La Casita is a wonderful place. The energy of the place is incredible; it's the perfect place to disconnect, relax and reconnect with nature. It is surrounded by a spectacular natural setting and has excellent neighbors. In addition, the decoration of the house has a very Zen, cozy and very tasteful style. Definitely a place I highly recommend.

Great place to stay with family in Managua!

My family and I were truly delighted with these wonderful houses. The people who welcomed us were very kind, warm, and joyful, which made us feel at home right away. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches nearby and very easy access to different areas. The house had everything we needed — it was very cozy and fully equipped with stove, utensils, dishes, a refrigerator. The space is very spacious, especially the balconies and the hammocks, with an incredible view of the beautiful surroundings and a pool. The price is amazing for everything this place offers. You can experience two different environments: the sun and warmth of the beach, and at the same time the trees, nature and the sound of birds. It truly is a perfect spot. The houses are comfortable, clean, and spotless. I truly believe finding a place like this was the best choice we could have made. There is so much peace here you can breathe fresh air, listen to the birds, sleep with the windows open and fully enjoy it

It is a great treehouse with an awesome living area/wooden deck upstairs. The house has its own entrance to the beach. For surfing it is a short walk to playa Maderas along the beach The house does have a couple of neighbour houses that are also rentals and there are two restaurants in the close vicinity.

We loved our stay - gorgeous home situated on the most beautiful beach. Maritza was easy to communicate with and the check in process was seamless. We would definitely recommend a stay at this tree house paradise.

What I loved is the privacy of the place, beautiful, peaceful, excellent for a meeting with friends or family and why not? A honeymoon, the The wooden house is beautiful Room of the The second floor is exceptional and the View, I love the exit to the beach from the house, very nice, it reminded me of Puerto Rico, the nearest restaurant Juanitas is very nice, they stop serving food at 8 pm. But you can continue shopping Drinks, the driveway is a bit rural, but the road project is already underway and it will be much easier, I would go again if the opportunity arises.

Maritza’s place was absolutely amazing, if you are planning a surfing holiday and like beautiful natural surroundings with an empty beach starting in your front yeard, look no further you found your place! The photos don’t do it justice, there are 3 outside areas you can use, the covered outdoor sitting area close to the kitchen to enjoy morning light, a lounging areas super comfortable for 4 people to lie in with extra seating to take shade for an afternoon nap and the cosy beach counter next to the grilling space to enjoy your sunset drink. The house has lots of greenery around it, we heard howler monkeys in the vicinity, we walked every day the 10 minutes to go to surf classes in Playa Maderas and came back to our tranquil setting to order a delicious Ceviche at Juanita’s kitchen restaurant closeby and take a swim while we waited for them to prepare it fresh. You won’t regret this, beds are comfortable, outdoor shower had optimal pressure, cleaning lady very attentive to our needs.

A beautiful house in one of the most beautiful places in Nicaragua. It is very tastefully and generously furnished, with a large garden and a unique dining area between the trees, you almost feel like you are in a tree house. We fell in love and will definitely come back!

Don't hesitate to book!! It is a house with a beautiful, comfortable, relaxing environment, with details that are visible and others that you discover, everything is in place for the guest's convenience. Excellent cleanliness. There are restaurant options or you can prepare something by bringing your things. The front ranch is great for socializing at night. And the detail of the bar in front of the beach and the outdoor garden are great. Everything is well thought out. It's about 10km from SJ del Sur. Maritza is very friendly and very understanding. I would definitely come back!

Staying at Maritza's house was an excellent experience. The house is beautiful, very clean, tidy and with all the details well taken care of. From the first moment the hosts were friendly and attentive, always making sure that we were comfortable and enjoying the stay. We felt very comfortable, and they also had the gesture of understanding us with the late checkout, which was a great touch. Definitely 100% recommended. We would come back without thinking!👏🏻

We stayed at Casa Cielo and the place was surrounded by nature. Right now they’re undergoing a project on the road so while it was noisy at night, we didn’t mind and I would also assume this is temporary until the completion of the project. We had access to the pool and we spent a good chunk of our day there considering the heat in Nicaragua! You will be surrounded by wildlife and there is NO air conditioner however, this is the kind of vibe we were going for (secluded and rural). Maritza was responsive and provided clear instructions to the unit, we found the place without an issue. Please do yourself a favor and rent a car so you’re able to make the 20 min drive to San Juan Del Sur and the 10-15 min drive to Playa Maderas. Overall, great stay and friendly host!

This spot is a piece of heaven. I wanted to get away from the loudness of San Juan and this provided! It’s spacious, have a lovely ambiance and the balcony area was perfect for some morning yoga. I walking to all the local beaches and they were all stunning and there’s loads of nice walking tracks around. The team went out their way to look after me from the start and I’ll definitely be returning next time I am in Nicaragua ❤️

This place was incredible. It’s pretty rare you have a restaurant 2 doors down, yet a beach you have almost entirely to yourself all day. The waves are fantastic for boogie boarding, and there is nothing but soft sand as far as you can venture out into the water. The house itself has several extremely cool outdoor spaces and we found the hardest part picking where to hang out each day! Maritza was super helpful and responsive, capping off a fantastic stay.

