Absolutely gorgeous home and setting. The views from all the outdoor spaces were magnificent. The house was very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only down side is the location up steep hills that were hard to navigate for some in our group. But it was fairly easy to get an inexpensive taxi or Uber. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Nelly’s. A large group was in town for a wedding, and this was our home for the weekend. It is large enough that each couple felt accommodated. The home is beautiful and peaceful in a residential neighborhood, away from the throngs closer to the center of town. The photos do not do the home justice! The most exceptional part of our stay was Alberto and Catalina, the house managers. We wish we had even more time in this wonderful home. Thank you for a fabulous weekend.

Breathtaking architecture and wonderful setting. Great space for our group of 7! The property was managed wells en communication was a breeze. Nelly was right on top of our transportation and Alberto was attentive polite and so so kind.

Beautiful home and garden. Aside from a broken dishwasher, it was well equipped and very well serviced by the staff.

Brought in the New Year at this beautiful home & the midnight fire work show was spectacular from the multiple balconies at this house. The house is three levels so there are many stair steps but it was no issue for us. The built-in hot tub was a very nice amenity & the landscaping is beautiful. Nelly was easy to work with & Alberto picked up everything we asked for from the grocery store. Catalina prepared a wonderful breakfast for us & the house accommodated four couples comfortably. The walk to shops & restaurants was no problem going downhill & we mostly took taxis back up to the property. Great place!

The place was splendid with an amazing view. The house is beautiful and located in a very exclusive place. Everything was quite close and there are also taxis and Uber at a very good price. We were very happy and would go back to the same place. Alberto is very friendly and also Catalina we cook very rich.

We spent a week at this beautiful home in San Miguel de Allende...the staff was very welcoming and responsive. The home has lovely views and is on a peaceful quiet street about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Central Zone. Half of our family walked up/down the hill everyday to the market square while 2 of us took taxis for about $5-$8 per trip...easy and efficient if you get a business card from a driver and ask the staff for recommendations. As someone with a challenging knee, I feel it is important to know that the house has about 38 steps from the first level (the family room and kitchen) to the Master Suite on the 3rd floor which also has a step up into the bathroom. The other bedroom suites were well appointed and had ensuite bathrooms. This home worked well for our family of 3 couples with the division of space/privacy. And, the hot tub was a huge bonus as well as the rooftop area. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fabulous. We received written instructions for check-in a few days prior to our arrival. there was text communication day of. On our arrival we were given a tour and provided instructions by the house manager. We found the staff (house manager, caretaker and housekeeper/cook) to all be very friendly warm people and they do their jobs quite well.

Amazing house beautiful neighborhood. We are regulars in San Miguel always stayed in downtown, our friends recommended this house and we absolutely loved it, incredible view, peaceful and relaxing, still within walking distance to downtown or a quick ride by taxi, downtown is now crowded, busy and noisy. Great service and excellent communication with rental manager very responsive and professional.

The house is in a quiet and upscale neighborhood in San Miguel. It sits on the top of the hillside over looking the city to the west, giving it the perfect sunset views every evening. The place was very clean, typical architecture and furniture for the area. Each room came with its own bathroom and balcony. Very spacious and comfortable to wind down. The housekeeper and service helpers were stellar. Worth the breakfast and attention given on your vacation. A great family home or a place to share with friends.

This is a Gem for sure. Great house with 4 huge bedrooms. The host is very responsive and the property manager and house staff want to please. This is a great stay for adults. 4 couples or similar. So here are some things to note. I love a great shower. The showers here were not great (i.e. water pressure not there). If you are over 60 the walk up and down are not really doable. But taxis cheap. Hard to get one from the top. Easy to get 1 back.Lastly, the staff. They were terrific. But not my thing. I am a chef and didn't really need the morning cook. Didn't think I could refuse it. We cooked 1/2 the time but felt awkward to have the staff there every morning. I prefer totally privacy during my Airbnb stay. That's me. Be aware the house advertises $550 per night by 7 nights or $3850 but our amount came to $5263.62. There is a 570 Airbnb charge and almost $675 tax and then they suggest a $50 per guest tip for staff. All in the week was about $5,500. FYI Still would rent again cuz GREAT

