The location of the villa is a GEM! The villa is gorgeous and as described. The staff at the villa is amazing, Carlos is amazing! Nothing was too much of an ask; they made it all happen. Great villa for large groups; families and friends. Not recommended if you have toddlers or people who have trouble with stairs. Will 100% rent again!

The place is perfect for a large group, very safe area, Mariana who helps with the cleaning and cooking always had everything ready for when we asked for it, super efficient, Farid the night watchman was also always attentive to our arrival and did not allow strangers to enter without our consent and finally Wilmer who they mention as the house butler is a gem of a person, friendly, attentive, simple and extremely reliable, we hope to return soon

We had a wonderful family vacation at Mark’s place. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Mario made us feel safe and right at home, catering to our every need. Candie, the cook, prepared delicious meals daily and went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests, including local breakfast favorites. She also ensured our rooms were cleaned daily and always greeted us with a smile. The neighborhood is lively and vibrant, with easy access to numerous local bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of the Walled City. Highly recommend!

Mark was great and very responsive to any request. The location is probably the best in the walls as far as views, closeness to shopping and restaurants. The house was great but I must mention and give Victoria her due. She was so awesome. She cooked breakfast and dinner for us. She kept the house very clean. She is the most awesome cook. I don’t have the enough words to describe her. She made our stay more than 5 star. We plan on visiting often and I will continue to request this Airbnb everytime I’m in Cartagena. 10 stars!!!!!!

Wow — Sebastian Villa is absolutely amazing! 🌴 The location couldn’t be better — just minutes away from fantastic restaurants, bars, and cafés. The pool is crystal clear, and the water temperature is perfect for a relaxing swim any time of day. The villa’s maid is a gem — super helpful and an incredible cook! Plus, having a friendly security guard from 7 PM to 5 AM made us feel completely safe and at ease. Mark and Rafael were outstanding hosts — so friendly, quick to respond, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. This was an ideal spot for a birthday trip with my friends and family! Location was great - close to everything but not so crowded or loud that we couldn’t relax. The staff was amazing and welcoming and willing to help with anything. We had an amazing time and Mark had great recommendations for where to go and tour coordinators.

The property has been renovated recently and is great for a big group. Each of the 11 rooms has a private bath and the beds were comfortable. The staff Bryan, Marcela and Olga were absolutely excellent - with meals and grocery/supply runs as needed - and tidying and keeping common spaces pristine. The rooftop is a lovely gathering space and offers an option when different groups want their own space.

Our stay was excellent with a clean and comfortable home that exceeded expectations. The meals that were prepared by cook delicious and the security guard made us feel safe all the night. Truly a wonderful experience we would love to return and recommend to bachelors and families . Overall 5 star stay…..loved it and looking forward for our next stay soon

This place was PERFECT. We were a group of 8 friends from all over the world, and this villa was the perfect place for us and it was also located right in the middle of everything. The maids were also awesome, notable Rose and Fabiana. The security guys were also very attentive. Whenever we visit Cartagena again, this will be the place to go to !

Mark’s place was great. He really helped us out when our first place did not have electricity. The place was very secure and very spacious. Brian was onsite and he was very helpful with making sure our crew was well taken care of. Would stay there again.

Our original reservation was unfortunately canceled last minute due to unexpected electricity issues, but Mark went above and beyond to quickly accommodate us at another one of his properties. While it wasn’t the beachfront location we had originally booked, the home he offered was absolutely beautiful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the property itself was in a fantastic location—close to great restaurants and nightlife. A special mention to Cande, whose cooking was absolutely delicious, and to Mario, who was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Amazing place to stay

We had an unforgettable stay at this property. The host was always available and very quick to respond, making the organization simple and carefree. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from bars, clubs and restaurants. The house is huge and well-structured: with 11 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, it is ideal for large groups. It is also very safe, a feature that we appreciated very much. The real added value, however, are Bryan and Olga: respectively butler and cook/maid, they made our stay special. Always present, available and kind, they made us feel at home, if not better. A truly perfect experience. I will definitely come back and recommend this home to anyone who wants to experience a unique and carefree vacation

Mark’s place is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the balcony as well as the terrace is incredible. The home is as beautiful as it looks in pics. Mark provided excellent recommendations for eating/activities/nightlife and he was very accommodating. This was a fantastic place to stay at for a group of 17 we had. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The security guards and cleaning ladies were very friendly and helped with anything and everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was great. You won’t regret choosing this place.

Great spot for a group. Security at the door at night and a helper during the day along with someone that came and cleaned in the AM. Felt a little weird at first not gunna lie but those guys came in handy when we needed them. And we definitely used them a lot. And by the second day you don’t even notice they’re there. Would definitely book again next time i go in a group

Mark's property is the perfect place to stay in Cartagena! It is centrally located, allowing for easy access around Getsemani and the surrounding areas, as well as a mid point between the airport and the south of Bocagrande! The hospitality of the staff and security really elevates the experience you will have and the place itself is a well laid out, spacious and extremely comfortable spot! I highly recommend this property or any property Mark manages, as he made the process smooth and seamless!

This place was the best decision I’ve ever made on a place to stay! I would change my trip dates to stay here again in the future. The place was great Mark was very tentative. I had a problem WiFi it was fix less than 20 min. Only small thing was pool had some loose paint chips . Location was amazing !!! We walk everywhere.

If you ever stayed in Cartagena, having a pool is a MUST. The location was great, walking distance to a few restaurants, just a short drive to Old City. The staff was very helpful. This house is a jewel! It is beautiful, elegant, comfortable, inviting! Milen and Carlos were incredibly attentive and the breakfasts were delicious! In the evenings, we felt very safe with Rolando at the door. The location is perfect! La Plaza de San Diego is just around the corner. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable, great AC. The 2 pools were perfect! And the views from the rooftop just amazing! We can’t wait to come back! GRACIAS

After this stay in Cartagena I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!! This was an amazing all around experience! Mark’s team took great care of our group - the chef was simply incredible!! Every single morning she made us a whole spread for breakfast, security was top notch, and our butler was very responsive and available as needed!! AND you just can’t get a better location than this!! You are overlooking the clock tower of the Walled City and can walk to EVERYTHING within just a few minutes. We didn’t need to worry about anything at all! We have already started making plans to stay again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this host and condo if you are planning a trip to Cartagena!

stayed here for a birthday trip with family and friends and would 100% recommend! the location was perfect, we were able to walk to restaurants as well as the nightlife and everything was well within 5 minutes. the airbnb itself was very spacious, the pictures do it no justice! mark's staff was also amazinggggg. the manager was available anytime we needed him and the maid service was top notch, we were able to give her money to buy us groceries and she would cook breakfast and lunch for us, this was definitely my favorite part of our stay lol will definitely be back and recommending this stay to everyone i know!
