Claudia, our host was very responsive to our requests and helpful with our questions. Cecy, our housekeeper was very thorough. The property was very nice and we enjoyed our time and would recommend it.

Home was great. wonderful location in Punta Mita. Pool was fantastic. We came as two couples and four toddlers. They rented high chairs and cribs upon request. There were Open stairs and pretty waterfall in the entryway. pool does not get heated, but in the middle of the day was very comfortable. Hot tub does not get heated but not needed in January. The concierge Claudia was very available! She organized our golf carts, private chef, day trip to Sayulita and beach club reservations!

A wonderful house for our family Christmas. We will definitely be back. Claudia our host was fantastic and took care of us through out our stay.

Villa Cielo is a beautiful spot. Plenty of room and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean bedroom and bathrooms. The patio overlooking the pool was most enjoyable. Claudia, the caretaker, couldn’t have been kinder and quickly responded to all our questions and was a wonderful concierge. There is much to do in Punta Mita. Be sure to rent a golf cart to get around! This is a perfect place for a large family. We hope to come back!

Our family spent Thanksgiving at Villa Cielo and had a very nice experience. The house was spacious and well laid out. The property is conveniently located to all the beach clubs and town. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone wanting to vacation in Punta Mita.

The house is very comfortable, well decorated, with all the utensils. The garden and pool are very good size. Above all, the hosts were very friendly, they were always busy making sure our stay was great. The beach club is a 7-minute walk away, on a very nice path through the golf club. The sea and the beach club service are amazing. We would definitely like to come back.

The location is so perfectly central it's easy to get to any beach club or restaurant. The concierge went to incredible lengths when we had a problem- really incredible. We were in such great hands. Before we checked in she had already reached out to book our golf carts and airport transfers. Everything was seamless!

Punta Mita is always a wonderful destination to be repeated. Villa cielo has a beautiful garden and an excellent size to be comfortable as a family. We would repeat!

We had a family reunion over Christmas. We split between this villa and another condo. This house was a perfect meeting place for all of us to gather. It is roomy and well stocked. It does not come with access to the beach clubs or a golf cart which worked out fine for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with the house and concierge. Claudia was very responsive and took care of all our needs. She booked a driver to and from the airport that made things very easy. You will need a golf cart to get around so make sure you book one.

Villa Cielo exceeded our expectations! Absolutely stunning! A group of 8 and s toddler came for my husbands 40th birthday and despite some travel issues arriving, our host Claudia was friendly, communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend renting the golf carts as this is on a stunning resort and those came in very handy to get around. Claudia helped us secure Chef Miguel who came to cook a beautiful and delicious birthday dinner for us all to enjoy at the house, and he cleaned up and left us leftovers. We can’t wait to come back and I recommend this stay to anyone considering it! Mucho gusto to Claudia who made this trip seamless!

We had a great stay at this lovely home. We really liked how the bedrooms were spread to the four corners of the house and connected to a courtyard with a fountain. Gave everyone lots of privacy and quiet for those that may sleep in late, etc. Very roomy and all as described. We had a couple little issues which Claudia solved quickly. Kitchen has all you need and nice big dining table for eating together. Lovely backyard area with pool and hot tub and and grilling space. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas week! Claudia, our concierge was very responsive to my emails and texts, both leading up to the visit and while there. Fidel, our driver to and from the airport was knowledgeable, timely and very friendly. The house itself was even nicer in person than it was in the pictures. We had a couple of dinners in the home and the kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were situated in a way that gave each room privacy. It was an easy walk or golf cart ride to the Pacifico Beach Club which was great to visit daily. We also made good use of our own pool; the hot tub was hot sometimes. Town was also a close golf cart drive away. Very good local restaurants. Claudia also arranged to have a chef come in one night to cook for us. That was wonderful! WiFi was spotty, we figured out that if you really needed it head to the laundry room! This is where the router lives. The Wifi at the Beach Club was excellent.

The house is amazing. 4 separate bedrooms with indoor outdoor living. The pool was super convenient as was access to the beach clubs and the St Regis pool. Amazing staff and Claudia (our host) was always available to assist us!

Our family of five (three teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Cielo. We loved having so much space to ourselves inside the home and outside. Walking or taking the golf cart to the Pacifico beach club was easy. This was our third visit to Punta Mita and definitely our favorite. So relaxing!

Villa Cielo was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do the property justice. Highly recommend having golf carts as the house is a far walk from the town. Claudia was very quick with responding about any issues we had. Would highly recommend this place for couples or families.