Our stay in San Miguel de Allende was completely magical! The moment we arrived, our driver Jaime was a wealth of knowledge, educating us on the history of Guanajuato, and San Miguel de Allende on our 1.5hr drive to SMdA. We hired him for a walking tour the next morning. The house: So beautiful! Felt like staying in a 100yr old museum. The doors, floors, sinks, tiles were so unique, with comfy beds and plenty of lounging areas throughout the house. It was a perfect size for our group of 7. Catalina, Alberto and Carlos were so sweet and helpful. We didn’t realize that breakfast was included every morning, and we did schedule one dinner for the night we arrived. Catalina cooked up some delicious fajitas for the group. The town: AMAZING! Every street is a new discovery. The people were so kind and the food…insane. We arrived just in time to witness the beautiful tribal ceremonies in the square, that left us teary eyed and in awe of the culture. Can’t wait to return to explore more

Stop looking and book this house! The staff was fantastic, so kind and accommodating. From the second we landed they took care of us by arranging transportation from the airport. And the breakfast every morning was a lovely way to start the day. The house itself is phenomenal, clean and spacious. And the views! Unreal. The photos don’t do it justice. The walk to town was easy and cabs were plentiful if you don’t feel like walking back up. Cant recommend this property highly enough!

What an amazing house. Big and spacious, beautiful decorations, very comfortable, walking distance to downtown, great view. Aside from the house, a housekeeper and helper was provided to make breakfast and make the beds every day. Top notch service and stay. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay so much at this beautiful home - so much so, we are already planning our return! The home is great for a large family or for traveling with friends (which is what we did!). The views are fabulous and the private feel of the home, away from the bustle of the downtown area were great for our relaxation trip! The icing on the cake was the fabulous breakfast prepared by Catalina and Carlos. The were endearing and took such great care of us. Alberto paid attention to every detail and was so attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this home and will be visiting again!

WOW - that is the word to describe our stay! I had high expectations from the reviews and just the photos alone - but let me tell you, it lived up to every detail! The views, OH the views! Were immaculate ...still dreaming about those views!! You can catch the sunrise, the sunset over before San Miguel! We had an awesome group of 8 best friends here for a wedding and the time we spent in our Airbnb together was our favorite. Couldn't picture us staying anywhere else!! :' ) A big shout out to the incredible staff! They were out of this world - so KIND! Catalina, Carlos and Roberto! :) P.S - Must warn, the town is about 12-15 mins away downhill is easy, but the climb uphill will get you! Luckily there is ubers and taxis everywhere, we personally enjoyed the climb and looked forward the little workout daily ;)

Absolutely gorgeous home. The outdoor space is stunning, and we loved using all of the decks and balconies. The staff are top notch, very accommodating, and so kind. The walk to town was too much for my stepdad in his 60s, but the rest of us managed it without too much trouble. And taxis are plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Kent was very informative and helpful with good suggestions on what to expect. We had a hiccup, not anyones fault, Kent responded right away and it was taken care of promptly. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and the views were amazing. Catalina made the best breakfasts along with help from Carlos. The attention and courtesy were first class. I would defintely return to SMA and be back to this amazing house and its staff.

I dont think you can do much better in San Miguel. The location is perfect, up in the hills with an amazing view and just a 15 minute walk to the center. The home is very comfortable, looks just like the pictures and is perfect for 8 people. Kent is a patient host organizing all details of our arrival and departure, and Alberto the property manager went out of his way to make our stay memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is very large and secure. The furnishings and gardens are of the highest standard. The service from Alberto and his team are impeccable. Truly felt like we owned the place with the level of service they provided. No better value for you money I promise you! We cannot wait to return very soon.

PERFECTION. I literally can’t say ENOUGH about the hospitality given to us by Nelly and Kent and their magnificent staff. When you are traveling far from home you want to make sure every question is answered and that your family will be well taken care of. Right from the beginning of booking they made us feel comfortable and at ease about bringing our family to San Miguel. Not only was the home gorgeous but the views are astounding and the location was safe and SOO convenient. We visited with our teenage daughters to see our son who has been there for 6 months learning fluent Spanish. When he walked in he said “This is by far THE most amazing Airbnb of any I have seen here” (he had lots of family and friends visit over 6 months). The staff was kind, compassionate, and caring. The home had a million beautiful things to look at and allowed us to feel like we were not just visitors, but truly immersed in the culture. Questions were answered nearly immediately. You will NOT be unhappy with this gorgeous home. Thank you Nelly and Kent for treating my family as your own. We hope to be back soon. I wish everyone lucky enough to stay with you, a safe and amazing trip❤️

Went to SMA on a girls trip and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Catalina made the most incredible breakfasts, Carlos was always willing to go above and beyond to assist us in any way and Alberto managed our stay perfectly. He was even accommodating when we had a very late arrival. If you are looking for a place to stay in SMA don’t hesitate to book this Airbnb. We are already wanting to plan our trip back.

