I rented out the whole place for my birthday. The staff created for me the best birthday cake ever! The pictures do not do Villa Divina justice. The Villa is way bigger in person and quite pristine. The staff and service were top notch. However be aware that for Suites 1 and 2, you are away from everyone else without elevator access, so be mindful. Otherwise the experience was unforgettable and the penthouse is the best room in the Villa for a reason. Will definitely be back.

This villa is without a doubt worth the rate, and should be at the top of your list if visiting PV. Lupita is extremely responsive and accommodating, and the staff is out of this world. Omar, Diego, Pasquale and the kitchen and housekeeping staff were all extremely attentive but not imposing to our space at all. The villa itself was clean, and honestly the pictures don’t even do it justice. The food was always delicious, and served on our time. Villa Divina was fantastic, and I’d recommend it to anyone. 11/10.

This was such an amazing home. The best place I've stayed in by far. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Beautiful views and comfortable home. Perfect for a family vacation / reunion. My family loved the whole experience.

This place was incredible! We were a large group of friends and family celebrating birthdays together. We were all blown away when we walked in and we all said it actually looks even better than the pictures. The view, the staff, the area… Everything was extraordinary! Thank you Lupita, Omar, Pasqual, Elisa and the entire staff for taking such great care of us! We loved every minute of it!

I hosted a group of 15 and everyone was amazed with the place. The villa is beautiful with very nice views. The host was very accommodating and the staff were excellent. All services (i.e. Chef, Bartenders, Wait staff, etc...) are provided in house so you could ideally spend your time relaxing at the villa. Looking forward to staying again.

We hosted my 30th birthday party with 20 other friends. Everything was seamless. Starting before our arrival I could easily discuss with Lupita and the staff about curating the perfect birthday weekend. We knew which rooms each couple or single person would stay before arrival as each person arrived at various times from their flights for the long weekend. They helped organize every small detail for a beautiful sunset birthday dinner, including an incredible mariachi band, dinner, and even a cake. Transport was also available to schedule for a large group to and from activities like our boat tour. All the rooms had impeccable views and various amenities. The gym was also a plus. We did yoga on the deck every morning followed by the most delicious breakfast (thanks Juanito and Elise). Omar and Pascual were lovely and attentive to us while at the villa. Carmen was an exceptional host. Gracias Villa Divina team! We adore you all

This was the best airbnb experience our group ever had. Carmen and her team was amazing and took care of from start to finish. We were spoiled rotten. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will absolutely be back.

AMAZING space. The villa seems to be an entire boutique hotel. Each room is a beautiful, amazing hotel room. The penthouse is a separate area that could be a villa unto itself. Full-service, so you will always have food and drink at a reasonable price. Overall: Amazing home that made for a great stay in Puerto Vallarta.

If I could give 10+ stars, I would! I booked this place for a bachelorette party of 15, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, Carmen and her team made us feel like we were at a luxury bed and breakfast. They worked tirelessly to ensure we were well-fed and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice—each room had stunning views, especially the penthouse! Multiple private jacuzzis/pools, and an additional living space with a second kitchen offered great privacy. Pasqual was a sweetheart and took great care of us. Security was also present at night, so we always felt safe. You will not be disappointed with the meals the chefs made! Last but not least, special shoutout to Carmen, who made us feel right at home. She was always a call away, responsive, and even helped with our Bach decor. Carmen truly went above and beyond and made this trip special for us. You will not regret booking this place!

Wow wow and more wow! This is place was unbelievable. Everything was perfect for my family vacation/birthday celebration. So much space, amenities, and the staff. Special shoutout to Carmen & Pascual. They & the rest of the staff accommodated all of our needs. Private chef everyday was IT for me honestly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice oasis with stunning views from every room in the house. We will back for sure!

