The stay was very pleasant, communication was very good, there was flexibility with the times, and the property was in very good condition. We would definitely stay again.

Guadalupe and Mónica's service is fabulous; Blanca is second to none! Make you feel at home. The pool is highly recommended! The house is very nice and spacious. My other dogs were happy running around the garden. We'll definitely be back!

We want to thank the hosts very much, very grateful to Guadalupe and Monica who were attentive at all times, it is a very quiet and beautiful house! Likewise, we are very grateful for making it easy for Mrs. Blanca to help us with the cleaning and to prepare the food, very valuable support, they welcomed us with some delicious sauces as a courtesy that we appreciated very much. We went to celebrate my sister's birthday and we had a great time, we really enjoyed the pool and the stay in the Garden really exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much for all the little details that are what always count. Definitely, highly recommended to stay in Villa Guadalupe !!!

The house is nicer than what you can see in the photos and Blanca and Yury helped us a lot with the fashion and made the stay very simple. The pool is the best of the house, ♥️ the temperature is perfect. The queen bed room alone is the most beautiful and if you go with older adults there are rooms downstairs so you don't have to go up with them. We had a great time overall.

The photos don't do the house justice, it's beautiful, it's beautiful. We had a delicious weekend, as there were leaks in a room in the rain, Guadalupe paid us for the pool heating and we were able to enjoy it a whole day. The attention and all the details were amazing.

Guadalupe's home in Malinalco was absolutely amazing. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Guadalupe's daughter (Monica) helps manage the property and she is absolutely wonderful. She made sure we got to the home safe and that we felt at home. The housekeeper, Blanca, was also super lovely. She made sure the house was clean throughout our stay and she cooked for us every day. The home itself was gorgeous. It is a bit hot in Malinalco at this time of year so the pool was a fantastic amenity to use. The home itself really helped keep us cool with all the trees around. The house also has fans in the bedrooms so that was great for the heat. The pictures for this listing truly don't give the home any justice. The home is much more beautiful in person. This home will definitely be our preferred stay next time we come to Mali.

What a gem of a place!! Not enough space here to write all the positives. The photos do not do it justice. The host was extremely responsive and always made sure we were comfortable and things were going well. Blanca was amazing at helping us feel at home and cared for, lovely breakfast every day. The location was perfect- walkable to the main parts of town yet away from any noise or heavy traffic during the busy holidays. Overall- lovely place and a wonderful stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

A house very close to the downtown area, but without the inconveniences and noise typical of that area. The house is impeccable, very good size, and the area is very quiet.

The property is a CHARM. It is a mansion with the best style in the area: made of adobe and with wooden beams, high ceilings and super spacious spaces. The cozy and spacious master bedroom was beautiful. The spectacular garden, bordered by walls full of vines and decorated with many types of plants, trees, super spacious and a large warm pool. Ideal for enjoying Malinalco's weather. Although it is a space that can comfortably accommodate many people, I chose it for a couple's getaway and we enjoyed two days locked in the spaciousness of a small paradise of sun and pool. Guadalupe, for her part, is always attentive to every question and comment, as is her team. Excellent place, excellent service, I highly recommend it. I'll be back!!!

Very good option in Malinalco for two families

Guadalupe's house is perfect to rest for a weekend or an entire week in Malinalco. Very well located, many rooms with comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything for those who want to cook. I left for the weekend with 5 friends but I already plan to return with my daughters!! I recommend it a lot!

Really convent and clean house. We actually experienced poor weather at the beginning of our stay and Guadalupe made sure that the swimming pool would be heated for us to enjoy it despite the cold, which was most thoughtful.

This house is amazing, it could not be better. Monica was very kind and responsive to all of our needs. The people that cleaned and cooked for us did an amazing job. It’s been the best air b&b I’ve experienced so far. Not to mention Malinalco which is a very interesting town. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and I hope to revisit soon. One more thing: Perfect stay with children.

We spent a perfect week with 2 families, the house is very nice, very easy to live, with several nooks in the garden for coffee, snack or breakfast/lunch in the shade of cute trees. In addition, the kitchen is very well equipped and the help and responsiveness of Monica (Guadalupe's daughter) is absolutely brilliant !!!

We had a very pleasant stay at Guadalupe's house. The house is beautiful, the pool was at the perfect temperature every day. Everything was perfectly clean and well taken care of. The service person gave us excellent service as well. Especially in these difficult times, Gudalupe took care of every detail to ensure the house was disinfected. We had a wonderful experience with the house. The kids had an amazing time at the pool and the garden while we had the chance to relax and enjoy. The house is in a great location and has everything needed to have a great holiday. I had a wonderful surprise, not only the house is in perfect shape but is much better than what could be perceived through the pictures. The hospitality is as good as it can be. the host was always reachable and prompt to help. I asked the owner for someone to help us with the housekeeping and the cooking, so she sent us a house keeper who was of great help around the house and a great cook as well. She brought everyday fresh products from the local market which was a delightful experience. To make a long story short, my family and I would love to return to this place in the near future. We loved the experience. Thank you