Very nice location if you like peace and nature. if you do not have a transportation buy all your food in advance as there are no shop or restaurant nearby. otherwise 5 minutes by car get you a restaurant and 20 minutes to the city of san juan del sur. you will be isolated in pure nature with only the sounds of birds, insects (did not get bitten at all in 2 days) or monkeys. You can see the monkeys playing in the trees while taking your breakfast on the terrace. there is a pool as well. I loved the place for the relaxation or the peace it gives you. And really enjoyed cooking there. no wifi for the peace of mind but 1 minute walk in the property get you to a spot where you can catch an Internet signal. so you get both positive sides, no internet addiction and sill internet access for work emergencies. RECOMMENDED for Nature and peace lovers and adventurers, not for noisy bars and discos lovers

We had a wonderful time! The house is a work of art and is in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua. Host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

The place was super nice, we felt very much at home. From the Treasse you can see the sea and watch birds. The neighbors are super nice and helpful and clean the pool every day. There is a barbecue area by the pool. Overall definitely a wonderful quiet place. We recommend a car (4x4 help but not necessarily necessary) for this property as the location provided is not quite correct. The beach is about 3 km away and this is a bit of a walk with the mountains and the heat. But the beach is really beautiful and there is the possibility to drink something cold there. A taxi from San Juan del Sur to the property is about $20.

The place is beautiful and cozy. You cannot ask for a better location, one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua and the house is absolutely beach front. You get to live the full beach experience. Absolutely recommended!

The most picturesque Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful craftsmanship and right on the beach. Multiple outdoor living hangout areas and are favorite was the bar overlooking the beach. The ocean breeze helps you cool off at night. The house was extremely clean as well. Over our 5 day stay we did not leave area because the location was so quiet and pristine. Some mornings it felt like you were living on a private beach! There's 2 other beaches within walking distance as well. We did not cook once as Juanitas kitchen is right next door (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 4 other restaurants within a 15min walk. Host was extremely responsive and provided helpful tips as it was our first time to San Juan del Sur. The house had lightning fast internet which was perfect for all my zoom calls. HIGHLY RECCOMEND! We will be back.

Cute & comfortable home in a peaceful/safe community packed with fantastic amenities. Very close to restaurants, malls, groceries & tourist attractions. Maritza was very responsive with all communications even over the Holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend staying at Maritza's home with small children.

A beautiful place for nature lovers

the house is beautiful! it is right on the beach and a pleasure to stay in! you have to be aware that the architecture is very open which means that you live mostly outside and there is little privacy, also the bedrooms are on two different floors and all rooms can only be accessed from the garden. however, it was perfect us and we enjoyed our stay a lot! if you like the beach, open space living and surfing this house is your perfect choice!

We had a great stay at La Casita! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The gated community is incredibly secure, peaceful, nice to walk around, and has a pool, gym, and play area. The A/C works great (for an additional charge), the water was always hot, and the house is nicely decorated and cozy.

I stayed for 2 nights at Mari’s place and she was super nice and so responsive. The place is beautiful, super cozy and clean. Highly recommended.

This home is really great! You are surrounded by beautiful art. The beds are comfortable. The area is nice, safe and secure. Hosts are super friendly. Bring coffee with you. The closest coffee shop is a 10 minute drive. The outdoor space was a great place to enjoy that coffee in the morning! You can't deny the good vibes in this home. I recently stayed at Maritza's condo in Managua and had a fantastic experience! Maritza was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. She was always just a message away, and her warm demeanor made me feel right at home. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. I felt very safe in the area, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. While it's a bit of a drive to reach nearby restaurants and supermarkets, it was absolutely worth it for the peace and security of the location.

Great place for families. Specially if you have small kids. My family with a 1 yo and a 4 yo stayed with my sister and her 4 yo. Maritza’s had this little corner with books and toys. Space inside is open plan so very nice to hang out and keep an eye on the kids. Loved our stay.

Beautiful property on private, secluded beach. Juanitas Kitchen was great and the view was amazing. There was no toilet paper when we were arrived and we had difficulty getting in touch with the host at times, but she compensated by allowing for a late check-out the next day. Overall, great experience.

Las Mañanitas was a beach getaway, but with the coolness of the mountains. Seeing the sunset from the mountains and the bottom the sea is beautiful, waking up with the singing of the birds, the viewpoint they have and that you can see the sunset is nice… The morning has the pool between the two casitas, which made it ideal to have two families with their own space and we would join for the asados. Also, Playa Majagual is only 5min away, there we went where Juanita's and El Ranchito for a beachfront lunch and incredible prices. Highly recommended.

Very good place to stay and quick replies

Staying in La Casita was a very good decision. It's a gated community with good accessibility with a vehicle. Very quiet. The pool for families with children, the gym and soccer play area, give La Casita a value added. Communication with Maritza was always in a timely manner. We felt very comfortable in La Casita. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Cleaning included once a week is very practical. We felt very welcome. For a family of four, it's perfect. Thank you very much for everything!