All I can say is WOW! This place was absolutely incredible and was even better than the pictures. I came here for my bachelorette trip with 13 girls and there was SO much space. Every room had a king size bed and huge bathroom (a girls' weekend dream!). The house itself is actually like 5 stories. There is an outdoor pool but also an infinity hot tub/pool on the top level penthouse section which also included an additional living room area where we all hung out at night. Two of the rooms down below had their own private outdoor hot tubs too. The service at the house was incredible! Carmen helped with everything and made sure we were always comfortable. There was always somebody on site at the house, but we still felt we had privacy. We paid to have our groceries picked up and hired the staff to cook all our meals and the food was amazing! Pasqual and Omar the bartenders were so amazing and I can't recommend this place enough! If you want to be treated like royalty you need to stay here

With 16 girls, we needed a place that could handle our needs, and this property exceeded all expectations. The house is stunning—spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The real highlight, however, was the staff. Carmen, in particular, was a gem. Despite dealing with personal challenges, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Her warmth and dedication made us feel like family by the end of the weekend. She handled every booking and event with exceptional organization and care, making our trip stress-free and truly special. It's been a couple of weeks since our stay, and many of us still miss the property, Carmen, and Pasquale. The experience left such a positive impact that I’m already planning to return with my entire family for a reunion! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Our stay at Villa Davina was amazing! The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our Stag went off without a hitch. Pasquale kept the drinks flowing and the food was fantastic. The photos of the place don’t do it justice either, the place and view is amazing. Thank you for everything!

This one by far one of the best vacations I have ever taken. The host Carmen and her staff were absolutely superb! This was the luxury of a 5 star resort with the privacy of an Airbnb. Everything was perfect. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were spectacular, I mean there were 5 bodies of water in the entire villa, 3 Jacuzzi’s aside from the one outside. Each room had is own flare and it’s perfect for families, friend groups, or couples. The locals called it the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta, and you can tell! When it came to food and beverage, they had everything we asked for on the menu and got more for us when we needed. The round the clock service was impeccable. 15 out of 10, could not recommend more! Worth every penny and I cannot wait to be back

Our group of 18 had the most amazing stay at Villa Divina. Carmen, Pasqual, Oscar and the team offered excellent service during our stay. Carmen in particular was extremely helpful in making all arrangements & activities for our large group. There was not a bad room in the whole house! We would recommend Villa Divina to anyone looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

My group had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Divina to celebrate my milestone birthday. Carmen and the entire staffs at Villa Divina were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel like home and they were very responsive to our needs and plans. The villa is at a perfect location and each suite is huge. The view from the villa is also breathtaking an unforgettable. I highly recommend it anyone that wants to travel to Puerto Vallarta.

This was the most incredible experience. Me and 14 friends stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was one of the best weekends we all ever had. The photos don't do it justice. It's even better in person. Carmen was so attentive and helped arrange dinners, activities, and a boat for us. The staff was wonderful and made it such a special and perfect experience. I highly recommend staying at Villa Divina while visiting Puerto Vallarta. It will be an experience of a lifetime! :)

A must stay! An amazing accommodation for a large group. The 16 of us were beyond impressed with the villa, and each suite had its own special something (views, private hot tubs, more views, comfy beds, fantastic bathrooms). Having Breakfast made to order each morning for all 16 of us made our trip so incredible - coffee ready first thing each morning. And the staff: Carmen, Pascal, the chefs and entire staff were so kind and welcoming. Carmen was so incredibly helpful organizing us our catamaran, rides to the airport, atvs, dinner reservations, covid testing for everyone. We were so spoiled and it made hosting such a large group a breeze. This trip and Villa Divina set the bar for travel very high for our entire group - just amazing!

Wow wow wow! I came to Villa Divina with a group of 15 friends for a bachelor party getaway and everyone was absolutely blown away! Every bedroom in the property was beautifully decorated, spacious, well-appointed, and had the most amazing views of the pacific ocean. This made it very easy assigning the rooms as they were all equally great!! The staff at this property truly made you feel at home and were always present to take care of your every need. Definitely recommend taking advantage of the in-house chef as he made us many delicious meals at the house! Vincente was extremely helpful in planning out our stay, making sure we were well taken care throughout. A true hospitality professional! Can't recommend this property and Vincente enough!

You can't ask for a better place to be in all of PV!! Villa Divina is absolutely breathtaking and the staff is superb!! It's ideal for a large group (ours was a corporate retreat). They cater to every need, help facilitate activities, transportation, meals, etc. Truly a one of a kind gem out there!!

One of the best service I ever received love this place

This villa will definitely live up to all expectations. I celebrated my bday here with friends and even the high maintenance difficult to please friends thought it was amazing. Each room has a special twist to it that makes it special. But aside from the accommodations the staff really made it special, meals that we had in house were delicious, Carmen took care of absolutely everything perfectly. Pasquale was always ready to get you anything you wanted. The location it super close to the zona romantica but far enough you felt you had privacy. Every guest who came with us would love to go back.