Stop looking because you have found the perfect vacation home! The house is gorgeous. Pictures really don’t make justice to it. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Having mexican breakfast at the house was the best way to start our days in San Miguel. Location could not be better. Only a few minutes away from the downtown (a downhill walk). Definatly would go back and stay here. We had a blast!

Definitely don't think about it! This house has everything you're looking for and more! From the service, excellent beds and pillows, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, the house is 100% complete, location, absolutely everything. One of the best and most complete stays I've arrived to through the app.

Our stay at Casa La Fuente a couple of weeks ago was AMAZING! The house had breath taking views! It was immaculately, from the architectural, to the decor it was very welcoming. Location was not far from down town San Miguel but we found it easier to uber back and forth than walking. The staff Alberto, Carlos & Catalina were very accomodating and very, very sweet. Ms. Catalina made the best breakfast and had it ready every morning. Her chilaquiles were to die for! I never had an issue communicating back and forth with the host. We will definitely stay at Casa La Fuente again!!

The staff was so accommodating, the house was just beautiful and was very amazed how comfortable it felt. Alberto was fantastic and was there for everything we needed, and let’s not forget about Carlos & Calita the housekeepers were fabulous as well. I can't say enough about every meal we experienced. The wonderful breakfast on the patio was amazing. I recommend you have Marcela the chef plan a meal for you. The meals she prepared were 5 Star in my opinion! It was an amazing relaxing vacation. The house is fantastic and sits on a great location overlooking SMA. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

Wow! If I could give this house and all the crew members who manage it a 10 gold stars, I would not hesitate for a second. From the initial reservation process with Kent who was very helpful in planning our stay with all his quick and prompt replies, all the way until we got to this magnificent villa, I am extremely impressed. The house is a dream house with the best and most beautiful and stunning views. The 4 bedrooms are all designed differently with separate beautiful bathrooms and 3 of them have gorgeous balconies with the same stunning views. The outdoor garden and backyard is such a heavenly sanctuary which is completed with a very large hot tub and gorgeous dreamy lights hanging over it adding to the magic of the entire experience when used. Then, there is the roof top terrace with breathtaking views and oh such lovely colorful furniture that was ours to enjoy with our wines in hand looking at sunsets! Oh and then the absolutely lovely ladies who prepare and serve delicious two course breakfasts daily in a royal style over the gorgeous king style round table so tastefully and beautifully set with different settings everyday! Stepping into this house makes you feel like you are Royalty and honestly we were all so very sad to leave. The daily housekeeping keeps the house and the gardens spotless and fully stocked. The stunning and lovely town of San Miguel is just down the gorgeous alleys from the house. It’s a beautiful walk down to the center of town where there is so much happening. From the multiple beautiful churches, daily produce markets, artisanal market, shops, great restaurants.... sooo much to see and just experience while walking around and wandering around the beautiful colorful alleys. Best part was to come home and unwind in this magnificent house and sleep in the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Nelly arranged airport transfer from and to the Leon airport and the driver was such a nice, friendly and accommodating man. We have immensely enjoyed our stay here and can not wait to be back to this very house and enjoy and explore this absolutely lovely town again. There is nothing that this house lacks, our expectations have been far surpassed by both this Hacienda as well as the wonderful town of San Miguel. Thank you Kent for making this reservation happen so smoothly without any unforseen surprises. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE WAS PERFECT, THANK YOU!

A place to rest with the family, with incredible views, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is an excellent option.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Clean and very well-kept. Catalina made the best meals! The staff could not have been nicer. Highly recommend! If I come back I will stay here again.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is far more beautiful than the pictures! It is absolutely gorgeous! It is quintessential San Miguel. The staff is outstanding. We plan to rent this home again.

There is not one bad thing I could say about this house it is just absolutely spectacular. The house has every accommodation you can think of including the greatest house staff that made the BEST breakfast for us every morning as well as helped us with the outdoor fireplace. Every room has its own balcony, fireplace and bathroom which is perfect for housing multiple couples such as us. The location is everything with the highest views of the town and an amazing terrace at the top to enjoy. We did walk everywhere so tennis shoes are a must. We had friends staying at houses all around the city and this house was definitely the winner! I can't wait to come back to this house again next year!
