The house was beautiful with lots of space Plenty dishes to use for cooking very private We felt like in home Swimming pool was nice I would recommend to install a rail to get in and get out. I have my sister with me who she uses a wheelchair and wanted for her to enjoy the pool but was very difficult for her to get in Other than that everything was amazing. Cesar is very kind and helpful. We will return again

It is a fantastic house for large groups since it has many bedrooms with their own bathroom, which makes it much more comfortable. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of its gardens and size. The beds are comfortable, and it's a super spacious room in the main house. The service from Mary and Cesar (the people who look after the house) is second to none. César managed to make a campfire for us, even though it was sprinkling. Highly recommended. We will surely be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is as described in the listing. We hired Ms. Mary's service to help us with food preparation, and everything was perfect. We really appreciate her support, as our stay was very pleasant, and we had delicious meals. Highly recommended. Overall, everything was very good. The only thing worth mentioning is that, since it has a solar water heater, if the day is not very sunny, the pool water is a bit cold. We had two days without sun, and for that reason, we didn't enjoy this area very much. Otherwise, we highly recommend booking this house. Everything was perfect, and there is plenty of space for large families. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

La Casa del Elefante is one of those treasures that changes your life when you find it!! The property in real life is 1000 times better than what you can see in the photos, the spaces of the huge garden, the main house like the bungalow, the game room and the terraces are beautiful. What I value most is the state of conservation of each of the facilities, everything looked well-kept and it feels like it is constantly being renewed. The fact that each of the 7 rooms has a separate bathroom makes this property perfect for large groups, the pool area is worthy of any beach hotel Finally, Lucia's and Cesar's service were among the most cordial, understanding and kind. Casa del Elefante undoubtedly became the favorite destination of my family and my entire group of friends!! Highly recommended

The place is very nice, very spacious, where you can do many activities or just relax, the kitchen and barbecue are well equipped, it is also conveniently located, close to supermarkets and restaurants or you can order home delivery. The only negative point is the issue of the air conditioners that make noise, but we consider it a minor inconvenience. We really enjoyed the pool.

Amazing house and service at all costs!!

Casa elefante is a gem. It was the perfect place for the birthday party event I organized. Cesar and Mary, the house keepers, were amazing and made the stay extra special. Cesar was always attentive, got everything we needed and even took care of security for the party. Mary made us amazing meals and was always willing to help with everything as well. Some minor issues were on some amenities that were offered such as shampoo that was offered in the listing and when no shower had it and I pointed it out the host mentioned that it was a mistake and would correct it later instead of offering a solution. Also, the jacuzzi in the master bathroom did not work and some times hot water didn’t come from the showers as Cesar had to start the boiler for us to have it. However, the overall complex is amazing. With this little details addressed it is truly and amazing deal.

The compound had an old school mexico feel and was beautiful. It had plenty of room for our group of ten. We could spread out and all have our own space. The highlight of our stay was the ability to hire Mari to be our chef daily. She cooked us homemade/local dishes at an affordable price. Thank you Mari!! The only draw back was that there was hardly any hot water for showers for 10 people. This didn’t bother us too much but it might be annoying for some people. All in all it is a great place to stay with on site security who lives on the property and an on-site chef that you can take advantage of. Thank you Lucia!!

The house is beautiful, the garden was perfect for my grandmother's 85th birthday event ✨️ The garden was very peaceful, the pool is spacious and has a great depth at certain points There are enough rooms with great spaciousness, air conditioning - perfect for the heat it was - and very comfortable and nice bathrooms - so that the sunlight enters through the ceiling- The staff that is constantly maintaining the house is very friendly, they left each section of the house perfectly clean and were attentive when their support was needed

The house is spectacular, very big and spacious. Great gardens! Plus, it's arranged with holiday decorations and holiday trees. But what we loved the most was the service and help of Caesar and Mari. as we hired cleaning and cooking services. So it was a great success. Lucia's attention was great.

La Casa del Elefante is everything it promises!! We loved staying there for the weekend, it is definitely worth enjoying for more days. The house has everything, all the amenities (utensils, towels and clean sheets) and spaces to spend time together (a huge garden, pool, barbecues, terrace and a campfire). Excellent communication with Judith!! And Mr. Cesar and Mrs. Mary were attentive at the place the whole time. I definitely recommend it and would come back for more days!! 😊

Lucia’s home was perfect for a large group of family. It was as described and even though was in town, it felt extremely secluded. On site property managers were quiet and kept to themselves, but are there, should you need anything. It was the perfect place for a large family or group to stay. Thank you!

If you're looking for a refuge where you can relax within beautiful gardens, take a dip in the pool and just have a wonderful time with friends and family, then La Casa del Elefante is the place for you. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood and is under the care of a wonderful couple that is always available to answer questions, while giving you privacy. We rented the house for a family reunion and there were 11 people in our party. There was more than enough room for everyone and lots of things to do. The property has two homes, right next to each other. It's ideal for multiple families that may need some privacy while spending time together. Each room has an air conditioner, which is great for Cuernavaca summers. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, pots and pans and lots of dishes and cutlery. The decor is very beautiful. The house has an extensive collection of elephants all over. It was an ideal place for our vacation.

WE LOVED THE PROPERTY. IT'S SUPER SPACIOUS. THE POOL IS A VERY GOOD SIZE. MR. CESAR, THE MANAGER, WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. THERE ARE TWO HOUSES AND AN APARTMENT-TYPE UNIT. IT'S GREAT FOR A LARGE FAMILY. WE LOVED IT 😍

An excellent place to stay with the family. Lucía's service was magnificent and very fast. The house is wonderful, with many things to do and so many details that it's difficult to mention them all. It's very, very spacious, with different spaces to take advantage of various activities. The staff's assistance was very good and they helped us with everything. Lots of privacy, peace and quiet, comfort, good taste, and fun. One of the best I've ever visited, with everything for cooking, exercising, playing, roasting marshmallows, barbecues and much more! Highly recommended.

La Casa del Elefante is so gorgeous! It’s so much bigger than the pictures and has breathtaking views. The couple who manages the property are the absolute nicest people. They make sure you have everything you need. We had our wedding on the property and everything g from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. The communication with Lucia was easy and she was so responsive. From when we got there until we left we had an amazing time. We are so grateful for them and allowing us to have an event and being so gracious the entire time.

An excellent place, very spacious for large families, privacy is very good since the people who take care of the house are aware of everything but respect your space, very close to the house there are several mini super, in general everything was very good I highly recommend it.

Very nice house and an extraordinary garden. We had a great weekend! Only small downside: the extra hours to get home before 3 p.m. and leave after 12 p.m. are very expensive.
