own bathroom, even the additional service room. Always attentive to what we might need, and they answered all our questions before we arrived. Manou and Lynda are great hosts. I highly recommend that place and would definitely come back again.

Lovely apartment in the beautiful Grand Venetian complex. The grounds and pools are stunning and the close proximity to the centre of Puerto Vallarta is an added bonus. About a five minute, 80 peso, taxi ride to the Malecon. The apartment is well appointed and gave us plenty of room for ourselves and our three adult children. The views from the apartment are beautiful both day and night. We really enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony at night. The restaurant on the grounds was very reasonable and the food was very good. As an added note we were especially appreciative that the wide selection of TV channels included CBC so we could keep up with the Wininipeg Jets progress in the playoffs. Thank you Manou.

Really well located!!

We really enjoyed staying at Manou's place. The view is spectacular day and night. The pools have enough variety that kids and adults will find a place to enjoy. There is local food shopping within a short walk or inexpensive cab ride. We ended up eating at the restaurant in the Grand Venetian many more times than we planned due to good service, good food and reasonable prices. We hope to come back again.

It has an excellent location. The view is beautiful. The apartment is very comfortable and you feel at home. Pool and beach facilities are very good. Definitely recommend.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an amazing time my group had. The condo is ridiculous beautiful!!! Manou and his assistant made the check in/out process the easiest I have ever experienced. I have rented probably over 20 places all over the world and I told my friends and family that this was my BEST vacation ever!! And that says alot since I travel somewhere every 6 weeks. The condo was huge and it felt like there where doors everywhere...when we first got there we were a bit confused as we kept opening the wrong doors. The complex itself is also beautiful. Security is very tight but we appreciated that as we felt out belongings would stay safe. Put this way we never even closed the balcony doors, thats how safe we felt. The pool is beautiful, the view is beautiful JAWDROPPING!!!!!!!!!! The beach is also very nice! I cant think of enough beautiful things to say about my entire experience. The only bad thing i would say...is that I had to come back home lol. One thing for sure....I will be renting from Manou for years and year and years. THANK YOU VERY MUCH AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
